Webbens framgÄng har lett till tendens att stora IT-system byggda enligt en centralistisk arkitektur Àr pÄ vÀg att ersÀttas av samverkande distribuerade system. De processorienterade, verksamhetsstödjande systemen utgör inget undandag. I enlighet med denna tendens sÄ finns det ett behov för processtödjande verksamhetssystem att synkronisera och utbyta resultat med med andra verksamhetssystem. MÄlet med denna undersökning har varit att utreda hur kommunikationen mellan distribuerade verksamhetsprocesser byggda enligt BPMN 2.0-standarden kan implementeras. Ansatsen har varit att en tjÀnsteorienterad arkitektur baserad pÄ principerna för REST skulle vara en framkomlig vÀg för att lösa detta problem.

SamhÀllsförÀndringar som globalisering och teknisk utveckling har förÀndrat arbetslivet vilket gjort att förutsÀttningarna för begrepp som krav och kontroll kan ha förÀndrats. Syftet med denna studie var att ur ett Äldersperspektiv identifiera eventuella huvudeffekter av nya krav och former av kontroll pÄ mental ohÀlsa men Àven modererande effekter av kontroll pÄ sambandet mellan krav och mental ohÀlsa. En enkÀt skickades till en revisionsfirma och gav 251 svar. Fyra regressionsanalyser utfördes och visade att mÄloklarhet hade ett signifikant samband med mental ohÀlsa fÄr bÄde yngre och Àldre medan otydlighet kring nÀr arbetsuppgiften Àr avklarad endast var signifikant för yngre. Samtidigt visade sig autonomi ha en modererande effekt pÄ sambandet mellan mÄloklarhet och mental ohÀlsa.

Investigations concerning adolescent mental health shows a negative development. Many pre-vious studies have focused on young women's mental health. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate young men's (17-19 years) experience of their mental health. Qualitative interviews were used as a method. The participants were six young men who all go to high school in a major municipality in the county of GĂ€vleborg.

En webbaserad enkÀt skickades till 258 elever och 154 svar inkom. Resultaten visade att eleverna som inte hade mental trÀning pÄ utbildningen önskade i stor omfattning att det skulle ingÄ i deras utbildning och de ansÄg att de skulle ha nytta av det under tÀvling för att förbÀttra sina prestationer eller resultat. The aim of this study was to examine mental illness among adolescents in the age group 13- 18 in the municipality of Lund. We studied the topic based on counselors experiences. There have been several reports in media concerning an increase of mental illness among youth. Therefore we considered this as an interesting issue to examine. This study consists of seven qualitative interviews and one telephone interview with counselors.

The market for eco-labelled products has developed rapidly from the early nineties in Sweden. There is a full variety of environmentally friendly products on the market today, and perhaps organic food is the most popular alternative. Eco-clothes have not reached the same amount of success as other eco-labelled products on the Swedish market. In this essay I will discuss and analyze which factors that have influenced green consumers attitude and behavior towards eco clothing. Four interviews with green consumers in Karlstad have been done in order to explore consumers attitude and behavior.

This bachelor thesis aimed to explore, in a qualitative manner, the relationship and the interaction between the hospital welfare officer and the rest of the nursing staff. We chose this subject because we wanted to explain the phenomena of being a medical outsider in the nursing team. Our questions at issue were the following three: How does the hospital welfare officer define his occupational sphere and how do the rest of the nursing staff define it, according to the welfare officer himself? Is the welfare officer's relation to his own professional role and to the rest of the nursing staff affected by where his office is placed - secluded from or within the clinic? How does the welfare officer himself value his profession in relation to the rest of the nursing crew? To answer these questions we interviewed eight welfare officers, placed in two different hospitals. We used three different theories to explain the primary information.

The aim of this quantitative study is to describe the prevalence of mental health problems within the group of children and adolescents who receive support from two in home care units within the social services of Rinkeby-Kista and Södermalm stadsdelsförvaltning in Stockholm. Another purpose is to examine whether socioeconomic background and/or gender are associated with the prevalence of poor mental health, or mental health problems of a specific kind, in the studied population. Mental health is measured with the SDQ, a behavioral screening questionnaire that is widely used in Sweden and internationally. The study is based on data collected by the two units, which routinely screen children and adolescents with the SDQ. The main results of this study indicate that mental health problems are common in the studied population.

Background:Persons living with a mental illness often have to put up with a financial disadvantage. Their ability to work is often limited and because of that they have to rely on the welfare reform to get an income. This income is often low compared to other citizens which by itself is something strongly associated with mental illness. Purpose: The purpose in this study was to describe how people living with a mental illness experience that their economic situation has an impact on their daily life. Method: This study is a literature review containing nine scientific articles from previous research.

UtifrÄn underökningens syfte intervjuades sex gymnasielÀrare frÄn tre olika skolor med hjÀlp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. The overall aim with this essay was to study how counsellors at upper secondary school work with mental illness among youths and compare this with what research and theories advocate. This because there has been a rise in the number of people, especially in the age-group 16-24 years, suffering from different degrees of mental illnesses. The school can in some aspect contribute to cause mental illness but it also consists of good opportunities to offer counselling and work to prevent mental illness among the students. This study consists of five qualitative interviews and two short telephone interviews with school counsellors. During the interviews they expressed their thoughts concerning factors that causes mental illness among youths and gave an account of how they work with prevention, counselling and collaboration.

AimThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between physical strain and recovery in dancers at The Ballet Academy in Stockholm, Sweden. Research questions used to guide the study were: How great is the dancers experience of physical strain? Do any of the dancers show mental or physical signs of overtraining syndrome?MethodPhysical strain was studied by letting the dancers fill out a booklet catloging their intensity during practice. Utilizing a questionnaire, data was gathered regarding preceding year. To give more nuance to the data gathered, The Profile of Mood States was used to detect possible mood disturbance.
