Knowledge is frequently discussed in modern society, and has been since ancient Greece. Our goal is to examine the content of two political documents with the desire to point out their visions about how the Swedish school system should be shaped, in relations to knowledge. More precise this essay is going to concentrate on two specific political parties, Folkpartiet and Vansterpartiet and their official programs on the subject school and education, to see what they say about knowledge. The choice is made on the basis that these parties political standings differ most from each other, in the left/right scale in politics. The qualitative analysis takes its main base from Aristotels concepts of knowledge; Episteme, techne and fronesis, and Bernt Gustavssons modern defenitions of them.

Användarmedverkan inom systemutveckling står för att användaren av olika artefakter antas medverka i utvecklingen av dessa artefakter och interaktionen mellan artefakten och människan. Begreppet systemutveckling syftar på utveckling av datorsystem.Vissa vetenskapsmän och forskare hävdar att användare och systemutvecklare inte förstår varandra och att det fokuseras enbart på artefakten (datorn) och inte på människan. Detta faktum skulle medföra att användare av olika artefakter inte medverkar på ett genuint sätt i utvecklingen av dessa system.Vilka orsakerna är till att det ser ut som det gör enligt källorna i ovanstående stycke är svårt att spekulera i. Men tre områden har studerats översiktligt och dessa områden är kommunikationsprocessen, attityder, syften och mål.Antagandet som gjorts är att kunna påvisa att det existerar en förhållandevis bättre förståelse, än vad källorna hävdar, mellan användare och systemutvecklare tack vare att de befinner sig i en och samma organisation och på så vis erhållit en bättre förståelse för varandras verksamhetsområde.Undersökningen har utförts på Volvo Östra Fabriken. Försökspersonerna består av hela avdelning M3 Lager Hög/Låd.

It is a difficult task to define the little word ?modernity?. One may argue quite a lot about what modernity is as well as when modernity breaks trough. The burgess class was the group who initiated modernity in most cases. Since these people mainly dwelled in the cities it was in the cities were modernity started.

Detta projekt handlar om hur man kan änvända Louddens cirkulära strukturer och inkorporera dem i en modern stadsdel för att ge kvallitéer och identitet åt denna. För att ha någon utgånspunkt och för att begränsa min uppgift något har jag valt att utgå från stadens skiss för detta område. Fokus har legat på hur denna stadsplan möter cisternerna och berget de står på samt hur denna ?cisternstad? kopplar an till vattnet. Projektet kan därför delas upp i tre delar: stadens plan; cisternerna och fronten mot vattnet, där mitt fokus har legat på två av dessa: cisternerna och havsfronten.

Vid hållplatser i städer finns ofta en busskur i glas med metallstomme. Tillsammans bildar de ett enhetligt uttryck i stadsbilden och bidrar till att resenärerna skyddas mot väder och vind. På landsbygden däremot är det glesare mellan kurerna och ofta ser de olika ut vid varje hållplats. För att nå det nationella mål med fördubblad kollektivtrafik fram till år 2020 kan en satsning för att skydda resenärerna vara på sin plats.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utveckla en modern busskur för landsbygdsresenären som passar in i omgivningen. Kuren ska vara av trä och uppbyggt i delar som förenklar byggandet och minimerar byggtiderna.De metoder som tillämpats i arbetet är intervjuer, muntliga och skriftliga, en mindre enkätundersökning och en jämförelse mellan tre befintliga träkurer på landsbygden.

I min uppsats vill jag inbjuda till en alternativ tolkning av Hjalmar Söderbergs Martin Bircks ungdom (1901). Syftet med uppsatsen är att ge förståelse för Martin Bircks karaktär och handlande genom att belysa den centrala relationen mellan Martin och modern. För att analysera Martins psykologi ställs hans gestalt mot den historiska samtidens uppfattningar om psykologi. Jag har även använt mig av ett psykoanalytiskt angreppssätt, framför allt grundat på Sigmund Freuds idéer, vilket fungerar både som litterär teori och metod.I min undersökning har jag funnit att Martin är en neurotisk person som lider av många av de psykiska problem som var vanliga runt 1900-talets sekelskifte, så som neurasteni. Jag har i enlighet med freudiansk psykoanalys tolkat Martins neuros som grundad i en inre konflikt mellan detet och överjaget.

This essay will focus on the people using and are involved in, and have a large interest in the horror film genre. The purpose of this essay is to find what urge these people to continuously watch horror movies and how they believe to be acknowledge by the society in a modern sense. Our study is mainly based on two separate interviews and therefore, mainly from the users perspective. This essay is also complemented by earlier research on this topic. In context of stigma, violence debate, exclusion we found that the users truly can be found in a rare type of alternative sphere, besides the public sphere.

Fibromyalgi är en sjukdom som med sin karaktäristiska smärta och många tillhörande symtom orsakar stort lidande för de drabbade. Orsaken till sjukdomen är ännu inte helt klarlagd. Central sensitisering har på senare tid fått ökat stöd i forskningen om fibromyalgi och innebär att det är ett onormalt smärtprocessande i det centrala nervsystemet som orsakar den ökade smärtan. Samband och överlapp mellan fibromyalgi och miljökänsligheter antyder att en mer generell sensorisk överkänslighet grundad i central sensitisering kan vara en gemensam bakomliggande faktor. Sensitiseringen är också relaterad till kognitiva aspekter som oro och uppmärksamhet.

These laws (personal status law or family law) have been debated frequently in the last decades.There are those who consider personal status law (PSL) as unjust, male-biased and discriminating against women especially in the issue of divorce. On the other hand there are voices who call to go back to the Sharia, because muslims has to follow the islamic law and its values, they are universal as they claim. In this essay I try to enlighten these two points of view which can be found in the debate in Egypt.

IT is often seen as a solution to many problems concerning effectiveness in organizations. Information systems within the healthcare sector is often viewed as medical devices rather than just systems or services. These medical devices are thoroughly regulated by laws, standards and certifications. In this study I participated in an innovative project that aimed to bring new life and use to the old fashioned patient journal by giving it a visual representation through the use of an avatar. I aimed to study the effects of regulators connected with the patient journal as a source of information for the innovative project.
