This bachelor's purpose is to examine different types of library work directed at theSwedish national Jewish and Romani minorities. The thesis will begin with accounting for thepolitics of Swedish national minorities and of today?s situation for Jews and Romanis in Sweden.We will, to accomplish this purpose, use a three-piece question formulation regarding therespective works of the libraries, as well as the possible benefits that cooperation betweendifferent libraries could bring. The questions are answered in the analysis of four qualitativeinterviews through a model based on Dorte Skot-Hansen's thoughts on the library's different rolesin different understandings of society. The analysis will lead us to a final discussion, in which wewill present our results: that distinct guidelines regarding the national minorities for the publiclibraries are a necessity for Sweden?s fulfilling of the responsibility towards these groups; thatthere is a need for a coordination of the propositions and conventions regarding the nationalminorities in the shape of a substantial legislation; and that this field in the future needs to bethoroughly observed and examined in order to evaluate how the Swedish public libraries meet the needs of the national minorities..

In this paper I'm trying to trace, analyze and emphasize Kathy Acker?s Great Expectations and Alison Knowles?s The Big Book in regard to the books in/finite im/possibilities. I analyze them through historical changes in the books format and structure, especially ones proposed by Mallarmé, Duchamp and Fluxus. To analyze the texts more closely attention is directed to how Acker and Knowles challenge the conventional narrative, in regard to the body and language/voice and sound. I give specific emphasizes to thoughts posted by écriture féminine, while also adding Mara Lee?s temporalities in regard to body resistance and time.

Efter en traumatisk händelse är det viktigt att kunna ta hand om dem som påverkas av situationen, både fysiskt och psykiskt. Detta förutsätter att det finns en fungerande stödorganisation, med chefer som vet vad deras uppgift är i efterarbetet.Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att ta reda på hur det akutpsykologiska stödet är utformat inom den svenska Försvarsmakten och hur det har tillämpats under FS19, samt vilken roll plutonchefen har i den. Vidare har studien fokuserat på vilken utbildning plutonchefen har och bör ha. Studien har skett genom kvalitativ textanalys och genom intervjuer.De viktigaste slutsatserna som kan dras av resultaten, är att synen på hur det akutpsykologiska stödet ska bedrivas varierar. Studien har också visat att tillämpningen av det akutpsykologiska stödet har skiljt sig mellan enheterna och att utbildningsnivån inom akutpsykologiskt stöd, varie-rade mellan plutoncheferna..

Abstract Syftet med studien var att ta reda på och synliggöra hur förskollärare ser på sitt arbete med planerade aktiviteter på två förskolor. Metoderna som användes var intervjuer och videoobservationer. Intervjuerna var ett sätt att få en bild av förskollärares syn på gruppaktiviteter med barn i åldrarna tre till fem år. Videoobservationerna var ett sätt att få möjlighet att fördjupa och förstå hur arbetet ser ut i praktiken. Frågeställningarna för studien bygger på sju centrala begrepp delaktighet, inflytande, gemenskap, samhörighet, utanförskap, barns intresse och nyfikenhet som också var grunden för intervjuerna med förskollärarna.

The aim of this essay is to investigate how the author JT LeRoy (a. i. Laura Albert) questions and broadens the concept of authenticity in literature and authorship. My study is based on LeRoy?s novel Sarah [2000] and the collection of short stories The heart is deceitful above all things [2001], as well as articles written about the construction of Laura Albert?s alter ego JT LeRoy.

Intranet is today a common technical groupware to communicate in many organisations. People can interact through the Intranet and communicate within the organization and get relevant information according to their workplace. It can be difficult to get everybody to use the Intranet as an information- and communication tool. This causes problems when people want to reach out with information. With these thoughts we entered our work at Luftfartsverket at Arlanda airport.

Fluids are important to the Visual Effects Industry but extremely hard to control and simulate because of the complexity of the governing equations. Fluid solvers can be divided into two categories, those of the Eulerian point of reference and those of the Lagrangian. Both categories have different advantages and weaknesses and hybrid methods are popular. This thesis examines Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics, a Lagrangian method for physically based uid simulations. To allow the artist the exibility given by shorter simulation times and increased number of iterations, the performance of the solver is key.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att identifiera och beskriva skyddsfaktorernas effekt för psykisk ohälsa. Teorin om skyddsfaktorer till psykisk ohälsa enligt Cullberg, 2003 användes som teoretisk referensram. Metoden var en litteraturstudie där tio granskade artiklar delades in i teman utifrån teorin om skyddsfaktorer för psykisk ohälsa enligt Cullberg, 2003. Dessa teman var social nätverk, arbete/sysselsättning och sammanhang/mening. Resultatet visade att dessa tre skyddsfaktorer utgår från fundamentala behov hos människan, om dessa inte är uppfyllda löper människan större risk att drabbas av psykisk ohälsa.

This study aims to examine how social workers, in the Swedish social services, perceive and interpret LVU § 3 from a gender perspective. In total eight social workers participated in the study, attending interviews based on a vignette. From a gender perspective we wanted to found out how the social workers define "other socially destructive behaviour" and understand their thoughts about this subject. Moreover, we aimed to see if social workers perceive any differences between boys and girls behaviour. Based on several theories, two gender theories and concepts we have analysed our result from the interviews.

Att använda sig av fler metoder än enkäter och skriftliga frågor vid medborgarundersökningar om utemiljön ger möjlighet för fler grupper i samhället att delta på sina egna villkor. En varierad medborgardialog är särskilt viktig i diversifierade bostadsområden. Att få vara delaktig i sin boendemiljö har betydelse för individens platsanknytning, för engagemang och ansvarskänsla i bostadsområdet. Delaktighet och medbestämmande har visat sig vara särskilt betydelsefullt för boende med utländsk bakgrund. Grunden till boendemedverkan är en gemensam förtroendegrund.

The purpose of this thesis is to see how film can be used to invigorate children?s language development. There is not much research regarding this, which is why we have chosen to study this particular topic. The study consists of questionnaires, an interview and a pilot study. We have chosen to proceed from a socio-cultural perspective, language perspective and learning perspective, thus we are interested in the teacher?s views and thoughts about film as a learning tool complemented by what children can gain through film.

The purpose of this study was to examine why adventure treatment is mainly directed towards young men and how that can be related to the construction of masculinity.Our questions were:- What were the social workers thoughts and images about masculinity?- Why did they think adventure treatment were suitable for young men and for what reasons?- How did the social workers describe their role as treatment providers?This study was a qualitative study that was based on six interviews as well as observations. We tried to find patterns and deviations in our empirical material. Then we connected them with previous research and theories. The social workers described the typical client as a competitive kind of person, interested in physical activities and with boyish manners.

Detta arbete har som syfte att åskådliggöra högstadieelevers mentala kartor och dess kunskaper om storleksrelationer på världskartan. Som uppföljning av detta är ett ytterligare syfte att presentera tillvägagångssätt för att kunna arbeta med den mentala kartan för att få denna att i en högre grad överensstämma med verkligheten.                             Som bakgrund till elevernas mentala kartor presenteras hur olika länder representeras i media och vilket utrymme dessa får, samt att läroböcker i geografi från fyra olika förlag analyseras rörande deras presentation av världskartan.                             För att kartlägga elevernas kunskaper om storleksrelationer på världskartan har en enkätundersökning gjorts med 137 högstadieelever i en svensk grundskola. Resultatet av enkätundersökningen presenteras, analyseras och sätts i relation till tidigare forskning. Utifrån resultatet av enkätundersökningen och analysen av tidigare undersökningar görs ett försök att presentera arbetsmoment och strategier för att motarbeta de avvikelser som uppmärksammats mellan elevernas mentala kartor och den faktiska jordgloben. .

The background to the study was that the school agency published a report stating that students, after completing school, did not meet the criteria to receive the grade ?Pass? in mathematics. The study presents the reasoning of work teams from five different preschool departments?, about ways to work with the subject with children in the ages four to five. The study may help future teachers to develop new attitudes regarding mathematics in the preschool, by letting them take part of others pedagogues? thoughts and experiences.
