This paper describes Tempus Custode, a smartphone application with which the user may register working hours and travel time during the work day. The application communicates with a database via a server. The data stored in the database may be manipulated using an administrator tool, mainly for the composition of time reports. In this way, the user?s task of time reporting his day is greatly simplified.The application is able to automatically discriminate between work time and travel time, as it continuously fetches positioning data from the smartphone GPS receiver.

Datoranvändningen i samhället växer för varje dag. Det är då viktigt att programvara håller hög kvalité, då vissa programvaror styr kritiska maskiner som exempelvis flygplan. Ett sätt att få kvalitativa programvaror är att använda bra utvecklingsverktyg. I detta arbete utvärderas fem olika utvecklingsverktyg: GNAT (Ada), Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft J++, Borland Delphi och Active Perl. Inriktningen på utvärderingen är mot utveckling av programvara för PLC-system.

This paper is about the new programming language from Microsoft, C# (See Sharp) and the .NET Framework. They are still in beta-version, but will be released on the market in February 2002. This paper presents C#, not in detail but the characteristics that distinguish the language. A comparison is done with C++ and Java, since C# is most resembling to these languages. Both C# and Java have been developed from the mother- language C++.

An increasing amount of companies and organizations are starting to implement the use of cloud computing in their business. This trend results in that software, which was previously sold and distributed to the customers whom then had to install the software on their own computers, now is being replaced with Software as a Service (SaaS). SaaS makes software available through the customers? browsers, which results in that the service providers only have to administer a single application. The process to migrate a distributed application to a service delivered as a SaaS lacks sufficient investigation; this paper will provide some guidelines for conducting such a pro- cess.

Specific operations, such as integration ofuser interfaces, database connections and the ability to divide programs intosmaller components, are discussed. A number of architectural - and designpatterns to facilitate development are analysed.Several techniques have been made up in consultation with experiencedprogrammers. Molntjänsterna Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive och Box har implementerats. Syftet med rapporten är att observera vilka problem som kan uppstå vid implementationen av molntjänsterna, och hur dessa problem kan lösas. Resultatet blev att molntjänsterna hade liknande problem. Problemen som uppstod var att alla molntjänster förutom Google Drive kunde bara öppna filväljaren i en popup. Att ange rätt domännamn blev ett problem för flera molntjänster då det var olika hur mycket av URLen som behövde anges, vilket berodde på respektive API..

The aim with this study is to see how social workers apprehend the law, support and service for persons with certain functional impairments (LSS) and the application. We interviewed six social workers in six different municipalities to get a distribution between small and big municipalities. In the study we have used a qualitative method with half structured interview questions, since we wanted to get a comprehension for the social workers apprehensions. We have used a communication theory and a role theory in the study. The result showed that the social workers consider that the LSS is important, but that there are a few difficulties in the application.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att med avseende på Snow Softwares databas försöka att effektivisera samt omstrukturera de procedurer som hanterar deras regelverk. Den är ej inriktad på att utvärdera eller förändra de algoritmer som redan finns i Microsoft SQL Server.Ett flertal olika prototyper framställdes och utvärderades. Dessa var ej specifika för just denna databas och kan därför vara intressanta även i andra sammanhang. Den prototyp som visade sig vara mest effektiv implementerades så att den enkelt skulle kunna tas i bruk i det nuvarande systemet. Prototypen gav en ungefärlig förbättring i söktid på 18,8 %.

GCM is a product information management system which handles data for consumer packaged goods. GCM was developed during the middle of the nineties and was acquired by Prevas AB in 2004. The GCM application relies on the services provided by the organization GS1, which supplies global specifications and validations for trade items across several sectors. GCM is updated regularly due to the frequent changes in specifications from GS1. However, the overall graphical user interface design has not been redesigned during these years.This dissertation studies possible improvements for the webpage that handles product data in GCM.

Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med att utveckla ett API (Application Programming Interface) till Eurocons projekteringssystem SiteBase. Utvecklingen av systemet har bedrivits som ett examensarbete på uppdrag av Eurocon Consulting AB i Örnsköldsvik. Examensarbetet har bedrivits som en examinerande kurs för en högskoleingenjörsexamen med inriktning elektronik med en specialisering mot datorteknik och inbyggda system.Arbetet består av att utveckla ett API, till ett projekteringssystem baserat på WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), som är konfigurerbar så att den relativt enkelt ska kunna integreras med andra system.Syftet är att underlätta och minska den utvecklingstid det tar att integrera andra system med SiteBase, att skapa en bas att utgå ifrån för framtida integrationer.Systemet är utvecklat i C# med Visual Studio 2010 samt med Microsoft NET Framework 4.0 som ramverk. Utvecklingen av systemet har framställts i faser där delar av systemet utvecklats innan nästa del påbörjats..

Syftet med arbetetär att undersöka om Thermoprodukters verkliga processer stämmeröverens med Microsoft Dynamics NAV Process Flows.Genom att först göra en analys av Microsoft Dynamics NAV ProcessFlows har den tänkta arbetsprocessen identifierats. Sedan harThermoprodukters processer identifierats samt ritats upp i ett flödes-­??schema. För att slutligen kunna jämföra processerna och få ut ett resultatom dessa stämmer överens eller inte.Resultatet visar att processerna stämmer bra överens med varandra menatt det självklart finns skillnader då Thermoprodukter har en delspecialbyggda moduler..
