Studien avgränsas till hur lärare prak­tiskt förbereder, genomför och bedömer skrivuppgiften. I studien har fyra informanter intervjuats utifrån en kvalitativ intervjumetod.Studien visar bland annat att informanterna har skilda erfarenhet av nationella prov och att de har kommit olika långt med genom­förandet av 2010 års prov. Även om deras erfarenhet skiljer sig åt har de liknande grundtankar inom förberedelse, genomförande och bedömning.

This study is based on a statistical analysis of fundamental key ratios on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the period 2004-2012. In total 35 financial ratios of 90 companies were tested, ultimately five ratios remained within the 5% significance level. These ratios were ROA, P/B, Total Yield, EV/EBIT and Operating Margin. A custom made investment model was created based on the purpose to achieve a risk-adjusted excess return. The results in general did not show any significant difference in return between the model's portfolio and index.

This report is about intranets and SharePoint. It explains how user?s expectations can affect an implementation of an intranet and what companies want to get out of an intranet. It?s also about risks that may occur when an intranet is developed and how to avoid these problems.SharePoint is a collaborative platform and publishing system from Microsoft that assists developers in the implementation of an intranet.

The power of news media to shape public opinion has been widely researched and acknowledged. In the globalized world of today, media representations of different ethnic groups therefore contribute to social segregation or desegregation. This thesis investigates how Spanish news media frame Spain?s most numerous minority of non-European ethnicity: the Moroccans. Using a quantitative content analysis, we have analysed about 200 news articles in the two most read Spanish online newspapers, El País and El Mundo, published during a two-year period, 2010-2012.

Genom en kvantitativ innehållsanalys studeras mediernas användning av opinionsundersökningar och dess gestaltningar av politiken tre veckor innan svenska riksdagsvalet 2010. Uppsatsens syfte ämnar kartlägga omfattningen av kapplöpningsjournalistik i politiska opinionsundersökningar i Aftonbladet och Dagens Nyheter. Studiens frågeställningar berör det visuella, vem som citeras samt flera variabler inom kapplöpningsdimensionen. Tidigare forskning om mediernas gestaltningar i sammanband med opinionsundersökningar är främst internationell. Studien tillämpar gestaltningsteorin som förklarar kapplöpningsjournalistiken i opinionsundersökningar.

Problem: Betydelsen av ett starkt, välkommunicerat och originellt varumärke kan knappast överskattas i dagens globala marknad. Inom modeindustrin är betydelsen ofta än mer signifikant då varumärket och dess kärnvärden till stor del utgör företagets största konkurrensfördel gentemot konkurrenterna.Frågeställningar: Hur har GANT:s kärnvärden kommit till uttryck i företagets varumärkesreklam från 1980 fram till 2010 och hur har varumärkesreklamen i sin tur påverkat bilden av varumärket?Hur har GANT:s varumärkesreklam förändrats över tid?Syfte: Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda hur ett framgångsrikt företag inom modeindustrin, GANT, har kommunicerat sina kärnvärden genom reklam mellan åren 1980 till 2010. Undersökningen ämnar även att gå igenom hur reklamen i sin tur har påverkat bilden varumärket samt hur reklamen har förändrats över tid.Metod: Vi har valt att undersöka reklamen och kopplingen till företagets kärnvärden utifrån en kombination av semiotik och retorik. För att få reda på företagets kärnvärden så har vi genomfört en intervju med en företrädare för företaget.Teori: De teoretiska perspektiven i undersökningen utgår från varumärkesteori i allmänhet samt kärnvärden, positionering och marknadskommunikation i synnerhet.Empiri: Vi ämnar studera representationen av GANT:s kärnvärden i sin reklam genom att analysera utvalda reklamuppslag från företagets produktkataloger mellan åren 1980-2010.Resultat: Undersökningen visar att kärnvärdena till viss mån går igen i reklamuppslagen, samtidigt som flera av GANT:s kärnvärden är så abstrakta att de är svåra att definiera och därmed även att identifiera.

Time has passed since the new standards regarding goodwill were introduced. Duringthe period that occurred pre the financial crisis several companies managed to creategreat goodwill assets on their balance sheet. These assets were highlighted during thefinancial crisis and the aim of this study is to evaluate analysts contemporaryconsideration of these assets. The study will be of interest due to the fact that we nowfind ourselves in-between periods, post financial crisis and pre euro crisis. Ourempirical study has been carried out by interviewing analysts covering IT-companiestraded on the Swedish stock exchange.Our analysts were chosen with consideration to the fact that they were coveringcompanies where acquisitions are common.

This is a thesis on the Intranet use in the European Parliament. We investigated the use from a multilingual point of view, but also from a communication perspective. What we wanted to know was how a multilingual group, with presumably different computer skills, in the organisation handle the Intranet information. What are the positive and negative effects of a multilingual information exchange over an Intranet? To find out, we sent a questionnaire as an e-mail attachment to all members of a chosen committee and their assistants.

Introduction:During a crisis in the society, the communication from the responsible authorities is of big importance. This study shows how the authorities worked with their crisis communication towards the general public during the waterleak in Kalmar in december, 2010.Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate how the responsible authorities in Kalmar worked with their crisis communication during the waterleak and also how the general public perceived the crisis communication.Methodology:The study is based on a combination of a qualitative and a quantitative methodology. We begin to work with qualitative interviews with the responsible authorities to get information about the actual event and their work with the crisis communication towards the general public through the mass media. Then we investigate how the general public in Kalmar perceived the crisis communication from the responsible authorities and compare these two results.Conclusion:The study shows that there were several problems, both internally and externally, with the crisis communication from the responsible authorities during the waterleak. Although some people were dissatisified with the responsible authorities crisis communication, the majority were pleased and very satisfied with the information they got from the responsible authorities during the waterleak..

In July 2010 the curriculum Lpfö 98 was readjusted and was enhanced with new chapter, and the purpose of this essay is to study how preschool teachers discuss and describe how their conduction to the new chapter 2.6 of the readjust Curriculum Lpfö 98. I want to understand how they experience their work with the documentation.My question formulations are:How do three pre-school teachers reason around what they document in the pre-school?Which practical conditions do the pree-school teachers claiming to have on the pre-school to perform the documentation?How do they describe that they use the documentation to advance the tutoring in the preschool?In order to find out more, I interviewed three pre-school teachers, and analyzed the results I got based on prior research on documentation, and quality in preschool. My results show that the main focuses for documentations are how the children interact with each other, how they react and behave with new materials or activities. My informers emphasize that the main purpose of documentation are to be able to show the children their own process of learning.The practical conditions differ among my informers, which can lead to consequences when they want to make documentation and/or use the documentation for its purpose.  My results also indicates that the documentations are used to plan the pedagogical activities in regard to the children?s interests and according to the curriculum Lpfö98 rev.2010.

Handelsgödsel och stallgödsel används i stor omfattning i jordbruket, men ungefär en tredjedel av den tillförda kvävegödseln tas inte upp av växtligheten. Omkring hälften av den mängden förs till närliggande vattendrag, något som kan resultera i eutrofiering av sjöar och vattendrag. Även fosforläckage till vattendrag kan orsaka eutrofiering och faktorer som kan inverka på läckaget av näringsämnen från åkermark till vattendrag är jordart, odlingsåtgärder och nederbörd. För att minska förlusterna av näringsämnen från odlingsmarker till vattendrag har det tagits fram åtgärdsprogram inom jordbrukssektorn. Ett program benämns som ?Typområden på jordbruksmark? och är en del av övervakningen av miljön i Sverige.

The use of vision applications are growing and the demand for integration and connectivity with other industrial automation control devices is increasing. Some businesses that are using vision technology follow US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) regulation concerning audit trail. This thesis investigates the possibility to use vision technology for counting objects, achieving connectivity and to follow FDAs audit trail regulation. A market survey has been used to select suitable hardware and software to be used in the design of an application that is able to count objects and that uses standard industrial network connection i.e. OPC data access and Microsoft?s .NET components over Ethernet.

With the huge amount of computers connected to the Internet the IP-addresses are starting to run out. The Internet Engineering Task Force, IETF, have decided that it is about time to exchange the old 32 bits Internet protocol, Ipv4, to a more modern 128 bits protocol called Ipv6. This thesis explores the possibility to install Ipv6 in different operating systems. By testing various operating systems and by set up criteria compare them to each other we give the reader a picture of how the installation is done. We also show which operating systems to prefer if you want to use IPv6.
