Course:Master thesis in Business Economy Purpose:By describe the processes of problem solving in two different projects of our two chosen knowledge companies, we will clarify whether problem solving contributes to the generation of organizational knowledge. The purpose of this research is to increase the management consciousness concerning everyday processes that will contribute to the creation and transfer of knowledge. This is a condition to transfer human capital to structure capital and thereby decrease the company?s vulnerability. Approach:We gathered the data we needed through conversations and interviews with people on the two knowledge companies.

Syftet med studien var att belysa faktorer som påverkar omvårdnaden av patienter med ett intravenöst drogmissbruk (IDU). Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har ofta bristande kunskap om droger och om hur man ska hantera den kliniska omvårdnaden av patienter som missbrukar droger. Bristande kunskap om drogmissbruk bland vårdpersonalen skapar rädsla vilket i sin tur kan leda till att IDU får ett sämre mottagande. Det förekommer även fördomar om denna patientgruppen bland personalen. Metod: studien genomfördes som en allmän litteraturstudie baserad på åtta vetenskapliga artiklar inom tidsintervallet 2003-2009, sökta i databaserna PubMed, PsyhInfo, ELIN@lund samt Cinahl.

In this essay, I analyze the syllabus for Swedish with specific regard to literature teaching. I identify three different perspectives which carries seperate implications. First, a text-centered perspective, which tends to position the importance of the text as a part of a tradition. However, this seems to distance the reading from the reader, and place the importance of the reading event outside the student. The consequence might be that the student employs an instrumental reading which simply responds to a pre-set idea of meaning.

Textbooks are the most dominant literature used in schools and are therefore an important source of information. Consequently, it is crucial that these are not misleading or biased and maintain a high quality along with a strict concordance to the School Department?s curriculum. The aims of this study have been to examine how Mormons, Jehovah?s Witnesses and Hare Krishna are presented in four religion textbooks used in senior high schools, as well as to examine what type of knowledge is being presented in terms of epistemology.

Vår studie, som omfattar sex intervjuer, fokuserar på genusmedvetenhet hos vägledare. På vilket sätt de arbetar med genus i mötet med elever för att vidga perspektiv och på vilket sätt de kan tänka sig att arbeta med att skapa en genusmedvetenhet hos elever i år 4-6. Vårt resultat visar att genusmedvetenhet är ett svårt begrepp som har olika betydelse för vägledarna. Vägledarna menar att de inte arbetar på ett planerat genusmedvetet arbetssätt idag men vi ser att de omedvetet arbetar med genusperspektivet genom olika aktiviteter. I arbetet med elever i år 4-6, vill vägledarna bidra på olika sätt med att vidga elevernas perspektiv gällande självuppfattning, yrken och arbetsmarknad.

Lifestyle change starts as a process in which patients can be helped by a nurse through conscious communication, educate and support increased physical exercise.AimThe aim of this study was to investigate the district nurse´s experiences of interacting with patients with hypertension about physical activity.MethodIndividual qualitative study. Ten nurses from health center were interviewed.

This essay is about my Meeting as an educator at a preschool with a child who is deemed to be in need of special assistance. I have worked in preschools and schools for nearly fifteen years and have met a great many children with different needs during these years. I tell in this essay about my relationship with Lucas who is a child I feel need special support in his everyday life. Lucas has what we in the preschool world call impulse controlled behavior. I also feel that he is disturbed by external stimuli such as sound and he has difficulty with social interactions with friends.

Market mobility is high and the property owner must be prepared for tenants leaving.

Background:There are future challenges for public health and health care in Meeting the needs of a growing and ageing population. Today there are evidence of how arts can contribute to health development and of the connections between arts, health, treating and rehabilitating measures. To be able to meet the future challenges there is a need for new methods, perspectives and views about how to stay healthy, enjoy our existence and for wellbeing. Health care has an important role in rehabilitation through the broad contact with the population. The background of the essay is the pilot project Arts on Prescription that was carried out in order to try a new way of rehabilitation with arts as a factor.

Bakgrund: Hemsjukvården är en verksamhet som inbegriper vårdmöten med vårdtagare med invandrarbakgrund. En god kommunikation anses grundläggande för att distriktssköterskor ska kunna ge individanpassad information och förebygga sjukdom samt främja hälsa. Det som anses försvåra kommunikationen är då vårdtagare och distriktssköterskor talar olika språk eller använder skilda kroppspråk.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av det vårdande mötet med vårdtagare med invandrarbakgrund i hemsjukvården.Metod: En kvantitativ deskriptiv design användes med en enkät som datainsamlingsmetod. Materialet analyserades i SPSS version 20 samt genom inspiration från kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat: Resultatet skildrar distriktssköterskors erfarenheter inom hemsjukvården i ett län i södra Sverige samt hur deras erfarenheter varierar. Denna studie visar att majoriteten av deltagarna har erfarenheter av vårdmöten med vårdtagare med invandrarbakgrund.

Hälsoteket operates through health promotion to reduce inequality in health in the district of Angered in Göteborg, through the improvement of living habits and the wellbeing of the population.Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate Hälsoteket in Angered through its participants? subjective experiences. Subsidiary aims were to explore participants? perceptions and opinions about Hälsoteket in Angered, how they perceive the health impact of their participation and their motivations for participating.Method: A qualitative method was used to fulfill the aim.
