AbstractThe aim of the study is to investigate what the concept of ?love of reading? means and how selected teachers act strategically to increase the love of reading in pupils in grade two. The Swedish concept of love of reading (läslust) has not always had the same Meaning; in the past it was used in connection with the desire to pursue further studies, while the term is used today when talking about pupils? own will to read books. The ability to read is a significant part of a pupil?s schooling, and therefore it is important to work to ensure that pupils love reading.

The focus of this study is to identify important factors affect, how teachers' professional identity and role are shaped and changed during and after teacher training. The main purpose of this master thesis is to investigate in what ways library and public preschool cooperate with families with immigrants background in developing and protecting children's languages and cultures in two districts, Hässleholmen and Norrby, in the community of Borås. I want to investigate the parent's Meaning of view according to which roles the libraries and public preschools involvement play. The study is based on qualitative interviews. Nine interviews were undertaken with parents who live in these two districts and five interviews with the librarians and preschool teachers who work in the libraries or the public preschools. The study of relevant literature, which describes topics such as psychological aspects of immigration, facts about children with immigrant's background and their language development and multicultural librarianship, provides a basis for the discussion.

The purpose of this study is to make a close and critical scrutiny of the EU Lisbon Strategy and the assumption of `sustainable growth´. A basic question is to clarify what is meant by `sustainability´ in the economic and the environmental dimension respectively, and also, to analyse the Meaning of `sustainable growth´. Secondly, I try to investigate the relationship between the economical and environmental dimensions of the strategy. Are the goals of the dimensions compatible and mutually supporting or are they conflicting? By illuminating these issues the study moves towards a final set of questions: What are the arguments that encourage or counteract the Lisbon assumption of `sustainable growth´? Is the European Union approaching `sustainable growth´ looking at different economical and ecological indicators? What are the prospects for the Lisbon Strategy as a way towards global `sustainable development´?.

The main objective of this essay is to understand the relationship between governance networks and representative democracy through a case study of the governance network Leader Linné. The theoretical framework includes four analysis models about the relationship between governance networks and representative democracy that are analysed by five factors connected to representative democracy.

Method: The data for the study were scientific articles found in the databases PubMed and Cinahl and from a manual search.

I denna uppsats presenterar vi en ny infallsvinkel på hur datatolkning i moderna organisationer bör hanteras, såväl praktiskt som teoretiskt. Studien genomfördes med ett kvalitativt och abduktivt tillvägagångssätt byggt på grounded theory med deltagande observationer och intervjuer med aktörer inom organisationen. Vårt teoretiska ramverk är byggt utifrån Carliles (2002) teorier om semantiska barriärer och påbyggda genom Iveroths (2011) tidigare forskning utifrån common Meaning. Således är vårt teoretiska ramverk lämpligt för att tolka hur barriärer som hindrar en synkron datatolkning mellan olika aktörer i organisationer belysts i tidigare litteratur, hur dessa barriärer kan överbryggas samt olika synsätt på kunskapen som ett regelrätt mått.Avsaknad av kunskapskonsensus i organisationer grundar sig i semantiska barriärer för datatolkningen som måste överbryggas med sociala interaktioner. Organisationer går mot kunskapskonsensus genom att utifrån datakällan arbeta med ? i) teknologiskt medierade trading zones men även ii) socialt dimensionerade överbryggningsaktiviteter med målet att skapa kunskapskonsensus mellan och inom aktörsgemenskapen..

The purpose of my study is to study Social Democrats immigration policy over the period 1990 and 2013. My material consists of party programs and motions that social democracy has raised in Parliament. As a research method I used McGee´s ideograph theory. I use a cluster analysis inspired by Kenneth Burke to analyze the Meaning of those found ideographs. I also present and use Bitzers rhetorical situation in my analyzeWith help of Burke´s rhetorical situation I could see how the Social Democrats' rhetorical approach to immigration policy in the different periods in society.My investigation of the Social Democratic Party program and motions / propositions revealed the following ideographs: Democracy, solidarity, equality and freedom.
