In today's changing environment, an increasing number of companies are realizing thebenefits of analyzing business information and thereby stay competitive. By making use ofdecision support systems, known as Business Intelligence (BI), organizations are expected tocollect and process business data and thus get more out of their business.Nowadays it is not enough for organizations to have access to corporate data inside officewalls, they must also be able to bring the information "on the go", which has been thefoundation for the progress of mobile BI solutions. As the mobility increases and thecorporate data leaves the office, new risks arise, which is one reason as to why manycompanies hesitate at the idea of introducing mobile BI solutions.In this paper we explore two security aspects in the area of mobile BI solutions. Our researchquestion is as follows: How does security aspects affect a company's decision to acquiremobile BI solutions? The survey was conducted through interviews in cooperation with thefirm Optivasys, exclusively dedicated to the BI solution QlikView.A significant part of the theory we studied describes security as critical; however, ourresearch suggests a solution on how companies can manage the security aspects.

Today bonuscards are used widely to encourage customers to return for more purchases. Many of those bonuscards are today made of paper which is negative for the environment and since they are not very valuable they are also easy to misplace. The mobile version of these cards most often needs an active download and/or other processes before use and are therefore not so easy to use spontaneous. This project aims to make it easier to handle these bonuscards with today?s smartphones and solve the given problems.

Denna magisteruppsats beskriver framtagande och utveckling av riktlinjer för ett system vars mål är att förändra och förbättra en organisation, där arbetet idag utgår ifrån en stationär plats men där vi hävdar att arbetssättet skulle kunna vara helt mobilt. I uppsatsen beskriver och diskuterar vi vårt tillvägagångssätt, resultatet av fältstudier och analys samt en diskussion som behandlar konstruktionen av ett mobilt anpassningsbart system. Uppsatsen resulterar i framtagandet av designriktlinjer för en mobil artefakt. Denna artefakt ska kunna stödja det arbete som utförs av personalen som arbetar med drift och övervakning av fastigheter i Karlskrona kommun. Artefakten ska vara anpassningsbar till den miljö som den används inom, den ska ha förmågan att känna av den kontext den opererar inom samt ha förmågan att följa de interaktioner som personalen utför.

Making the work in the public sector more efficient is something that has been seen as necessary during the later years. One way to do this on municipal level has been to apply solutions former used mostly by private companies. The organisational parts have also been adjusted to existing conditions in this work of change. For example more and more municipalities have come to use the purchaser-supplier model since the beginning of the 1990's. Norrköping, Linköping and Motala have been chosen in this essay for a closer study of the effects of the changes of the 90's, from an efficiency point of view.

Bakgrund: Test av syreupptag (VO2) kan fungera som en utvärdering av träningen för idrottare. VO2-test kan även nyttjas för att synliggöra anställdas eventuella hälsoproblem inom ett företag. Det finns idag en rad olika stationära och mobila utrustningar som mäter syreupptag (VO2), koldioxidproduktion (VCO2) och minutventilation (VÉ). Ett exempel är Jaeger Oxycon Mobile, bärbar VO2-utrustning, som kan användas i idrottarens eller arbetarens normala arbetsmiljö. Det finns idag inga publicerade studier där validiteten hos Jaeger Oxycon Mobile har testats.

This work aims to evaluate the possibility of using a graphical programming language to develop software for a digital signal processor. A fixed-point digital signal processor called Blackfin BF-537 is used for this. Instead of using conventional programming languages, like C or assembler, for software development the possibilities to use a graphical environment to fill the same purpose are examined. The development environment primarily used is NI LabVIEW, but also the use of Mathworks Matlab Simulink is investigated. A variety of programs consisting of various signal processing operations and utilities are developed using these development environments.

My intention with this study is to evaluate, as a singer and a voice teacher, a number of routines for daily vocal practice through practical application. Seven different routines are presented, five of them originating from interviews with Swedish vocal teachers and singers and two chosen from literature. These routines are then tried out and evaluated. Using the results of these evaluations as a basis, I make an attempt at formulating my own personal practice routine, optimal for my own needs. I will also try to address motivational issues related to practice with hints acquired through the interviews.

In light of the stemmed IPO flow to the Swedish stock exchange in 2012, this study regards the conjecture that the IPO count is related to the prevailing cost of equity capital for certain periods. By application of the Residual Income Valuation model the cost of equity capital is abstracted from sampled stock prices and compared at two points in time for which extreme highs and lows of IPO activity were observed. Using randomized samples from 1999 and 2012, significant differences between the estimated costs of capital are established. The findings indicate that the equity cost of capital, much as it may help influence, nevertheless plays a subordinated role in the going-public decision..

The purpose of this thesis is to present and describe which criteria, according to the systemfamily Configuration Management, should be met when developing a CM-tool to handlemigration data.ACT is a tool developed by Microsoft to gather information about, analyze, test and mitigateapplications in a network when migrating the IT-infrastructure of an organization to a newoperating system. The organization that is being studied wants to present the data about theanalyzed applications in such a way, that a customer can choose what to mitigate and migrate.The goal is therefore to develop a prototype (CM-tool) that will present this data.The study has shown that ACT lacks certain requirements stated by the organization when itcomes to presentation. But when it comes to the rest of the functions, ACT performs as expected.The investigation resulted in specifications and technical solution for the new CM-tool. Utvecklingen av teknologin har lett till att mobiltelefoner har fått ett utökat användningsområde, och ett av dessa är mobila betaltjänster. En av de mobila betaltjänsterna på marknaden är Swish, som skapad genom ett samarbete mellan de svenska storbankerna. För att konsumenter ska acceptera och börja använda en ny tjänst krävs det ett förtroende hos konsumenterna för tjänsten, och detta förtroende byggs med hjälp av det som kommuniceras om företaget. Denna studie har undersökt de olika kommunikationskanalernas påverkan på konsumenters beslut att använda Swish och hur detta är kopplat till förtroende. Studien har utförts i form av en enkätundersökning och resultatet av undersökningen visade att de kommunikationskanaler som konsumenter har förtroende för är även de som påverkar deras beslut i störst utsträckning.

When an error occurs in an IT system that is vital for the production of a major industry, the consequences can be great. To quickly identify and correct errors is important as a stop in a system can lead to a break in production, which is costly for the industry. Our task in this thesis has been to develop a system for ÅF that facilitates the debugging process of the system Paperline. The system's target audience is ÅF-call personnel that provides support for Paperline 24 hours a day if something goes wrong. The system consists of a Windows service, a database and a web application and is developed mainly with the techniques C#.NET, MVC 5, Google Charts, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Entity Framework.
