Idag är krigföringens principer en vedertagen del av svensk doktrin. Så har det inte alltid varit. För ungefär ett sekel sedan tvistade militära tänkare i väst om det överhuvudtaget fanns något som kunde kallas för krigföringens principer. Det finns än idag de som hävdar att det inte finns några principer, eller att krigföring är en konst och inte en vetenskap. I Försvarsmaktens doktriner är dessa principer dock en väsentlig komponent.

Med dagens snabba datorer och omfattande informationssystem kan automatiskaalgoritmer för beslutsstöd i komplicerade situationer konstrueras. I luftvärnet finns detredan s k hotutvärderare som har denna funktionalitet. I föreliggande uppsats ges enöverblick över den stridssituation dessa hotutvärderare skall hantera. The paper's purpose has evolved during the process of researching and writing it. In the beginning it was to investigate if art and culture could increase the strength and knowledge of a brand and if there existed a knowledge about this amongst Swedish companies, situated in Stockholm. During the process the purpose has evolved into exploring the type of companies that acknowledge this and those that don't. By using Bourdieu's terminology and tools, the reasons behind the use of art has been analyzed.The paper employs an explorative approach by accessing data through interviews and public data provided by the Internet through web pages and government files.The paper comes to the conclusion that what Holt calls cultural branding has not evolved, when looking at the companies that are accurate for this study. Out of 24 companies only one comes close to observing socio cultural movements through the arts.

Manöverkrigföring är en central del i Försvarsmaktens syn på stridens genomförande och nyttjandet av sina väpnade resurser. Manöverkrigföring och manövertänkande tillmäts också stort utrymme i den militärstrategiska doktrinen. Med anledning av beslut om tillämpning för Militärstrategisk doktrin 2012 och därmed upphävandet av Militärstrategisk doktrin 2002 fann jag det värdefullt att analysera utvecklingen inom förhållningssättet till manöverkrigföring i doktrinen.Med kvalitativ textanalys som metod jämförde jag de båda doktrinerna i hänseende till manöverkrigföring och manövertänkande för att se om det skett någon utveckling. Jag belyste även möjliga påverkande faktorer på doktrinutvecklingen i två internationella insatser, nämligen KFOR och Isaf.Jag fann att en utveckling har ägt rum i förhållningssättet till manöverkrigföring och manövertänkande och att Militärstrategisk doktrin 2012 har ett mer nyanserat förhållningssätt än sin föregångare som hade ett mer okritiskt och föråldrat förhållningssätt till manöverkrigföring..

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly gained traction in the education sector, with tools such as ChatGPT often highlighted as potential support in teachers? daily work. At the same time, the technology raises important questions about how its use should be organized and what responsibilities school leaders hold. The aim of this study is to deepen the understanding of how generative AI is implemented in school organizations, focusing on the strategic work of school leaders and how this is experienced by teachers. The study is based on a qualitative study, comprising interviews with 14 school leaders and teachers in a county in western Sweden.

Ever since its conceptual birth, the questioning of consequences due to the implementation of ideas from the reformation doctrine, called New Public Management, has been a common occurance among those who have dedicated themselves to research in superior methods of Public Administration. What this thesis aims to do is shed light upon what value-conflicts may occur within public administration organisations when they begin to idealize the rationalization of economic issues. This thesis explores strategic communication management within the non-profit sector. Communication models need to be adapted to the specific sector as different sectors require different approaches of strategic communication management. In the spring of 2013, the non-profit organization Save the Children Sweden initiated a communication model based on volunteer communicators. The following study explores how non-profit organizations can manage communications with a focus on volunteers as a communication resource. The applied research questions concern how volunteers may be integrated into communication activities, the opportunities and challenges connected to involving volunteer communicators and how this may affect the role of the organization's employed communicators.
