Parkbiblioteket Detta examensprojekt är tänkt att ge Högalidsparken i Stockholm och de boende i staden en ny plats att finna information på, samtidigt som platsen får en ny koppling mellan gatan och parken då gränsen utgörs av en bergskärning idag, och denna är idag planerad att ge plats för nya bostäder. Utformningen av mitt bibliotek är förenklat sett en rampförbunden terrasserad plan som tar besökarna på en vandring upp till den översta nivån där gångvägar passerar förbi och leder vidare till andra delar av Södermalm. Byggnaden hängs delvis in i berget med bergsförankringsstag och byggnadskropparna täcks utvändigt med falsad skivtäckning av zinkplåt. Programmet innefattar även ett mindre café som fungerar som mötesplats mitt bland böcker, studieplatser och sökdatorer..

This essay examines how public planners and the inhabitants of södra Gårda relate to the physical planning of the area and to the demolition versus the preservation of the quarters Eken and Cedern, and how the dialogue between planners and citizens appears to be. How do the planners and policymakers relate to citizen participation in urban planning, and how is participatory planning carried out in the legislation, rhetorically and in practice. Former research indicates a distinct gap between rhetorics, legislation and actions in practice regarding citizen participation in planning, which is why we find it an interesting topic for further research. The essay aims to highlight the different actors interests and visions of the development of the area. Which are the standpoints and arguments the different actors set out for the future visions of the area? The essay focuses on citizen participation in urban planning in the city of Gothenburg.

The aim of this studie is to describe, analyse and understand the benefits and disadvantages with using digital tools in education. In my qualitative method three primary school teachers were interviewed about how digital tools should be used in educational purposes, also what benefits/disadvantages they could see with the investment of digital tools in their school. I also did observations in two classrooms and interviewed a school politican to get a wider perspective. The collected information identifies that some benefits of using digital tools is the contribution to a more equivalent education, more opportunites for cooperations and that fewer pupils have to struggle with their fine motor skills when producing a text. Some of the disadvantages with using the tools is that they breaks sometimes, it´s easy to get dependent and if something happens (like power outage) it´s unusual that schools have a good an action plan.

Då själva utvecklandet av webbplatsen har varit en praktisk tillämpning så tar rapporten snarare upp utvecklingen på ett mer teoretiskt plan i form av en fallstudie.Vilka tekniker och metoder som har använts i det praktiska arbetet, såsom användbarhet, semantisk uppmärkning och agila utvecklingsmetoder, har förklarats samtidigt som dess funktionalitet vävts in i arbetets olika implementeringsfaser. The purpose of this thesis is to shine some light on how B2C companies in Sweden carry out a viral marketing campaign. Through case studies of two comparably sized companies, Arla and If Skadeförsäkringar, this was examined. This study shows that viral marketing is still a new subject for both marketers and researchers. It is hard to find conclusive methods for how to carry out such a marketing campaign successfully leaving companies feeling that they first have to go through a trial and error process. This is evident in this case study, where viral marketing is degraded to a tool for generating awareness rather than producing actual results as part of a holistic marketing plan and where those results are too uncertain to rely on.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how organisations can keep their crisis preparedness alert although crises do not occur often. A crisis organisation will lay dormant within a larger organisation for long periods of time. This may cause a problem when a crisis does occur if the preparedness has not been kept alive.From previous researchers that we have studied within this field we have identified two distinct methods to do this. The first focuses on the importance of detailed crisis plans, while the other method suggests that it is more essential to develop specific competencies with the employees. We also find that keeping knowledge within an organisation is a matter of organisational learning and memory which we therefore discuss and analyse.We have performed an interview study at E.ON in Örebro, and we have also had the opportunity to read E.ON?s crisis plan.

?Re:Regional? is a diploma work by Sanna Alm and Ylva Hedin, for the Master?s Programme in Spatial Planning presented at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. ?Greater Helsinki Vision 2050 ? International Ideas Competition? was the starting point of this study. The competition was launched the 15th of December 2006 and the closing date was the 31st of May.

Det här examensarbetet har utförts på Volvo CE Components AB. Analysen har gjorts på en befintlig målerianläggning i Eskilstuna med hjälp av diskret händelsestyrd simulering. Undersökningen behandlar variationen på måleriets uteffekt genom att undersöka effekten av att måla komponenter i en viss cyklisk sekvens.

Sedan 2011 allt fler barn med autism tas emot idag i den svenska grundskolor eftersom de inte l?ngre har r?tt till grunds?rskolan utan signifikanta intellektuella funktionsneds?ttningar (SFS, 2010:800). Dock, vissa studier har visat att barn med autism i grundskolan ?r ensamma och ?r mindre accepterade av sina kamrater (Chamberlain et al; 2007). Jag ville unders?ka vad ?r det som f?rsv?rar eller underl?ttar social integration f?r barn med autism i grundskolan.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the tendencies among pupils concerning their attitudes towards History and some of the stated goals in the present and in the proposed course plan of History, since there is, probably, a change coming in 2011. The study is built on questionnaires answered by one hundred pupils at a Swedish upper-secondary-school. The results point to the fact that most of these pupils like history, but still they do not wish to make it an obligatory subject, which is a government proposal at the moment. Furthermore, the answers about sources, democracy, the use of History and the consciousness about History, have a clear tendency; there have been too little education about these areas during the pupils former nine years in school, still the pupils think that these are important areas to work with. Moreover, this study shows a disheartening picture when it comes to pupils knowledge of their cultural heritage. Only half of the pupils know which century Gustav Vasa lived in and just a third know what year universal suffrage was introduced in Sweden, two facts that ought to be set in most Swedes? mind..

En utmaning under produktionen är uttorkning av byggfukt i byggnadens betongbjälklag. Om uttorkningen försenas kan golvbeläggningar inte appliceras i rätt tid, men att arbetet forceras är inte ett alternativ, då risken finns att fuktskador uppkommer under driftsskedet. Avgörande för att uttorkningen skall fortskrida enligt plan är att torkklimatet i byggnaden är gynnsamt för uttorkningsprocessen. För att kontrollera torkklimatet genomför företaget ett omfattande arbete genom att mäta klimatet, där dataloggar på olika platser i byggnaden registrerar luftens temperatur och relativa fuktighet. Tillsammans med trendmätningar i betong är tanken att insamlad data skall ge en bild av hur uttorkningen fortskrider.

This is a case study where the purpose is to examine three youth workers view of the cooperation with the classroom teachers.This study was conducted through qualitative interviews, which are usually used when one wants to interpret or explain something. Unlike quantitative interviews, which are used when one is trying to measure something. I have used semi-structured interviews when I tried to answer my questions. My results showed that the three different informants collaborated with the school and classroom teachers in different ways, one of them had no scheduled time to plan with classroom teachers, while the other two had. Two of the informants worked in class during the mornings basically every day, the third one were in class for a few lessons.

Studien syftar till att undersöka hur översiktsplaner har påverkats av entrepreneurial city, platsmarknadsföring och kreativa klassen som alla är olika teorier om urban tillväxt. Undersökningen utgår ifrån fem kommuner med en översiktsplan från tidigt 90-tal och en aktuell plan antagen omkring 2010. Översiktsplanerna studeras utifrån de valda teorierna (entrepreneurial city, platsmarknadsföring och kreativa klassen) om urban tillväxt för att ge förståelse för hur strategierna i kommunernas översiktsplaner har påverkats av teorierna. How can former military area I5 in Östersund, Sweden, evolve into Stadsdel Norr ("The Northern Quarter") ? an attractive part of the town center? In a theoretical part of the essay the significants of well functioning towns and streets are investigated. The history of Östersund and I5 is shortly reviewed. Present recommendations concerning city design are presented along with guidelines from Vägverket (National Road Administration) for urban streets. The conclusion reached is that a fundamental structure of streets and roads, public and private spaces, is crucial for the possible future development of an area.

The purpose of this thesis is to illustrate how non-profit organizations map the market of potential donors and how they apply their knowledge about the motives of the potential donors. The case-study of Church of Sweden Aid shows how a Swedish non-profit organization applies this in the daily work. In its strategic marketing the organization actively use marketing surveys in different forms. By employing an analyst Church of Sweden Aid has a possibility to make another step forward in order to understand its donor market and to adjust its strategic marketing plan to it. Church of Sweden Aid says that they don?t work with the donor?s motives.
