AbstraktMed ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv och hermeneutisk ansats är syftet med denna studie att undersöka hur en skolas organisationskultur påverkar ett lärarlags pedagogiska arbete och bemötande av elever. Vi intervjuade tio pedagoger inom ett lärarlag på Hagaskolan i Varberg. Vi utförde dessutom en informationsintervju med Mats Oljelund, en av de två verksamma rektorerna på skolan. Detta för att få information dels om skolan men också om dess involvering i utvecklings- och arbetsprojektet OUR. Resultatet har vi analyserat med hjälp av Mats Alvessons bok ?Organisationskultur och ledning? (2009), John Gastils teori om grupprocesser och ledarskap, Moira von Wrights (2000) begrepp relationellt respektive punktuellt perspektiv samt Hannah Arendts begrepp, Vad eller Vem (von Wright 2000).

This thesis work aims to describe the prerequisites for a distributed treatment platform for real-time sharing of rounds performed by paediatric oncologists. The work started during the autumn 2004 and is directly aimed at improving the situation for the thirty or so specialist treating children with cancer. The work is not limited to the description of such a platform but also to select suitable software and hardware for the implementation of the platform and further more to coordinate the implementation. The production of several documents describing the platform is also part of this work. The work successfully led to the implementation of such a platform as described in the published article Barnradioterapi på distans Kristenssen et.

In this essay, I make a queer feminist analysis of Mats Strandberg?s and Sara Bergmark Elfgren?s teenage novel ?Cirkeln?, which is about six teenage girls who learn that they are witches with a mission to save the world from demons. Using Judith Butler's theories, I examine the norms of sex/gender, ethnicity, class and sexuality found in the text and how these standards are created. I also analyze whether, and if so how, these standards may change when the magical elements enter the text.I also discuss the fact that older Gothic novels with magical elements often have been regarded as queer through history. .

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka och analysera hur Santa Maria och Almondy harvalt att efterleva de nya dokumentationskraven på internprissättning. Studiens syfte är även attundersöka hur Skatteverket fungerar som en kontrollinstans samt hur revisionsbyrån Deloittekan bistå svenska företag.Metod: Studien har genomförts genom personliga intervjuer med respondenterna samt genomintervju på telefon. Den här studien undersöker onoterade koncernföretag i Göteborgsområdet.Vidare undersöker studien Skatteverkets och Deloittes funktion på området.Referensram: Studiens referensram innehåller lagar, riktlinjer samt prissättningsmetoder föratt ge läsaren tillräcklig kunskap för att kunna förstå studien.Empiri: Det empiriska materialet utgörs av intervjuer från Santa Maria, Almondy, Deloitteoch Skatteverket.Analys och Slutsats: Irene Axelsson på Santa Maria och Mats Wittholt på Almondy har tagitden nya lagen på allvar och försöker på bästa sätt efterleva den. Derasdokumentationsunderlag är dock inte färdigställt, men kommer att finnas färdigt i maj 2008.Företagen kommer att behöva viss hjälp från revisionsbyråerna, framförallt vad gäller attfinna jämförbara transaktioner. Båda företagen befinner sig i en uppstartsfas vad gäller attdokumentera sina interna transaktioner.

This Master?s thesis concerns the question why a public library establishes a special room for young people and how the young people can influence the activities. I have made interviews with two librarians and four teenagers from a reference group. I have also made an observation of the room. The most important theories are Pierre Bourdieu?stheory of symbolic capital and Mats Lieberg?s theory of free zones.

Denna uppsats undersöker hur samma historiska händelse kan ha olika betydelser i film. Idag är människor mer benägna att se en film om en historisk händelse än att läsa en historiebok, och detta innebär att vi måste lära oss att förstå de konventioner som används för att placera historia på film. Historiefilmen kan sägas besitta en palimpsestisk historiskt medvetenhet där lager av fakta och myt smälter samman, hellre än att skiljas åt. Men för att en historisk händelse ska passa in i filmens tidsram måste den bearbetas och detta resulterar i att vissa människor, händelser och rörelser prioriteras, medan andra utesluts. Därför undersöker denna uppsats vad som lagts till / uteslutits och effekterna på sammanhanget och trovärdighet, hur filmen hävdar sin autenticitet, och hur upphovsmannen påverkar trovärdigheten.

Syftet med studien är att ur ett elevperspektiv få en uppfattning om hur ungdomarna ser på konsumtion och konsumtionsvanor i förhållande till ett hållbart samhälle.Teoretiska utgångspunkter grundar sig bland annat utifrån konsumtionssamhället enligt professor Zygmunt Bauman och konsumtionssamhällets drivkrafter enligt professor Mats Alvesson.Metoden som använts i studien är fokusgruppsintervjuer där fakta samlats in med hjälp av diktafon och videokamera.Resultatredovisningen består utav ungdomarnas yttrande och kommentarer samt analys och tolkning utifrån dessa.Ungdomarna som är uppvuxna i ett informations- och konsumtionssamhälle verkar vara medvetna när det gäller sin påverkanskraft mot ett hållbart samhälle genom sin konsumtion, såväl kortsiktigt som långsiktigt, lokalt som globalt. Skillnad mellan könen visade sig vara en faktor som framkom i studien när det gäller engagemang och vilja till förändring mot ett mer hållbart samhälle.  .
