In today's society where `sustainability ' has become a watchword the current community planning needs to be questioned so we, in the best possible way, can meet future changes. Searching for new planning strategies is part of this and in this essay the term `mixed-use´ will be investigated and analyzed in terms of its social aspects.

The purpose of this study is to examine how pupils in high school see on the subject violence, and see how their experience of the subject is. The purpose of this study is also to see how common violence is belong juveniles and to examine their attitudes among the subject. We will in our examine and research among violence in the Swedish schools get an insight of how the violence in the school looks like and how wide spread violence really is. We want threw our objective sight and by using quantitative and qualitative interview methods give you readers an insight to the daily school world, we want to find out how the pupils themselves experience the school environment and what cautions teachers and other staff take to reduce this problem. Our main question is: ? What kind of vision do the pupils have on violence in school, and what can be a factor to the increasing violence in the schools of Sweden.

Denna rapport innehåller beräkningar och förslag till en ombyggnation av en ladugård i Uddeholm. Ägaren Stig Sonebrink har en vision om att starta ett projekt som kan ge positiv PR till en hårt prövad region och kan generera arbetstillfällen. Detta projekt kallar han för Uddeholmsladan och det första Sonebrink vill bygga är en konserthall. Syftet med projektet är att kontrollera byggnadens förutsättningar för att nyttjas som en konserthall. Målet är att presentera en lösning på hur golvet i konserthallen skall konstrueras med avseende på stegljud och utseende.

Syfte: Att undersöka hur ideella festivalarrangörer leder och styr sin verksamhet och utifrån detta rekommendera ett modifierat Balanced Scorecard som bidrar till att förbättra konkretisering och operationalisering av övergripande visioner. Metod:Genom kvalitativ undersökning har primärdata samlats in främst via telefonintervjuer. Metoden är baserad på en abduktiv ansats med ett konstruktionistiskt synsätt.Teoretiska perspektiv:Eftersom arbetskraften i en ideell organisation inte får ekonomisk ersättning eller mycket låg sådan, är styrning och motivation utifrån visioner viktig. Ett modifierat Balanced Scorecard är ett styrsystem som utgår från visionen som kompassnål och huvudinriktning. Detta möjliggör val av de mer mjuka fokusområdena prestation, relationer, aktiviteter och framtid, som utgångspunkt för arbetet med att uppnå visionen.Empiri: Intervjuobjekten är ledningspersoner i svenska festivalorganisationer vars verksamhet är av ideell art.

Syften: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilka motiv som ligger till grund för förändring av ett företags logotyp, samt att klargöra viktiga faktorer för en lyckad förändringsprocess. Vi vill också förklara hur man går tillväga rent praktiskt när ett företag genomgår denna process. Vilka beslut fattas när? Vilka individer är drivande? Hur sker samarbetet med formgivningsbyråer? Metod: Kvalitativ studie med fem intervjuobjekt. Primärdata hämtad från intervjuer.

Jag har utfört en kvalitativ studie i form av djupintervjuer som ämnar ge en djupare inblick i en familjs vardagsliv då en familjemedlem medvetet skadar sig själv. Syftet med min studie är att undersöka hur en självskadande ungdoms omgivning uppfattar individens handlande och hur individen i fråga upplever responsen kring detta handlande. Jag har använt mig av följande frågeställningar: Hur påverkar en självskadande individ sin familj, partner ochvänner? Hur reagerar omgivningen och vilka åsikter har de kring individens handlande? Hur uppfattar och påverkas individen av omgivningen reaktioner och åsikter?I mitt teoriavsnitt kommer jag att gå igenom fem olika teorier: symbolisk interaktionism,identitet och identitetsskapande, Giddens kroppsliga kontroll-perspektiv, Brun Hansensbegrepp serviceföräldrar samt Mills sociologiska vision.Jag har i arbetet med min analys kommit fram till att mina frågeställningar kan besvarasgenom ett begrepp som jag vill benämna ?den onda cirkeln?, som innebär att Carolinesomgivning hade en negativ påverkan på Caroline oavsett hur de handlade. Om Caroline fick för mycket uppmärksamhet kände hon sig trängd och skadade sig själv samtidigt som brist på uppmärksamhet ledde till att hon kände sig åsidosatt vilket också resulterade i självskadande handlingar..

The Swedish nonprofit sector is experiencing a sectoral change, moving closer to the corporate sector to become more commercialized. The recruitment of leaders with corporate experience constitutes one of the factors influencing this development. Hence, to create an understanding of this sectoral change, the thesis aims to investigate the motivational forces underlying the leaders' decisions to work within the nonprofit sector. Additionally, the thesis seeks an understanding of why the leaders' decisions were made later in their careers. Through conducting qualitative interviews with leaders representing top management of six humanitarian organizations in Sweden, the study finds that nonprofit leaders with corporate background, analogous to volunteers and employees, are motivated by a sense of relatedness to the vision of the organization.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att med hjälp av en kvalitativ komparativ innehållsanalys nå en djupare förståelse och kunskap kring innehållet och likvärdigheten i samtliga lokala arbetsplanerna inom Kriminalvården, Region Syd. Vi kommer bland annat att belysa likvärdigheten avseende dimensioner såsom kvalitet, studerandeinflytande och utformning. Vid analysen använder vi relevanta teorier och tidigare forskning, som behandlar rehabilitering, organisationsteori och gräsrotsbyråkrati för att förklara vad eventuella skillnader i de lokala arbetsplanerna kan bero på. Resultat av vikt som presenteras är att antagnings- och urvalsprocessen likvärdigt beskrivs i samtliga lokala arbetsplaner. Inom Region Syd ges, enligt de lokala arbetsplanerna, klienterna samma förutsättningar till studiemotiverande samtal som kan intressera klienten till studier.

En vision om att vidga vyerna har fått en jämtländsk byggentreprenör att söka nya vägar, som lett dem mot fabrikstillverkade takstolar. Entreprenören har tidigare beställt takstolar till sina projekt från en producent i Norrbotten, då de varit intresserade av ett lägre pris än de lokala producenterna kunnat lämna. Under en tid har de haft kontakt med en trävaruleverantör som kan erbjuda industrilokaler att hyra. Närheten till virket och de minimerade transporterna har varit attraktivt för en etablering.Studien vars resultat presenteras i den här rapporten har ämnat undersöka de ekonomiska kostnaderna för etablering av takstolsfabriken i Stugun. Samt att undersöka i vilket fall transporterna för ingående komponenter i en takstol kan minskas.

Environmental issues and sustainable development is a high priority in today?s society and has received substantial attention lately. In the inaugural speech it is expressed that the goal for the IT?politics is a sustainable information society for everyone, which can be achieved by using IT to support sustainable growth. The Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications has developed a document which outlines three specific proposals on what the government should focus on during a three?year period (2008?2010) that with the use of IT will contribute to a sustainable society.

The aim of this study is to examine possibilities and barriers for an introduction of electric vehicles in Sweden. The study has an interdisciplinary approach and thoroughly examines the essential topics which influence the future of the electric vehicle. The study reaches from answering the question on why electric vehicles lost the game to petrol cars in the early 20th century, to sketch how the difference in total cost of ownership will be between electric vehicles and petrol cars for the coming 20 years. Apart from these subjects the main topics of the study are today?s and tomorrow?s situation regarding technology, charging, fuel, market and economic incentives from an electric vehicle perspective.

The purpose of the study is to examine and problematize how the ego affects musicians and dancers. Important factors that shape the ego is the artists educational background and experience within the artistic subjekt. Hence, the purpose is also to find out how these factors affecting the ego. I wanted other artists practitioners? thoughts on the subjekt, therefore I chose to interview four people, two musicians and two dancers.

Aqeri has since the past year a new profile with name and logotype, which has createda need for an updated visual product identity. The company is a leading developer,producer and distributer of IT products suitable for extreme environments in industry,defense and vehicles. This new profile with the different segments has together with aproduct identity from two companies resulted in that they have no clear designidentity on their products. From this background the aim of this research is todetermine how a development of a design identity is done to implement it to Aqeri.The design identity can be defined as a product?s identity visualized through its formor appearance which defines what the product is.

Denna uppsats avser att belysa problematiken kring en alltför snabb implementering av affärssystem såsom SAP, Oracle m.fl. Det finns i dagsläget ingen enskild teori som belyser detta utan vad som existerar är ett lapptäcke av flera bitar. För denna uppsats har konsultersom arbetar med införanden av affärssystem intervjuats. Vad som framkommit är att det från företagens sida ofta saknas motiv och vision med varför ett affärssystem ska införas. Förstudierna med krav- och behovsanalyser är otillräckliga.
