A figure will be created, which will enlighten the factors a bank should focus on when enhancing customer loyalty through the internet. Through interviews with two successful banks is it possible to study how a bank can successfully create loyal customers.Methodology:A qualitative method in terms of semi-structured interviews is used. The empirical results were then analyzed with the theory in order to contribute with a new figure.Theoreticalperspective:The theory describes how a bank can create a loyal customer over the Internet.

I want to look at the possibilities to start selling hot water from a small district heating plant with bioenergy. My reason for doing this project is to look at a new business opportunity for our farm. Our company have less work during the winter time compared to the spring and this project will give us more work during the winter. I also want to take as much material as possible for heating from our farm in order to increase the value of the products from the farm. The project is in a village near us, where we should support a school, a churh, a home for the aged, a kindergarten and a parish hall with heat. In my work I have compared two different alternatives with each other. The first alternative is to put a central heater in one of the buildings, the home for the aged, in which we will burn oat.

Ett typiskt WSN består av en mängd små billiga och energisnåla enheter, så kallade sensornoder, som mäter någon miljöparameter och via radio skickar ett datapaket med uppmätt värde till en basstation som ofta är kopplad till en PC. The purpose of this study was to describe senior nurses? expectations concerning how a digital information and communication technology systems (ICT) can contribute to the improvement of care leadership and how it can strengthen ties between the school's theoretical world and the practical clinical work-based training (WP) in nursing. Detta arbete i militärteknik undersöker den militära nyttan med användandet av klassificeringssällskap med exemplet Det Norske Veritas(DNV) och dess regelverk på örlogsfartyg med exemplet Korvett typ Visby. Syftet med arbetet är att utifrån klassificeringssällskapets regelverk för örlogsfartyg utreda till vilken utsträckning samt inom vilka områden regelverket kan anses bidra till militär nytta. Den militära nyttan definieras i arbetet som krigföringsförmågan utifrån de sex grundläggande förmågorna vilka i arbetet har satts i en fartygsteknisk kontext. Ansatsen är vidare att redogöra för inom vilka tekniska områden där klassificeringssällskapet bidrar till den militära nyttan främst med avseende på fartygssystem som ombord stödjer förmågorna. Studien kommer fram till att klassificeringssällskapet sätter fokus på ett örlogsfartygs överlevnad.

AbstractThe thesis investigates how the European Union promotes stability and security in the Mediterranean region. The aim is to analyse the European Union?s security ambitions with Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, the Barcelona Process. An analytical framework with five sectors (military, political, economic, environmental and societal), based on the Copenhagen School?s theories about security sectors and securitization, is used for the analysis.

Reducing the CO2-pollution, resulting from the combustion of fossil coal for energyproduction, is important to affect environmental changes. One way to achieve a reductionis to use the oxy-fuel technology. The technology uses O2 and re-circulated flue gasduring the combustion which results in a flue gas mainly consisting of CO2. The flue gascould then be compressed and stored without environmental effects. A problem thatfollows from the compression is the risk of acidification in sensitive parts of the process.Acidification can occur because of reactions following from the contact of condensedwater and sulphur- and nitrogen-oxides which are also present in the flue gas.This report compiles and evaluates the basis of a scientific unit with the purpose ofexploring the possibilities of extracting impurities of SOx and NOx from the flue gases.The dimensions of the unit are based on basic conditions, defined for an existing oxy-fuelprocess at Chalmers, and on the results of computer modelling.
