Eftersom man aldrig kan förutspå vilka frågor och funderingar en bok kan väcka hos en elevgrupp ska man aldrig använda sig av en bok för högläsning som man själv tidigare inte har läst. Jag har i mitt utvecklingsarbete läst in mig på barnlitteratur, gjort en sammanställning av dessa verk och utvecklat en litteraturbank för de tidiga skolåren med hjälp av Microsoft Visual studio 2010. Efter att jag har läst ett skönlitterärt verk har jag utformat en rad diskussionsfrågor som man kan föra löpande med högläsningen och en konkret uppgift att arbeta vidare med efter att man har läst boken. Sedan har verken med dess diskussionsfrågor och konkreta uppgift kopplats till Läroplanen för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet, Lgr 11. Slutligen har jag gjort dessa verk sökbara efter givna kriterier, så att man snabbt och enkelt ska kunna hitta en lämplig bok att arbeta med i klassrummet..

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the networks of interlocking directors in the 50 largestSwedish companies on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the years 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005and 2010 and seek explanations for the observed developments.Our findings indicate that the density and concentration of the network has decreased during thefirst ten-year period and stayed constant during the second period. The development of theoverall network is not consistent throughout all corporate groups. Most notablyHandelsbankssfären seems to experience increased density and connectivity whileWallenbergsfären is experiencing the reverse.The changes during the first ten-year period is deemed to come mainly from changes inregulations pertaining to both the opening for international capital investments as well as looserrestrictions on domestic capital investments. These changes have caused decreased concentrationof ownership, as well as the emergence of new owners, which is reflected in the board ofdirectors.During the second ten-year period the changes are more pertaining to the individual boards andboard members, without flowing through into the overall network. Our findings indicate thatthese changes are caused by the increased professionalization of boards and board work, whichhas gained momentum through the creation of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code..

Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med att utveckla ett API (Application Programming Interface) till Eurocons projekteringssystem SiteBase. Utvecklingen av systemet har bedrivits som ett examensarbete på uppdrag av Eurocon Consulting AB i Örnsköldsvik. Examensarbetet har bedrivits som en examinerande kurs för en högskoleingenjörsexamen med inriktning elektronik med en specialisering mot datorteknik och inbyggda system.Arbetet består av att utveckla ett API, till ett projekteringssystem baserat på WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), som är konfigurerbar så att den relativt enkelt ska kunna integreras med andra system.Syftet är att underlätta och minska den utvecklingstid det tar att integrera andra system med SiteBase, att skapa en bas att utgå ifrån för framtida integrationer.Systemet är utvecklat i C# med Visual Studio 2010 samt med Microsoft NET Framework 4.0 som ramverk. The need for roundwood transport capacity vary throughout the year. The need during a period is influenced mainly by the volume transported the period, the number of days during which transport can be carried out, seasonal variations in road conditions and the weight of the roundwood, and the origin of the wood (private forest owners/ forest companies). The need for transport capacity generally increase during the winter and in spring, after thawing. Lack of logging trucks combined with a lack of drivers for these trucks make it hard to hire extra help during periods of increased transport capacity needs. It is also very expensive to keep logging trucks for use only during these periods. In this thesis, two new concepts based on the partial transport by truck tractors have been examined, to find out the possibility for increased performance and flexibility.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the communication between exchange students and their host student trough Facebook. The study shows the importance of social cues and self-disclosure to maintain a relationship. The students? everyday use of Facebook helps them to remain connected to their social life locally and create new friendships. Cultural differences were shown in the way the students formed their expressions trough their messages to each other.

BIM has been a trend in recent years when it comes to design and construction ofnew buildings. However, there has been less talk about what happens to BIM modelsafter the construction phase.This issue has been raised at the Forsmark construction documentation department.This thesis aims to look at how the information in a BIM model can be transferred tofacility management and GIS systems and thus add value, even after the constructionphase.Questions raises how such an exchange might look like and whether it is reliable.How should a claim be brought to planners for such an exchange to work.This thesis tested some of the most common methods for this kind of exchange ofinformation from BIM models to facility management and GIS. It was formats like IFC,Fi2xml and a database connectivity that was analyzed by a computer simulation of amodel provided by Forsmark. The model consisted of an existing office building atForsmark, modeled in Autodesk Revit.The results indicate that the formats tested require a precise plotting of the models.The loss of information that came to light in the simulation could be attributed tofailure modeling in Revit. Even such things as naming of areas must be consistent.

Uppkomsten av fenomenet sociala medier har skapat ett nytt sätt för företag att omforma sin marknadskommunikation. Sociala medier har förändrat sättet som människor kommunicerar på, hur information och innehåll sprids på Internet samt hur företag och kunder har en mer relationsbunden kontakt mellan varandra, vilket denna studie i högsta grad belyser. Uppsatsen bidrar med en grundläggande förståelse kring hur två olika företag, IT-företaget Microsoft och PR-företaget Prime, valt att arbeta med de sociala medierna i sin marknadskommunikation. Det är viktigt att som kommunikatör kunna orientera sig i den sociala mediemiljön, då forskning visat att åtskilliga företag saknar kunskap för att hantera fenomenet. Denna studie inriktar sig på hur sociala medier påverkat marknadskommunikationen inom två olika branscher och hur det i så fall skiljer sig åt.

This thesis has been done in order to ease the process of drawing schematics ofelectrical wiring. The need arose after demand from the government due to a seriesof incidents that took place during the revision of the nuclear power plant in year2009.The task of the project has been to create a computer program that can generate agraphical representation of the electrical components relations. The basis for theprogram has been an example of how the client wants the graphical representation tolook. During the course of the project weekly meetings have occured in which theclient has reviewed the work.The result of the project is a program written in Visual Basic Applications that can berun in Microsoft Excel. The program is capable of generating graphics for a majority ofthe cases.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka skollag 1985:1100 och 2010:800 ur ett idémässigt perspektiv för att redogöra för förändringar av begreppet likvärdig utbildning som skett i skollag 2010:800. För att uppnå syftet söker studien svara på vilka bestämmelser som finns i de båda lagarna som kan ge möjlighet till likvärdig utbildning samt om begreppet likvärdig utbildning förändrats i skollag 2010:800 jämfört med skollag 1985:800. Studien baseras på en idéanalys av skollag 1985:1100 och skollag 2010:800 utifrån fyra dimensioner. Studiens resultat visar att förändring skett av begreppet likvärdig utbildning genom att mer fokus ligger på individens enskilda behov. För att uppnå likvärdig utbildning krävs i skollag 2010:800 att utbildningen utformas olika.

Tidigare undersökningar visar att nästan nio av tio gymnasieskolor använder sig av produkter från en dominerande aktör, nämligen Microsoft. Syftet med vår studie var att undersöka varför svenska gymnasieskolan inte använder sig av alternativ såsom öppen källkod och fri programvara i större utsträckning. Vi valde att avgränsa oss till att studera till den vanligast förekommande programvaran, såsom operativsystem, kontorsprogram och webbläsare. Vidare valde vi att lägga fokus på de datorer som står till elevernas förfogande. Vi genomförde en kvalitativ undersökning, baserad på intervjuer med respondenter som representerar 10 kommuner i Skåne län.

Den här rapporten beskriver en experimentell studie av Microsoft Network Protection (NAP) och är ämnad för att utvärdera hur mogen tekniken är för att implementeras i en aktiv nätverksmiljö. För att göra studien tog vi hjälp av gymnasieskolan John Bauer i Kalmar. Tester har utförts med DHCP-framtvingning och 802. 1x-framtvingning, dessa är två av NAPs fyra olika framtvingande funktioner. Social Exchange Theory (Thibaut & Kelley, 1959) har använts som grund för undersökningen eftersom den ger en tydlig förklaringsmodell över förväntningars inverkan på en relations tillfredställelsegrad. Metoden som användes var av kvantitativ art där enkäter var det instrument som tillämpades. Enkäterna fylldes i av 13 par som hade varit tillsammans i minst 6 månader.

In this study we have explored and investigated how journalist experience the relationship with politicians/press secretaries in the making of political news. The study examines how journalists see the balance of power between them and their political sources in the setting of the news agenda. To do this we have used a qualitative interview analysis. Our theoretical starting points have been based on the social exchange model. The social exchange model has a social psychological and sociological perspective that explains the interaction, social exchange and stability as a process of negotiation exchanges between parties and operators.
