This study has been executed at the Public Employment Office, an institution that has beensubject for much debate during the last couple of years. The government has instructed theLabour Market Board to change the Public Employment Office toward a more effectiveorganization. This study examines one of the Public Employment Offices that are included in apilot project that aims to improve and develop work methods with the objective to become amore service minded organization. From this starting point we have investigated which effect thisorganizational change has had on the employee within this organization and within the pilotproject. In addition we investigate whether attitudes of the unemployed has an effect on thestaff´s work situation.

Syftet är att med hjälp av fallet Stockholms stads hemtjänst analysera hur ledningen på utförarnivå implementerar ett påtvingat arbetssystem.Studien är kvalitativ där avsikten med studien är att beskriva och analysera respondenternas tankar och upplevelser kring implementeringen av arbetssystemet. Som forskningsstrategi har en fallstudiemetod använts. Den huvudsakliga datakällan är åtta intervjuer med chefer på olika utförarenheter i Stockholms stad.Uppsatsens teoretiska ansats utgörs av Principal-agent teorin, teorier om förändringsmotstånd och förändringsledning samt teorier om implementering av ny teknologi.Studien tar sin grund i att Stockholms stad infört ett nytt rapporteringssystem i hemtjänsten år 2014, något som har mött mycket motstånd av vårdbiträden. Detta har lagt press på ledningen på utförarnivå som lett implementeringsarbetet i utförarenheterna. Genom åtta stycken intervjuer med chefer från olika utförarenheter har ledningens roll och ansvar av implementeringsarbetet uppskattats samt ledningens hantering av motstånd diskuterats.Studien har resulterat i en utvärdering av ledningsarbetet som till största delen påverkat utfallet av införandet av ParaGå i hemtjänsten.

Metod Uppsatsens författare har tillämpat ett abduktivt tillvägagångssätt och har genom kvalitativa intervjuer samlat in empiriskt material genom dels en fallstudie på Oscar Jacobson och dels intervjuer med Exportrådet och Svenska Handelskammaren.

 Syfte: Syftet med kandidatuppsatsen är att ta reda på ifall det svaga intresset för köpmäklare i Sverige beror på en bristande kännedom om köpmäklartjänstens existens eller om det saknas ett behov för tjänsten. En kortare utredning av hur lagen ser ut genomförs för att se om en köpmäklartjänst kan utövas enligt den idag rådande lagstiftningen.Forskningsfråga: Beror det svaga intresset för köpmäklare i Sverige på att svenska folket inte är medvetna om att tjänsten existerar eller beror det på att det inte finns ett behov av tjänsten?Metod: I uppsatsen har information samlats in genom två olika typer av undersökningsmetoder, kvantitativa enkäter och kvalitativa intervjuer. Informationen av dessa har sedan sammanställts och utgör resultatet i uppsatsen. Analysen i arbetet utgår ifrån resultatet vilket har bearbetats med den teoretiska delen som en grund.

Bakgrund: Sedan 1988 har svenska aktiebolag haft en lagstadgad skyldighet att få sina räkenskaper granskade av en kvalificerad revisor, något som snart kommer att förändras. I en pågående utredning presenterades den 3 april 2008 ett förslag om att avskaffa revisionsplikten för 96 procent av de svenska aktiebolagen från och med 1 juli 2010. Bakgrunden till detta är att fördelar för små bolag inte anses uppväga nackdelar av revisionen.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva förändringen hos banker i kreditbedömningsprocessen vid ett avskaffande av revisionsplikten och hur dessa förändringar kommer påverka relationen mellan bank och bolag.Referensram och teori: För att analysera det empiriska materialet har intressentteorin, principal-agent teorin och teorin om asymmetrisk information använts varav samtliga är väletablerade och beprövade teorier. Teorin om tillit är en relativt ny teori som även denhar använts i syfte att förklara betydelsen av tillit i näringslivet. I referensramen ges information om revision och dess grundläggande principer samt en beskrivning av banker som kreditgivare och deras kreditgivningsprocess.Metod: För att uppnå syftet har en fallstudie utförts bestående av både en kvalitativ samt en kvantitativ insamlingsmetod.

LGBT people, in Uganda, have since the colonial time been in a vulnerable situation. When the President signed the ?Anti-Homosexuality Act? into law 2014 all forms of same-sex relationships became criminalized. The time after the law passed have been characterized by an increased homophobia and further violence against LGBT people. These are seen as deviants since they do not live according to the social norms, that the right thing to be is heterosexual.

Aim: The aim of our study is to analyze and evaluate from a marketing perspective how estate agents can use facebook to strengthen their brand. Method: We have used an inductive study form where we?ve used a quality and a quantity data gathering method. The data has been gathered from an interview with Botkyrkabyggens marketing coordinator and from an internet survey based on a convience selection and a snow ball selection.Theory: SWOT, Brand Equity, Word of Mouth, Customer Relationship ManagementConclusion: Facebook can create and measure "word of mouth" effects, and also create better information management and flow of information compared to traditional marketing for an estate agent. In this study, the efficiency of a newly launched predatory mite, Amblydromalus limonicus, has been examined for its potential to use as a biological control agent in cucumber production. A. limonicus can be used for biological control of two thrips species, Frankliniella occidentalis and Thrips tabaci. Field trials were conducted in greenhouses of two conventional cucumber growers in Scania, the southern part of Sweden. The aim of this master thesis?s is to examine what functions writing activities can have in the public library. Some public libraries offer their visitors writing activities, for example courses and camps. The public library is an institution with a particular identity, with special norms and properties which participants within the institution construct and reproduce. The main question of this thesis is to investigate how writing activities can be a part of the public library?s institutional identity and what functions writing activities in the public library can have.

Purpose of the essay: The purpose of the essay is to, from the view of the nurses working at the x-ray infirmary; see how the internal e-mail communication is working as the main digital communication method at the x-ray infirmary.Material/Method: The material has been collected using qualitative interviews with eight nurses working at the x-ray infirmary. The material has then been analyzed through a theoretical perspective based on The Media Richness theory.Main results: The results of the investigation have shown that the nurses see the internal e-mail communication as relatively poor. The information that is sent out by their superiors is often too extensive, this making the screening work an extra work burden. These e-mails are also supplied to the whole infirmary instead of being addressed to specific individuals. Seen through a media richness perspective, the e-mail is a mediumrich communication medium that well could be used in the everyday communication at the infirmary as the main communication agent.

Då vikt lagts vid värderingar och åsikter ansågs det lämpligt att främst samla in material genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer på olika hierarkiska nivåer, det vill säga i kommunledningen, på nämndsnivå och på förvaltningschefsnivå.
