Samhällsförändringar som globalisering och teknisk utveckling har förändrat arbetslivet vilket gjort att förutsättningarna för begrepp som krav och kontroll kan ha förändrats. Syftet med denna studie var att ur ett åldersperspektiv identifiera eventuella huvudeffekter av nya krav och former av kontroll på mental ohälsa men även modererande effekter av kontroll på sambandet mellan krav och mental ohälsa. En enkät skickades till en revisionsfirma och gav 251 svar. Fyra regressionsanalyser utfördes och visade att måloklarhet hade ett signifikant samband med mental ohälsa får både yngre och äldre medan otydlighet kring när arbetsuppgiften är avklarad endast var signifikant för yngre. Samtidigt visade sig autonomi ha en modererande effekt på sambandet mellan måloklarhet och mental ohälsa.

Investigations concerning adolescent mental health shows a negative development. Many pre-vious studies have focused on young women's mental health. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate young men's (17-19 years) experience of their mental health. Qualitative interviews were used as a method. The participants were six young men who all go to high school in a major municipality in the county of Gävleborg.

Syftet med undersökningen var att identifiera det upplevda behovet och nyttan av mental träning under tävlingssammanhang, för golf- och tennisgymnasieelever. En webbaserad enkät skickades till 258 elever och 154 svar inkom. Resultaten visade att eleverna som inte hade mental träning på utbildningen önskade i stor omfattning att det skulle ingå i deras utbildning och de ansåg att de skulle ha nytta av det under tävling för att förbättra sina prestationer eller resultat. Detsamma gällde för eleverna som hade mental träning på sin utbildning. Färdigheterna koncentration, uppmärksamhet, kontroll av känsloreaktioner, kontroll av laddning, upphetsning och vaksamhet, samt sätta upp mål skattades högre de gångerna eleverna tävlade och lyckades än de gångerna då de misslyckades.

The aim of this study was to examine mental illness among adolescents in the age group 13- 18 in the municipality of Lund. We studied the topic based on counselors experiences. There have been several reports in media concerning an increase of mental illness among youth. Therefore we considered this as an interesting issue to examine. This study consists of seven qualitative interviews and one telephone interview with counselors.

Simultaneously the urban public space is limited to activitiesand expressions of art that are presumed to create economic growth. This introduces animpression of what is allowed and what is not allowed, possible and not possible, wished andnot wished which, as a consequence, evolves the public space. The events during the artproject and the reactions that followed enlightened these limitations. This tells a story, not only about the structuring process of the local urban space, but also important changes that are created as a simultaneous effect at different levels in society, as well locally as globally.

The paper evaluates two housing proposals with Space syntax as method. The proposals are very different in a topological sense but are in a configural sense almost the same. This effect is because both proposals connect themselves to the existing configural structure of the city in the same way. Neither of them takes advantages of the most integrated streets in the existing structure and use them to concentrate pedestrian and car flows to the streets or points which are intended to be the most urban areas. Cykeltrafiken har kommit att ta allt större plats i trafikpolitiska sammanhang och har numer ensjälvklar roll i utvecklingen av hållbara transportsystem. Såväl nationella som kommunala mål omett ökat cyklande tyder på en utbredd tro om att det finns en latent efterfrågan av nycykelinfrastruktur. I dagens cykeltrafikplanering görs ofta ingen åtskillnad mellan nuvarandecykelflöden och latent utnyttjande av infrastrukturen, vilket kan hindra utvecklingen avcykeltrafiken. Det finns därför behov av att utveckla nya metoder för att hitta och påvisa latentefterfrågan. Det har visat sig att analyser baserade på Space Syntax stämmer väl överens medobserverade flöden av gång- och fordonstrafik.

The aim of this quantitative study is to describe the prevalence of mental health problems within the group of children and adolescents who receive support from two in home care units within the social services of Rinkeby-Kista and Södermalm stadsdelsförvaltning in Stockholm. Another purpose is to examine whether socioeconomic background and/or gender are associated with the prevalence of poor mental health, or mental health problems of a specific kind, in the studied population. Mental health is measured with the SDQ, a behavioral screening questionnaire that is widely used in Sweden and internationally. The study is based on data collected by the two units, which routinely screen children and adolescents with the SDQ. The main results of this study indicate that mental health problems are common in the studied population.

Background:Persons living with a mental illness often have to put up with a financial disadvantage. Their ability to work is often limited and because of that they have to rely on the welfare reform to get an income. This income is often low compared to other citizens which by itself is something strongly associated with mental illness. Purpose: The purpose in this study was to describe how people living with a mental illness experience that their economic situation has an impact on their daily life. Method: This study is a literature review containing nine scientific articles from previous research.

Syftet med denna undersökning var dels att undersöka vilken uppfattning några idrottslärare har om mental träning, dels att undersöka vilket syfte de har med undervisningen samt hur de säger sig jobba i praktiken. Utifrån underökningens syfte intervjuades sex gymnasielärare från tre olika skolor med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. I arbetet sökte jag svar på vilka skillnader respektive likheter det fanns i hur de olika idrottslärarna arbetar med mental träning i skolan samt på vilket sätt undervisning och syfte med undervisning kring mental träning anpassats beroende på vilken elevgrupp som undervisas.Studien visade att lärarna hade varierande utsagor om såväl uppfattningar, syfte, innehåll och anpassning av mental träning. Då ingen konsensus råder kring ämnet finns det en tydlig skillnad mellan vad som erbjuds i undervisningen och kursplanens innehåll. Vidare kan man se att innehållet lärarna säger sig arbeta med skiljer sig från varandra men att tidigare riktlinjer för vad som kan förknippas med begreppet mental träning utgör det vanligaste undervisningsunderlaget varför en slutsats dras om att implementeringen av Gy11 ännu inte kommit så långt..

The overall aim with this essay was to study how counsellors at upper secondary school work with mental illness among youths and compare this with what research and theories advocate. This because there has been a rise in the number of people, especially in the age-group 16-24 years, suffering from different degrees of mental illnesses. The school can in some aspect contribute to cause mental illness but it also consists of good opportunities to offer counselling and work to prevent mental illness among the students. This study consists of five qualitative interviews and two short telephone interviews with school counsellors. During the interviews they expressed their thoughts concerning factors that causes mental illness among youths and gave an account of how they work with prevention, counselling and collaboration.

The main question of this study is about how reorganizations influence on the mental social working environment for chiefs in municipal care. We want to find out how chiefs experience their mental social working environment in a reorganization. The method we used was a qualitative method. We interviewed eight chiefs in municipal care. The interview was done in two different municipalities, where we interviewed four in each municipality.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur verksamma gymnasieidrottslärare tolkar och uppfattar det centrala innehållet spänningsreglering och mental träning i idrott och hälsa 1, samt hur lärarna belyser mental träning ur ett elevperspektiv.För att ta reda på vilka tolkningar som finns gjordes kvalitativa intervjuer med sex stycken idrottslärare runt om i mellersta Sverige.
