This bachelor?s thesis examines contemporary views on Angels and how two modern writerson the subject introduce these beings. Presenting a comparison between the two modernwriters, and also, as a context, contrasting them to some more traditional biblical as well assome modern Christian material, some of the beliefs surrounding Angels are discussed. I min uppsats har jag haft som syfte att studera hur Matrixtrilogin kan betraktas som en modern messiasberättelse. För att svara på syftet har jag studerat vilka paralleller som finns mellan huvudkaraktären Neo, och den kristna messiasberättelsen. Jag har även undersökt vilka bibliska karaktärer som finns symboliserade, samt vilka bibliskt symboliska händelser som finns representerade, i Matrixfilmerna. Uppsatsen baserar sig på en kvalitativ formell textanalys. Genom närläsning av Matrixtrilogin, har jag utifrån en hermeneutisk utgångspunkt tolkat innehållet för att svara på de frågor som ställts i uppsatsen.

The aim of the study was to understand how an elementary school interpreted and worked with the law Skollagen (SFS 2010:800) concerning special needs in school additionally in which way a neuropsychiatric diagnosis might interact with the interpretation. To answer the aim we used following research problems: How does the school define the term special needs and special resources itself? How does the school identify pupils with special needs and work with them? In which way does the neuropsychiatric diagnosis affect the interpretation of the law concerning special needs when it comes to deciding whether a pupil is in need of special recourses? Skollagen (SFS 2010:800) does not define special recourses and does not indicate how the school should use them. We were therefore interested in how an elementary school defined the term and decided to work with it. We based our study upon interviews with 6 respondents whom are central in the process of providing special resources for children in school.

My project is an interpretation and exploration of the book The Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino. It is a play on the swedish words for cities and beaches. By adding the letters R and N the word for cities in the title transforms into the word for beaches. The project is equal parts a color investigation and an exploration of new working methods as it is an development of my approch to graphic design. My aim was to, through a visual, conceptual and playful investigation create a new interpretation of the book The Invisible Cities.

This essay analyses the act of reading August Strindberg?s novel En dåres försvarstal (A Madman?s defence). It reveals the writer?s motif and purpose with the text and it shows how a certain interpretation of the text is crucial for the writer?s intentions to become reality. We used a survey to see if the public has been influenced by any media in the aspect of their view of zoos. By seeing the evolution of zoos to the modern zoo, we can see how society had the power to influence. .

The study focuses the evil within human beings and evil actions against other humans and the human kind. The evil is defined as evil actions such as murder and actions in war. The questions asked is whether the evil has a face and if it is possible in that case to paint that kind of face. The medieval mural paintings in old churches include Cain murdering his brother Abel based on the Bible. The study also includes reliefs, sculptures in stone describing Cains´s murder of Abel and sculptures with the Massacre of the Innocents in Bethlehem according to the Bible.

Kedjor som äger sina egna butiker har en mer centraliserad styrning är butiker som ägs av handlare men ändå tillhör en kedja. De väletablerade butikskedjorna ICA, Coop och Axfood har en något mer modern styrning än de nyetablerade lågprisbutikerna Netto och Lidl. Detta beror främst på att modern styrning utgår från att lyssna mer på kunden vilket inte lågpriskedjorna är intresserade av då de istället har som strategi att lära kunderna att handla lågpris.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka lindrigt utvecklingsstördas föräldraförmåga och vilka stöd- och hjälpinsatser samhället har att erbjuda dessa föräldrar. Den teoretiska bakgrunden redogör för begreppen handikappmedvetande och normaliseringsprincipen, samt att föräldraskapet för lindrigt utvecklingsstörda föräldrar kan innebära svårigheter att tillfredsställa barns behov. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med en socialsekreterare, en kurator på vuxenhabiliteringen samt två socionomer på en öppenvårdsverksamhet har undersökningen kommit fram till att lindrigt utvecklingsstörda föräldrar på olika sätt brister i sin föräldraförmåga. Detta innebär att det krävs kontinuerliga stöd- och hjälpinsatser från samhället. För att följa normaliseringsprincipen krävs det att samhället också ställer upp med ekonomiska resurser..

On the 26th of January 2010, the Supreme Administrative Court in Sweden gave five rulings which greatly affect the possibility to keep a close company within a family by transferring the ownership of the company to the next generation. The five rulings concern the interpretation of the prerequisite, same or similar activity, which can be found in section 57, clause 4 of the Swedish Income Tax Act.    The prerequisite is fulfilled when an entire or parts of a business is transferred to another close company and the receiving company?s business activity is within the framework of the transferring company?s business activity or when the companies have a similar connection. Depending on which shares that are being evaluated, the prerequisite can refer to both the shares in the receiving or the transferring company. When the prerequisite is fulfilled, a standardized amount of the business income will be taxed as capital gains and the surplus will be taxed as earned income.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of the uniform way of interpretation from the Swedish asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board, of asylum investigations for asylum seekers who claim sexual orientation as reason of refuge. The interviews with the officers were analyzed in relation to the policy document with investigation- guidelines and methodology.The results of the study showed that there was a uniform way to conduct asylum investigations and interpret the policy document, this despite that the document was found to be ambiguous in certain aspects. The uniform interpretation of the asylum officers was explained by the knowledge and understanding that exists within institutional organizations. This because the asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board might have similar experience, knowledge and also the demands related to asylum investigations.The uniform interpretation demonstrated a strong similar common understanding of investigative work within the agency. This suggests a certainty that the investigations are carried out in a similar way regardless of which asylum officer within the institution conducting the investigation which indicates a well-functioning ?rule of law? for the asylum seekers. .

Uppsatsen handlar om hur en äldre byggnad av torp-liknande slag kan renoveras till att bli enbyggnad av modern standard. Detta görs genom att stegvis gå igenom de delar som behöveruppdateras och ge exempel på hur de kan förbättras för att nå upp till en modern standard.Samtidigt har även två modeller gjorts. En i ?Revit Structure? över byggnadens konstruktion,men även en i ?Revit Architecture? där en möjlig ny planlösning ges. Till slut mynnar detta uti ett förlag till ny planlösning som innehåller alla de beståndsdelar som behövs för att skapa enmodern bostad.

During the past 10 years Sweden has updated its penal code for sexual crimes twice. Despite this few are convicted for the crime of rape in Sweden. As the majority of perpetrators being male, this is a problem concerning women?s rights to respect for their bodies and personal integrity. A possible explanation, and this study?s point of departure is a potential discrepancy between the intention of the law and the interpretation of the same as the Swedish legal system rests on a foundation of legal positivism.
