Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att öka förståelsen för kunders perception av företags miljödesign och hur detta påverkar deras uppfattning om företags image. Uppsatsen grundar sig på ett fallföretag, SEB i Lund. Den emiriska analysen har sin grund i kalitativa djupintervjuer gjorda med SEB och med SEBs kunder. Att kunder reflekterar över miljödesign är något som framkommer i studien. Studien indikerar att de krav kunderna har på en bank framförallt är helhetskänslan, som skall vara inbjudande och intressant.

Sweden has an environmental goal to achieve until the year 2020. To achieve this goal the construction business has to take an initiative to use the modern techniques that are available to lower the energy consumption I buildings. There?s also a debate going on today regarding the energy demands set by the Swedish government through Boverket, some communities throughout Sweden thinks that the demands are to low and have therefore set up own demands regarding energy in buildings.The possibility to construct energy-saving buildings is today very great, with energy-efficient heating-systems and dense climate envelope. The interest to raise energy-efficient buildings have also increased as a consequence that the population have become more aware about their impact on the environment.

The smartphone market is growing rapidly, between Google Play and App Store more than 25 billion apps have been downloaded since 2008. Today many companies develop their own smartphone applications (apps) for their customers. We believe that many apps are developed without much consideration about the actual value it brings to the customer, and through them, value for the company. Instead they create applications with hope of keeping the company modern. Developing and implementing apps in a business is neither easy nor free and must therefore add value to the business in some way.

Health and fitness are two controversial and not easily defined topics that affect people in our modern society every day. We believe that we can find a link between individualism, globalization and the stress concerning weight and appearance ideals. Our bodies have turned into a popular subject for the media, and there is no indication that the interest will decline. As the world gets more artificial, "natural" ideals are getting more attention, such as the concept of a strong and healthy body. But there is also a downside, for example with health issues such as cardiovascular disease increasing following the birth of high-fat diets.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand how students in Swedish upper secondary school perceive knowledge in history. 44 students from two different schools took part in the survey. The students partaking were asked to make a rough plan for a course in history, in which they were to both suggest contents of the course and also motivate their choice of content by arguing their view of the purpose of knowledge in history. The results of the survey were then compared to the curriculum of the history subject. The survey shows that a majority of the students asked find modern history, especially World War 1 & 2, and Swedish history to be of importance.

Since 2007 the American sitcom the Big Bang Theory has spread throughout the world. With its twenty million watchers it is one of the most popular sitcoms of our time. The starting point for this essay is that the humourus series with the more or less geeky main characters is more than just entertainment - it is a part of the mediatization of religion. This means that media is affecting the recipients? view on religion in general and the personal religion.

The aim of this essay is to investigate the situation for democracy in China. The study raises two main questions. They are as follows: Are there obstacles to a democratization process in China? and Are there openings when it comes to a gradual change for democratization in China? The theoretical framework consists of Robert A.Dahl´s Polyarchy theory, and in addition , five factors promoting democracy. Also the notion of an MDP-society (a modern, dynamic and pluralistic society) is looked upon.

The technology used in the development of web-applications is evolving at such rate that it has become more and more important to keep web-applications modern. If an application is based on a technical platform that is not renewed, the platform may over time develop into an obstacle in further development of the application. There may be compatibility issues and some of the code may be unnecessary due to abstraction, and therefore more time consuming to work with. Sometimes the reason may be that an application has been built to run, and is running on an application server that is no longer being maintained. The system can be large and modernization can cost a lot.

The classical age cities of Palenque and Tikal where ones great Mayan bastions with extraordinary architecture.  This architecture still fascinates modern archaeologies and historians alike. Still much of the architecture in the Mayan cities had the same style and function, but could diverse from town to town. This is the case of Palenque and Tikal. They share much of their buildings like temples, palaces and ball courts.

Social ingenjörskonst är ett stort hot mot informationssäkerhet. Den här uppsatsen undersöker hur en attack går till, vilka som utgör hotet och vilka som utgör måltavlor, samt hur attackerna kan förebyggas. Hackaren framställs ofta som en ung man som drivs av nyfikenhet och får kickar av att manipulera och stjäla information. Den sociala ingenjören besitter även förmågan att manipulera människor på ett sätt som den traditionella hackaren saknar. Många spelar på mottagarens medkänsla, tacksamhet, lojalitet eller respekt för auktoriteter för att vinna förtroende. I takt med att den tekniska säkerhet förstärks är det troligt att fler väljer att använda människor istället för tekniken när de utför en attack.

Styrketräning har historiskt sett tillskrivits som en farofylld aktivitet för barn- och ungdomar.Rekommendationer från förr ger ungdomar klartecken att styrketräna först när de växt färdigt, alltså vuxen ålder. Styrketräning har dock genom modern forskning visat sig vara väldigt fördelaktigt även för barn- och ungdomar då träningsformen kan bidra med en mängd hälsovinningar. Dagens idrottande barn- och ungdomar utför ofta skadefyllda idrotter såsom fotboll, hockey och friidrott vilka skulle kunna vara betydligt mindre skadefyllda om utövarna ökar sin kroppsliga kompetens, bentäthet och styrka som styrketräning medför. Eftersom skolväsendet är den perfekta grogrunden för kunskap så vore även utbildning om- och utövande av styrketräning optimalt under dess tidiga stadium.Syftet med forskningsstudien är att undersöka unga idrottslärares attityder till styrketräning för låg- och mellanstadieelever inom ämnet idrott och hälsa. De frågeställningarna som ämnas undersökas är; 1) Vilka attityder till styrketräning för barn i låg- och mellanstadiet finns representerade hos respondenterna? 2) Hur påverkar idrottslärarnas attityder till styrketräning för barn i låg- och mellanstadiet idrottsundervisningen och i förlängningen elevernas hälsa? 3) Är idrottslärarnas tankegångar om styrketräning för barn i låg- och mellanstadiet förankrade i modern forskning eller bygger de på historiska föreställningar och rekommendationer?Studien är av kvalitativ natur då attityder och åsikter undersöktes.

Proteins are vital to all cells in the body. They consist of long chains of amino acids. To be able to study the amino acid composition of a protein it is necessary to hydrolyse it, followed by separation and quantification. When the protein is hydrolysed, in this case ß-lactoglobulin, the protein is divided into individual amino acids. The method that traditionally has been used to hydrolyse proteins takes 24-72 hours to complete.

Qigong was initiated by the Chinese government in the 1950´s as a domestic medical tradition to be included within a modern scientific framework. During the first decades it became popular among the élite. During the 70´s and 80´s scientific confirmation of the existence of qi contributed to its immense popularity among the population. Charismatic leaders with a traditional background were leading their groups in parks and the movement was booming. In 1992 Falun Gong was established by Li Hongzhi as qigong taken to a higher level.

Amning är viktig ur många aspekter. Om amningen inte fungerar kan det få känslomässiga konsekvenser för den nyblivna modern och anknytningen till barnet kan också påverkas negativt. Tiden för nyblivna mödrar att tillgodogöra sig amningskunskaper och -färdigheter på BB har minskat på senare år då vårdtiden har kortats. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka nyblivna mödrars upplevelse av amningsstöd på BB. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och bedömdes.
