Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån e-kundlojalitetsbegreppet utvärdera hur välgörenhetsorganisationer i dagsläget arbetar med sociala medier liksom hur de kan förbättra gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier. Metod: Våra metoder har både kvalitativa och kvantitativa inslag och består av intervjuer med personal från fyra olika välgörenhetsorganisationer som är väl insatta i arbetet med sociala medier liksom innehållsanalyser av organisationernas profilsidor i sociala medier. Teori: Den teoretiska referensramen inleds med rekommendationer för sociala medier. Därefter följer en redogörelse av relationsmarknadsföring och hur den kan appliceras på välgörenhetsorganisationer. Vidare går vi sedan djupare in på lojalitet respektive e-lojalitet för att visa på hur dessa begrepp ska appliceras på vår empiri. Avsnittet avslutas sedan med en egen modell som ska användas för att analysera empirin. Slutsats: För att förbättra gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier krävs att välgörenhetsorganisationerna lägger mer kapacitet på underhåll av relationer, långsiktigt fokus och tvåvägskommunikation. Vidare behövs även mer arbete kring att skapa psykologiska band till följarna liksom att organisationerna bör se över vilka sociala medier de väljer att vara mest aktiva på.

I detta examensarbete skrivet vid Musikproducentprogrammet på Linköpings Universitet har jag efter litteraturstudier om surroundljud och inspelningsteknik undersökt möjligheterna att spela in konsertframträdanden i 5.1-ljud, ett relativt nytt medium för musikinspelningar som är på stark frammarsch. Målet med examensarbetet är att utröna hur detta nya ljud-format kan appliceras vid återgivning av framföranden på scen och vilka tekniker som i så fall kan användas för att uppnå ett tillfredsställande resultat.Metoden som denna rapport baserats på består av två olika delar, en teorisk del samt ett praktiskt moment för att prova de inhämtade kunskaperna. Den teoretiska delen har bestått av litteraturstudier av både tryckta och elektroniska källor. För att ha ett lämpligt material att arbeta med har jag spelat in en konsert med popbandet Weeping Willows som spelade i Hörsalen i Norrköping den 11 november 2005. Sammanlagt 16 låtar spelades in vid detta inspelningstillfälle, musik som sedan redigerades och mixades med 5.1-ljud med hjälp av ljudredigeringsprogrammet Nuendo 3 från Steinberg.Undersökningen visar att det går att uppnå ett tillfredsställande resultat med inspelningar av konsertinspelningar av populärmusik i surroundljud, men det medför också att betydligt fler ljudkanaler behöver hanteras på lämplig inspelningsutrustning, jämfört med stereoinspelningar.

The dialysis ward at Karolinska University Hospital is a highly pressurized work environment filled with critical treatment situations where patient?s lives can be constantly in danger. Staff have to deal with a myriad of alarms and error codes in response to their patients varying ailments. The workforce at the dialysis ward lack controlled environment training, sufficient to address all of the potential treatment scenarios, with no risk of jeopardizing the patient?s condition.The purpose of this essay is to design and test the efficacy of using an IT based device for dialysis education at Karolinska University Hospital.The main topics this essay intends to address are:? The high feeding value of red clover makes it into an important species in Swedish agriculture. There are three different maturity types grown in Sweden, early, medium late and late. The time for heading, regrowth and winter hardiness is affected by the maturity type, but there can also be other factors that are affected by the maturity type, for instance fiber content. In a greenhouse experiment three red clover varieties of different maturity types were compared; early Titus, middle late SW Nancy and late SW Torun. The features compared were fiber content and differences in development rates.

Facebook är världens mest erkända sociala medium med störst marknadsandel och flest användare. Nästintill 70% av 16-25-åringar i Sverige är dagligen aktiva på Facebook. I dagens samhälle har vi en delad identitet med en så kallad offline- och online-identitet. Det blir allt viktigare att utveckla sin online-identitet på sociala medier, som exempelvis på Facebook. Ett sätt att utveckla sin online-identitet är att dela personlig information.

When a combined heat and power plant produces heat and power it often faces a deficit of heat load during the summer or other periods of time. This heat is often unnecessarily cooled away or the power production has to be reduced or shut off. If it is possible to store heat from periods with low heat demand to periods with high heat demand one can get many benefits. Among these benefits are: increased power production, decreased operation with partial load, uniformly distributed load.To be able to store heat in situations like this long-term thermal heat storages are needed. In this thesis five different types of stores are presented: rock cavern storage, tank storage, pit water storage, borehole storage and aquifer storage.

Many Swedish urban neighborhoods have since they were constructed suffered from a bad reputation and have had a lack of strong socioeconomic groups settling there. This study is about a suburb in a medium-sized Swedish town and the purpose is to find out which social problems that exist there. The aim is also to explain the actors who work with adolescents in the area, which interventions and activities are offered, and whether they can be characterized as pro-social, as well as how the cooperation between the actors looks like. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews was carried out, involving nine respondents, who are active in the public and nonprofit sector. The interview guide used is designed and divided into different themes based on the survey questions.

Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

The usability of the Internet increases for every year. The Weblog phenomenon makes it possible for anyone to easily publish, find information and get in touch with other people through the net. The purpose of the study is to examine the Web phenomenon: Weblogs, and their significance for a total of eleven Library Heads and librarians together with their view on the Weblog activity at each library connected Weblog, to get comprehension and new knowledge on the usability of Weblogs in the library sector. The foundation for the Essay consists of a qualitative interview study, built on asynchronous e-mail interviews and telephone interviews with blogging librarians and Heads of libraries.

This Master of Science Thesis was a complement project to the PIEp study MENTOL, carried out at a Swedish midsize medical device company.. PIEp nationally works for a long-term increase of the innovation capability of people and organizations. The purpose of this study was to find measuring parameters of innovation that fit medium-sized technological companies and organizations, Another purpose was to evaluate an innovation investment at the company, consisting of external consultant?s education of key personnel in innovation, and a two day innovation seminar with all personnel at the company participating. The methods used during this Master of Science Thesis were: feasibility and literature studies about innovation and innovation measurements, quantitative and qualitative interviews, surveys and workshops.For an accurate measure of innovation it is crucial to a have full understanding of what innovation is, and clarity of the purpose of the measurement itself.

Internet överlag var det medium som var mest populärt att använda sig av.Resultatet visade också att de som valde att läsa utbildningen ansåg att det var viktigt att studera vidare, de flesta kom dessutom från familjer där det fanns en bakgrund med högskoleutbildning.Det visade sig också att studenterna ansåg att den information som fanns tillgänglig var för bred, vilket lätt kan leda till att informationen misstolkas av mottagaren..

Oxochlorates are anions with a partially naturally occurrence in nature but are also spread by human activities, including the paper industry. These compounds are harmful to both nature and humans, which makes it necessary to find a good way for their degradation. There are two different kinds of bacteria that can use oxochlorates as electron acceptors in their metabolism, bacteria that break down perchlorate and bacteria that break down both perchlorate and chlorate. A bacterium that can break down chlorate under anaerobic conditions is Ideonella dechloratans which holds the genes for chlorite dismutase and chlorate reductase which are enzymes for the degradation of chlorate. Gene expression and enzyme activity of chlorite dismutase are induced under anaerobic conditions, which makes it interesting to find out how this regulation functions in order to better exploit these bacteria in biological wastewater treatment.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine how Jane Austens Pride and Prejudice, first published in 1813, was established in different literary orbits after the transformation to the television medium in 1995. I also want to find out what this adaptation meant for the popularity of Jane Austen, the circulation of her works and the rebirth of her authorship. It has furthermore been of interest to discuss the reasons why Jane Austen and her works became so popular. Questions posed in the study are: What has the 1995 production of Pride and Prejudice meant for the spreading of Jane Austens literary work and for the rebirth of her authorship? How has Pride and Prejudice moved between the literary orbits after it became a television-serial in 1995? Why did the circulation get the character it got in the 1990s? In order to find feasible answers to these questions I have used Hans Hertels model of the five literary orbits as theoretical starting point.

This study examines the cultural place and status of video and computer games in the Swedish public library. Using works on popular culture and the theories of Pierre Bourdieu, this study employs quantitative methods, as well as textual analysis, to analyze the results of an online questionnaire with 19 questions focusing on selection criteria, shelf placement, perceived competence, as well as reasoning for having or not having these games in the library. 286 out of the 440 libraries contacted is participating in the study, and the libraries consist exclusively of public libraries in Sweden that are found in the database of the Royal Library.The results of this study show that a larger number of libraries than previously indicated have started to provide electronic games to their patrons. At the same time, patterns in the data and comments suggests that these games in many cases still do not enjoy the same level of cultural recognition as other media. Indicative of this is the way most libraries seem to focus on the medium being exclusively for their young patrons, with seem-ingly very little in the way of investment for adults.
