I den här uppsatsen har jag valt att fokusera forskningen på en jämförelse mellan två olika portallösningar, en standardlösning och en egenutvecklad portal. För att på så sätt undersöka om en standardlösning kan ersätta en egenutveckling vad gäller företagsportaler. En företagsportal är verktyg som via ett webbaserat gränssnitt tillhandahåller användaren eller en grupp av användare med den information och de applikationer, eller funktioner, som behövs för att deras arbete ska kunna utföras på ett effektivt sätt. Portalen gör det möjligt för användaren att nå relevant information som kan vara både intern och extern. Användaren kan nå portalen oberoende av vart denne befinner sig, och oberoende av vilken dator eller vilket operativsystem användaren använder sig av.

Detta examensarbete är utfört på Sandvik Materials Technology (SMT) i Sandviken. SMT har under ett antal år arbetat mot att infria deras två största kunders, Atlas Copco Secoroc och Sandvik Mining and Construction, önskemål om en leveransprecision på 95% och en ledtid på tre dagar för storvolymprodukter av bergborrstål. Idag är leveransprecisionen tillfredsställande medan ledtiden är fem dagar. Examensarbetets syfte är att analysera vad som krävs för att infria Atlas Copco Secoroc's och Sandvik Mining and Constructions önskemål om tre dagars ledtid för storvolymprodukter. Ledtidsreduceringen ska åstadkommas med nuvarande skiftform och utan att leveransprecisionen påverkas i negativ riktning.

The thesis has been carried out in cooperation with Master Flow AB, Västervik owned by the EWEBE Group. The company produces and sells hot runner systems that are tailor made for the customers.The problem that MasterFlow AB has encountered is in the construction of complex hot runner systems in SolidWorks. With several different lengths, fronts and endcaps that builds the nozzles of the hot runner systems, is affecting the problems for MasterFlow AB. The purpose of this work is to automate the design of hot runner systems so it does not overload the CAD-system SolidWorks.To gain an understanding of the problem, there have been several studies and observations at the company, where the focus has been on how the work is done with the design of hot runner systems. By using help from the corporate management, enough information has been collected to find a solution to these problems.The implementation of design automation has been based on a flowchart that was created.

Through interviews and literature searches the key components and their costs were identified. The database was constructed in Microsoft Excel with different tabs for different categories of components; these tabs are further divided into three parts: one part with costs, one part with calculations and an information part. Most of the part with costs contains the expenses found in scientific papers during the literature study, the calculating part converts different capacities according to user preferences and the currency to euro (?) from 2010 and the information part consists of references and information about what is included in the cost.The database is a good tool for making cost estimates for bio refineries.

If yes, in what way? Which communication strategies were used? Did the company mediate an unequivocal message and how was the information framed? Did any aggravating factors, which worsened the organization?s reputation, appear? How did Malaysia Airlines manage possible rumours? Was the word contact used as a keyword? The method of choice is a quantitative content analysis and the material consists of 20 different analysis units. These analysis units were collected from social media and Malaysia Airlines website. The quantitative content analysis is based on the theory Situational Crisis Communication Theory, taken from PR, Strategy and Application, Managing Influence, by W.

AEC AB är ett svenskt konsultföretag med 20 års erfarenhet inom disciplinerna tekniska beräkningar och CAD system. AEC´s affärsområde är att stödja Svensk industri med projektering, konstruktion och att driva projekt i egen regi. AEC AB har idag ca 40 anställda fördelade på kontor i Göteborg (HK) och Stockholm. Företaget ingår i koncernen Flygfältsbyrån AB, med säte i Göteborg. AEC AB i Göteborg fick i uppdrag av ett svenskt ingenjörsföretag att försöka förenkla simuleringsberäkningar för järnvägsbroar som trafikeras av snabbgående tåg med hastigheter större än 200km/h, vilket var examensarbetets uppgift.

I Vänern, Sverige, fångades årligen ca 75 ton lax och öring av yrkesfisket, sportfisket och fritidsfisket under 1990-talet och början av 2000-talet. Fångsterna av lax och öring verkar ha sjunkit under de senaste åren men det råder stor osäkerhet över fångstuppskattningar. För en ökad förståelse över smolts mortalitet släpps varje år ett visst antal Carlin-märkta laxar och öringar ut i Vänern och Klarälven. Syftet med studien var att sammanställa och analysera databasen för Carlin-märkt lax och öring i Vänern under åren 1965 till 2005. Målet var att åskådliggöra långsiktiga tendenser över återfångster av Carlin-märkt lax och öring i både Vänern och Klarälven samt bedöma om återfångster varierar beroende på utsättningsplats (Vänern eller Klarälven).

In classic academic social studies of East Europe, terms as Communism and Post-Communism are commonly used to describe the main characteristics of this geographically imagined area. This paper makes a not so frequently seen attempt to apply Post Colonial Theory for the same field. With start point in Post Colonial theoretical writers, the author wants to find a East European Post Colonial version for the internal Europe which will supply tools for a discourse analysis of the European mind map divided into West and East. The material consists of interviews with three Swedish and three Czech officials, all working with European politics in their country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The analysis is carried out with inspiration of Ernesto Laclaus and Chantal Mouffes Discourse theory.

Här talas det om nya virus och nya typer av trojaner som sprids som epidemier över Internet, och i bland handlar det om ett spionprogram som följer med en nedladdad fil. Det är svårt att hålla reda på alla typer av skadlig kod som nämns fast med ökad förståelse ökar också chanserna för att klara sig från smitta. Det har visat sig att utvecklingen av skadlig kod är lika stark som den inom kommersiella mjukvaror. Från persondatorns uppkomst i början av 80-talet och fram till i dag, har utveckling skett i alla områden av den skadliga kod det handlar om strategi, syfte och framförallt ren kodkomplexitet.Dagens ledande leverantör av operativsystem och webbläsare, Microsoft, lovar allt mer sofistikerade säkerhetslösningar varje gång en ny version av ett program släpps.

The aim of this report is to give a description of a diploma work of 20 points that has been performed during the spring 2006 at Ericsson AB in Borås. The report accounts for the problem and procedure during the diploma work. The software used for this project was embedded in a radio link. The RAM in this radio link was divided into several regions where two were used for memory allocation. The current allocation of memory in the radio link was not optimized with regards to performance, security and memory use and the configuration used made it difficult to determine the memory use of the system and the actual memory need.

This essay is about the planning of Stockholm's border regions (areas on the outskirts of the city) during the first seven years of the 21st century. It describes how planning decisions are made in reality, in respect to a 'green' perspective. By describing what a "markanvisning" is (the right to negotiate with the city about a certain piece of land) and by discussing examples of what has happened with a hundred applications for markanvisning, this essay shows how Stockholm's border regions are planned. In the majority of cases it is the initiative of the future developers that begin the planning and construction processes. Research shows that the application to get a markanvisning in Stockholm does not follow a clear, structured system. However, the existing system in Stockholm does work and it seems like almost all the employees within the municipality, the politicians, and the future proprietors are happy with the current situation. Interviews have been held with key individuals involved in the planning process.
