14 juni 2007 beslutade regeringen att tillkalla en särskild utredare med uppdrag att utforma förslag till en svensk veteranpolitik, som skulle innefatta ansvaret för personalen före, under och efter internationella militära insatser. Utredningen, som tog namnet Veteransoldatutredningen, lämnade i oktober 2008 sitt slutbetänkande. Syftet med denna uppsats var att kritiskt granska utredningens förslag till förbättring i frågan om psykologisk ohälsa, stressprevention, inför insats och med utgångspunkt i litteraturen försöka förutsäga om förslaget skulle komma att ge effekt Metodvalen i denna uppsats har utgjorts av kvalitativ textanalys samt deskription. Tyngdpunkten i essän ligger i att definiera stressreaktioner samt åtgärder för stressprevention. Därefter följer analysen för att kunna se om det finns en förankring i aktuell forskning, och mot slutet granskas om förslagen kommer att ge effekt.I uppsatsen söktes svar på följande frågeställningar:-          Finns det en förankring i förslagen från Veteransoldatutredningen i aktuell forskning med inriktning på preventiva åtgärder?-          Är det rimligt att anta att med stöd av aktuell forskning att förslagen kan förebygga psykisk ohälsa efter internationell insats?De viktigaste slutsatserna som har dragits från denna studie är:Förslagen från veteransoldatutredningen finns till del förankrade i aktuell litteratur.

China?s textile and apparel industry, amanufacturing-based economy with its products bounding up with the consumers worldwide,has been facing enormous pressure to take CSR initiatives, particularly in relation toenvironmental issues and labor standards.

Websites today only offer simpler form of technical analysis and are not fun to use, therefore student decided to build a website that makes technical analysis a bit more fun by giving user possibility to experiment with settings for technical indicators and also see clear visible results from analysis. Student decided to build website in ASP.NET. Technical indicators for this project only consist of those who give buy and sell-signals via cross-over, no divergence or pattern finding.This project has three questions that define this project. Title: Creating meetings - a study in interactionism and creating music. In this study I had my focus on teenagers in a school class. My aim was to explore how pupils experience the processes of creating music together and how they choose to organize their interactions during these creative processes. As analytical tools I used sociological and sociopedagogical concepts and theories. Interactionism provided models toward individualization as well as socialization, related to learning, knowledge and creativity.

The population growth and urbanisation in low-income countries bring issues of poor living standards and miserable sanitation conditions onto the agenda. If well-functioning waste management systems were developed, this could master some of the problems. The already existing local informal waste handling system that is common in many low-income countries, needs to be developed with proper sorting and composting solutions to decrease the environmental burden and improve the overall situation in the dense cities. This master?s thesis project is performed with the intention of developing functional decentralised waste management units in the city of Pune, India.

I den här magisteruppsatsen studeras den interna kommunikationen på Stadium AB genom en fallstudie och två enkätundersökningar. Författarna har undersökt huruvida den interna kommunikationen har en avgörande roll då företagsledningen skall förmedla önskad image och funktionell kvalitet till konsumenterna, samt vilken roll den interna kommunikationen har för konsumenternas uppfattning om företaget.Studien visar att Stadiums företagsledning förmedlar en stor mängd budskap, såsom vision, affärsidé, värderingar och mission till sina anställda. De anställda har svårighet att ta till sig all denna information och kan därför inte sprida vidare dessa budskap till konsumenterna. Vidare visar studien att konsumenterna till viss del uppfattar Stadium på det sätt som företagsledningen önskar. Det går dock att finna vissa faktorer där företagsledningens och konsumenternas uppfattningar märkbart skiljer sig ifrån varandra.Studien har genomförts i tre olika faser.

In today's society there are a lot of offers towards consumers, where they actively have to choose the most appealing offer. In order for an offer to be attractive it must add value in line with the customers demand. Also, it requires that the offer provides a sufficient level of attraction so that the customer selects the particular product/service over another. Furthermore, each offer must exceed the expectations of the visitors to an event, so they feel that the event is something "extraordinary". We have chosen to study how LHC (Linkoping Hockey Club) works with marketing in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Innovationer i sin tur är avhängigaav kreativitet vilken karaktäriseras av osäkerhet, då kreativitet främjas av frittspelrum och egenbestämmande. Samtidigt finns ett trängande behov av kontrollöver verksamheterna. Här uppstår ett innovationens dilemma, där en balansmellan kontroll och kreativitet eftersträvas. Forskningen är både spridd ochsplittrad i problemen kring hur man kan hitta en balans mellan kontroll ochkreativitet vilket gör att praktiska råd för att lösa problemet är svåra att finna.När sådana väl uppkommer är det dessutom inte ovanligt att andra forskare gerhelt motsatta råd.Syftet med uppsatsen är primärt att utforska hur man i praktiken kan balanserakontroll och kreativitet i innovationssammanhang.

I företag som bygger komplexa produkter mot kundorder läggs ofta en större del av tillverkningen ut på underleverantörer för att företaget ska vara flexibelt och snabbt svara på marknadsförändringar. Företag i dessa kundorderstyrda försörjningskedjor låter då underleverantörer konstruera komponenterna efter underleverantörens egen expertis genom att endast ge riktlinjer för hur komponenterna ska se ut vid inköp av komponenter och system. Detta leder till att komponentinformation som tidigare varit det köpande företagets istället hamnar hos underleverantören. Studien bygger på intervjuer genomförda med personer i hela flödet, från konstruktionsstadiet till överlämning till kund. Även felrapporter samt annan sekundär data har använts för att verifiera intervjuinformationen.

Utifrån tidigare forskning om och utvärderingar av musikämnets ställning i lärarutbildningen är syftet med förestående uppsats att ytterligare belysa musikämnets situation i den svenska lärarutbildningen såsom den manifesterar sig i kursplanerna på högskolor och universitet. Föremål för analys är samtliga lärarutbildningars kursplaner i det allmänna utbildningsområdet (AUO), som tillsammans med den nationella kursplanen i musik (Kp2000) utgör underlag för besvarandet av forskningsfrågan ?På vilket sätt förbereds lärarstudenter för musikundervisning enligt Kp2000??. Ur ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv genomförs analysen baserad på fyra sökord; ?Musik?, ?Estetik?, ?Musisk? samt ?Konstnärlig?, ord hämtade ur den presenterade kontexten kring analysobjekten.

We would like to gain a more in depth knowledge of whether the modern orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises? setting of goals and visions on the basis of stake holders? interests and the employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement. Despite these common inherent characteristics, it is not evident from current scientific debate how such integration actually emerges in the control philosophies of the enterprises.
