BackgroundNumber of patients treated with medicine that has an anticoagulation character is constantly increasing. Chronic atrial fibrillation is the most common diagnosis being treated, but other diagnoses such as venous thrombosis), pulmonary embolism, stroke, coronary stent thrombosis and arterial thrombosis treated. There are a variety of anticoagulant drugs. In Sweden Warfarin is used as standard medicine for oral anticoagulation therapy.PurposeThe purpose of this study is to examine and reflect nurses' experiences of working on anticoagulation clinic, and if he / she claims to have access to the necessary skills and resources to carry out a safe care.DesignThe study has a qualitative design with semi-structured interviews which were analyzed with an inductive approach. The interviews included six respondents.FindingsThe results showed that nurses who worked at anticoagulation Clinics had no specific training to operate these clinics.

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka svenska ungdomars motiv till att emigrera till andra länder i världen, där resesyftet inte är arbete, studie eller relation - relaterat. För att skapa en grund till undersökningen så har sekundär data i form av en rapport från SOM-institutet vid Göteborg Universitet analyserats, där statistik och fakta på svensk emigration under de senaste decennierna presenteras. Med detta som bakgrund har vi sedan gjort en kvalitativ undersökning genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem olika respondenter som alla har spenderat en tid utomlands utan att ha rest med arbete, studier eller en relation som motiv. Det vi menade att ta reda på genom att intervjua respondenterna var kortfattat deras motiv till emigration, med frågor som om hur idén uppstod, vilka andra drivkrafter fanns samt vilka mål och förväntningar respondenterna hade och om dessa uppfylldes. Det vi har fått fram har sedan ställts mot teorier på bland annat resemotiv, emigration, mobilitet samt den resandens identitet.Resultatet vi fick fram från den sekundära datan visade att Sverige likt resten av världen är på väg in i en emigrations-era och att vi likt många andra nordiska länder har en stigande siffra vad det gäller emigration, och att denna siffra till stor del består av unga personer.

AbstractThis essay is about what rights that a consumer has, after it?s been to a beauty-shop getting a treatment somewhere on her body. We were interested to see what kind of regulations that could be useful if a problem occurred after or during treatment. There are several risks with these treatments.The last decade these kinds of treatments have increased, due to people being vain and so aware about there looks. We started to investigate what type of rights the consumer generally has when it?s about a service.

År 2016 kommer regeringen att föreslå en lag om kvotering om representationen av kvinnor i bolagsstyrelser vid denna tidpunkt inte är minst 40 %. Riksdagen har tidigare avslagit ett lagförslag om kvotering med motiveringen att det är ägarnas ansvar att säkerställa mångfald, kompetens och en jämn könsfördelning i styrelserna.Det är ägarna som via valberedningar tillsätter styrelseledamöter. Vi undersöker i denna uppsats om det finns något samband mellan andelen kvinnor i valberedningar och andelen kvinnor i bolagsstyrelser. Om det finns ett samband kan det vara ett sätt att uppnå en jämnare könsfördelning i bolagsstyrelser utan en kvoteringslagstiftning.

AbstractResource efficient manufacturing is a term that has been increasingly applied within manufacturing, where one of the key points is to reduce waste of such forms that do not add value for the end customer. By the Lean principles, there are seven plus one types of waste, in which the definition of the eighth point varies among sources. In this study, the eighth type of waste has been interpreted as the untapped creativity and competence among employees that has not been put to use. From this, our question was incubated; How can you make the most of the employees? untapped creativity and potential within manufacturing? The case study will be developed with empirical data obtained from Dometic Group by conducting interviews.From the gathered literature, it was concluded that the communication between employees contributed to an increased understanding of one another as well as it allowed for improvement in work.

Avsikten med studien är att undersöka relationen mellan valberedning, ägare och styrelse samt utifrån detta studera vilken roll valberedningen har, enligt den Svenska Koden.Vi har utgått ifrån en deduktiv ansats, där vi både har genomfört en kvantitativ och en kvalitativ undersökning. Den kvalitativa studien baseras på djupintervjuer av ledamöter i svenska börsnoterade företag, medan den kvantitativa undersökningen resulterar i en statistisk undersökning, som utgår från bolagsstyrningsrapporter i årsredovisningar från 2006.I det teoretiska perspektivet tas den Svenska Koden för bolagsstyrning upp som utgångspunkt och kompletteras med Aktiebolagsslagen (ABL), agentteorin, intressentmodellen, coporate governance, CSR-modellen samt ett genusperspektiv.I empirin redovisas respondenternas yttranden samt den statistiska undersökningen.Vi har med hjälp av empiri och analys kommit fram till ett antal slutsatser; valberedningen har endast en uppgift, vilken är att ta fram förslag om nya ledamöter till styrelsen. Förslagen ska leda till att styrelsen får en så bra sammansättning som möjligt. Valberedningen har till viss del ökat förtroendet för bolagen, genom att processen blivit tydligare samt mer transparant. Vår undersökning visar att nästan samtliga företag som är noterade på Stockholmsbörsens LargeCap-lista, använder sig av en valberedning, vilket vi ser som ett bra tecken.

Som representant för det filosofiska samtalet om religiös mångfald använder jag mig av Mikael Stenmarks översikt över den typologi som präglar det filosofiska samtalet om religiös mångfald. My essay is on the subject of teachers work environment with focus on noise and communication. In the essay questions are raised on how a teacher can influence his or hers noisy work environment. A school is a large work place with many employees and is owned and administered by the county municipality which is an even bigger workplace. How big an acting space does a teacher have in such a large organization?My methods of research on these questions have been to conduct interviews and analyzing documentation from The Swedish Work Environment Authority.

The environmental work of companies has become an incredibly important factor in achieving reduced levels of environmental pollution. For companies the work on environmental issues began in the 1980s. During this time companies also began to show interest for the personnel, an interest that was shown in the form of attempts to disclose personnel information in economics. Earlier this information was separated from the financial information, despite the fact that the revenues are created by the employees.The purpose of this paper is to examine how well companies with a notification or a permit today account for environmental- and personnel information in their director?s report.

The purpose of this study was to examine the controversy surrounding the Swedish methadone assisted rehabilitation program over time. Which course has the Swedish methadone assisted rehabilitation program, and the controversy surrounding it, taken since the start? Which arguments have been for and which have been against a methadone assisted rehabilitation program in Sweden, and what are these arguments based on? We chose to write this thesis as a literature study to get a broad and in depth picture of the development of the program in Sweden. In our analysis we used social constructionism and a medical aspect on substance abuse as theories.It is clear that it has been, and still are, differences in opinions when it comes to the effects of the program. As early as in the 1980's the methadone assisted rehabilitation program was scientifically proved effective and approved by the Swedish Board of Health and Social Affairs.

Background: Female representation on boards is an ongoing debate. The European Parliament voted in November 2013 in favour of a proposal that it should be at least 40 percent women on company boards by 2020. Jens Spendrup, president of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, was interviewed on Swedish Radio in February 2014 and stated that there are not enough qualified women to recruit to the company boards. The listed companies in Sweden only have 22 percent of women in their company boards and given Jens Spendrup?s statement should they have difficulty reaching up to 40 percent by 2020.

The logistic business Svenska Retursystem AB was founded by the Swedish retail sector in the year 2000, and their introduction of a grey plastic crate to the supply chain for perishable goods changed the situation for the swedish horticultural sector. The new system revealed several challenges to be tackled by all actors, from the small family firm to the bigger organisations. Whereas the initiative comes from the customer himself, from the horticultural sector ?s point of view, a refusal of the new packing is a hard decision to take. It is however interesting that a comparison between the two systems, shows in favour of the corrugated board boxes, not only concerning environmental aspects but also for economical and ergonomical reasons.

The purpose of this study is to examine who were given the opportunity to express their opinions in the government proposition concerning the future of the school system ? particularly regarding the proposal that pupils do compulsory military service - submitted to the Swedish parliament 21 March 1941. Our focus is mainly on three parts of the proposition: the proposal to introduce shooting- and grenade practice for all pupils, the proposal to introduce an obligatory military leadership training course for teachers and the proposal to introduce an obligatory summer camp for all pupils.Using primarily a qualitative method we examine how different opinions and views are expressed in the statements and utterances responding to the pending proposition and who the responders are. We will attempt to clarify who were considered to be undisputed authorities and experts, and whose opinions, for that reason, carried a lot of weight in the decision making process, comparing them to the statements and utterances submitted on a voluntary basis by non-experts. And finally, to what extent the opinions in the statements and utterances were allowed to guide the propositional work.Results show that the statements and utterances were submitted by authorities, chapter, county administrative boards and religious, non-profit and political organizations as well as different types of schools, representatives from the Board of Education and elementary school boards not a part of county councils or other types of associations.

Common species of freshwater mussels may, like the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera) have a drastic decline in number and there is several reasons, like sedimentation, a decline of host fishes, introduction of alien species, nutrition leakages from agriculture and pollutants of medic drugs and poison. Ann Gustavsson made in the year of 2007 a study over rejuventation of freshwater great mussels in nine watersystems and considered that the rejuventation within the populations were all along the line poor. This study orients from her work and points to determine if there is a connection between the poor juventation and pollution of nitrogen and phosphorous from industries and private sanitations. The study was performed with the software program ArcGIS9.2 to take out drainage areas for the concerned habitats and contact was made with the concerned authoritys. When it comes to supervision of private sanitations is it the countys and for industries is it the county administrative board.
