AbstractA Problem to Every SolutionThe Corrymeela Community, René Girard and the ambiguous pluralismThe main purpose of this study is to examine how Girard´s ideas of society, culture andreligion have become part of the reflexion in the praxis of Corrymeela Community through the work of Roel Kaptein and how this praxis can shed light over the work with dissonances of faith and values in education in RE, Social Studies and other subjects.In earlier publications I have studied how dissonances of faith and values can beunderstood in educational settings and in connection with issues of interreligious dialogue.The extensive discussion of how differences in culture, religion and value in a pluralisticsociety are to be analysed and treated in pedagogical reflexion seems to increasingly occupyactors in different parts of the educational system. It is obvious that these issues also arebrought into focus as an important field of research. My main interest in this paper is to study how a reconciliation group in the middle of the conflict in Northern Ireland has developed a view of conflict reason and conflict resolution under the influence of the French researcher René Girard and what aspects of this study that can improve the reflection over pluralism and dissonances of faith and values in everyday praxis in education.For a period of more than a decade I have been in contact with actors in the peace process inNorthern Ireland in connection to different educational projects. The attempts to analyse the different aspects of ?The Troubles? and the efforts to find ways out of conflicts and civil war are many and the literature on subjects related to these tragic history of social, cultural and religious conflicts is difficult to survey.

Nötcenter Viken is a Swedish nucleus herd for dairy cattle. The goal for the farm is to select suitable mothers for the next top generation of bulls. Today the selection for udder health is based on a pedigree index and phenotype data. The pedigree index is based on the cow?s father and grandfathers breeding values.

Syftet med studien är att med utgångspunkt från Landskronas kommuninvånare kartlägga och skapa förståelse för sambanden mellan framtagna faktorer, kundnöjdhet och besöksfrekvens. Undersökningssyftet är i huvudsak förklarande. Det finns sedan tidigare ett relevant beskrivningsspråk men det saknas data. Studieobjektet är cityhandeln i Landskrona och dess förhållande till två av dess främsta konkurrenter, cityhandeln i Helsingborg samt Center Syd i Löddeköpinge. För att svara på studiens problem och syfte har ett kvantitativt tillvägagångssätt tillämpats.

Based on widespread public debate prior to Swedish EMU-referendum 2003, the main purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyze the standpoint of the Swedish parliamentary parties in the EMU-issue, from perspektive of the following questions;1) What is the official standpoint of the parliamentary parties in the EMU-issue?2) What claimed effects of a Swedish EMU-membership or non-membership have the parties presented?3) What rifts can be found within the parties, in relation to their official standpoint in the EMU-issue?The Sweidish parliamentary parties´ standpoint in the EMU-issue will be analyze from the point of view of a number of current theories. These theories are basically democrazy theories that all have transnationalization and Europeanization as a common ground.The conclusions are, among others, that the parliamentary parties` standpoints in the EMU-issue are based on ideological values about whether or not a Swedish EMU-membership is good for Sweden. The Liberal Party, the Christian Democrats, the Moderate Party and the Social Party have a positive view on EMU and a deeper European integration, and basically value the economic efficency of the EMU higher than democratic decision making and a national currency and monetary policy. As for the EMU-critical parties such as the Centre Party, the Green Party and the Left Party, their view in the EMU-issue can be regarded as more nationalistic, since they say no to an exapanded financial cooperation.

Research where personality in animals is studied is becoming more and more common. In this area there are different concepts like behavioural syndrome and animal personality and they usually talk about consistency in behaviour over time and situations. This consistent individual behaviour can be used as an indicator of how individuals can handle and adjust to new situations in the environment. Because of this, personality studies in animals are very important in animal welfare. In this study personality in dairy cattle in lose housing were studied.

Bakgrund: Telefonrådgivning är en stor del av distriktssköterskans arbete på en hälsocentral. Arbetet innebär att bedöma, hänvisa, ge råd och stöd, samt utföra omvårdnad. Distriktssköterskan måste anpassa sitt arbete och sina beslut efter ekonomiska, tekniska, organisatoriska och vetenskapliga aspekter.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att arbeta med telefonrådgivning på en hälsocentral.Metod: En kvalitativ deskriptiv metod användes. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med tio distriktssköterskor från sex olika hälsocentraler. Intervjuerna analyserades med kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat: Vid analysen framkom sex huvudkategorier; ett professionellt bemötande är viktigt för patienterna, organisation och struktur är avgörande för arbetet, arbetsmiljön påverkar arbetet på olika sätt, kollegialt samarbete på arbetsplatsen är betydelsefullt, några områden kan förbättras, svårigheter och utmaningar finns i arbetet.

Concentration of protein in bovine milk is one of the most significant milk quality parameters, to a large extent determining the price for milk to the producer. Mastitis is a common disease among dairy cows, negatively affecting not only milk yield but also milk protein composition. Milk from mastitic cows tends to have lower cheese yield, negatively affected processability properties and sensory quality, due to changed protein quality and composition. Poorer milk protein quality would have an economically negative impact on dairy industry. Only few studies have investigated the short term effects of mastitis on milk protein composition.

This thesis deals with a Swedish shopping centre, NOVA, from a phenomenological point of view. This thesis project is a vision of an identity building in Gothenburg, situated on the pier called Bananpiren. A frequently asked question in real estate marketing is at what time of the year it is optimal to invest or sell. The aim of the project was to answer this question and to generate a prediction model over real estate located in the centre of Stockholm that takes seasons into account. With acquired sales statistics in Stockholm between 2010 and 2013 it was possible to perform a linear least square regression, also known as Ordinary Least Square (OLS), with describing qualities and season of sale as parameters. Statistical problems such as Multicollinearity and Heteroskedasticity have been taken into account when deriving the model. För att bredda användandet av Six Sigma i sin koncern har SKF introducerat Transactional Six Sigma, med avsikt att systematisera förbättringsarbetet i dess transaktionella processer, en typ av process som ofta fungerar ineffektivt. Denna studie har utförts på SKF, med syfte att bidra till ökad kunskap gällande skillnader mellan genomförandet av Six Sigma-projekt inom transaktionella processer jämfört med tillverknings-processer. SUMMARY By altering the longitudinal slopes of the cubicle floors the drainage could be improved. If the altered slopes also position the cows further back in the cubicles the effect could be cleaner lying surfaces. In result this would lead to lower labour requirements, cleaner cows, cleaner udders and a minimization of the risks of mastitis. However, if the altered slopes lead to that the cows position themselves more diagonally in the cubicles the positive effects could be reduced. The altered slopes could even have a negative influence on the animals? natural lying behaviour.
