This qualitative study examines how emergency people are framed in Swedish evening-, and local newspapers during the forest fire in Va?stmanland, Sweden 2014. The study also includes if there is any difference between the framing due to the location of the newspaper. The study is based on qualitative text analysis. The theoretical basis is representation, framing theory, media image, media logic and a few conceptions from crisis communication theory.

Abstract Co-operation difficulties in the work place can be a problem serious enough. Co-operation difficulties can occur between employee and employer, as well as employees among themselves. Irrespective of between which individuals the co-operation difficulties occur, it will have negative consequences. These can consist of, for example that individuals might suffer mentally, inproductivity and also an unwished economic disadvantage for the employer. From the employers? side it is pointed out that it is important with employees who are possible to co-operate with in a satisfactory way.

Today there are many applications of digital terrain models (DTM) and the requirements of low uncertainty increases. Most of the DTM are produced with Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), terrestrial laser scanning (TLS), airborne laser scanning (ALS) and total stations. Guidelines for the preparation and verification of DTM are found in Swedish Standards Institute ? Technical Specifications (SIS-TS) 21144:2007 and SIS-TS 21145:2007. These were defined in collaboration between Swedish National Rail Administration, Banverket, and Swedish Road Administration, Vägverket, to satisfy the needs of requirement formulations in the production of DTM planning, design and construction. The purpose of this paper is to produce and control DTM over Åkermans kulle, located west of the University of Gävle, according to SIS TS 21144:2007 using GNSS with network-RTK, TLS and ALS.

Elektroniska böcker är ett relativt nytt koncept som inte riktigt gjort några stora landvinningar, trots att ny teknik kommit och framsteg görs. Syftet med uppsatsen är att se vilka brister som finns i utlåningssystem för e-böckerna. Med hjälp av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod tar vi en närmare titt på Malmö och Lunds stadsbiblioteks hemsidor. Intervjuer av bibliotekspersonal och användbarhetstest samt en teorigenomgång är basen för vår undersökning. Med hjälp av detta ville vi se vilka brister som fanns vid utlåning, ur ett användbarhetsperspektiv, och dra våra slutsatser utifrån de resultat vi fått.

The purpose of this study is to show the importance of task texts for students in grades 5 when solving mathematical problems. It was conducted in a class 5 (where the children are 11 years old). The pupils were assigned two different tests with mathematical problems; one where the problems were described in text and one where the problems were presented with numbers and mathematical signs. Previously done research, done on bilingual children, (Bernardo, 2002) shows that pupils tend to do better on mathematical tests when no text is presented. My research supports that theory even though the correlation is not that strong.

Two different claim relations arises with a damage covered by a liability insurance. The first claim relation is of course the one between the claimant and the liable as a claim for damages. This paper aims to describe the variation and develop a method to control the production for the product Metropol Kaktus from the snuff developer Fiedler & Lundgren. We are going to use the requirements from the product specifications as limits of the expected quality when we present methods to control the process. One method attempts to control during the process and the other attempts to maximize the number of products with strived quality before the process starts. Metropol Kaktus is a product produced with high quality, the mean weight is 20,023 gram and this is very close to the weight, 20 gram, which is reported in the product specifications. The variation in weight variable is less than what is reported in the specifications and the minimum weight is over the limit set by Livsmedelsverket.

A good way for the politics to utilize social media is through their youth associations, whose main purpose is to engage young people and spark their interest in politics. Due to the increasing influence of social media, the politicians, parties and various actors have to adapt to its demands, to be able to gain visibility on these platforms. One way to adapt is to become more entertainment driven, because these platforms are a safespace where people find time to relax and have a good time. With a growing emphasis on simplified, engaging and more fun political massages, political communication has changed its form. This phenomenon is referred to as ?politainment? and encapsulates the merging of politics and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to examine and measure the frequency of politainment in Swedish political youth associations political communications.

Syftet med arbete är att undersöka hur lärare använder sig av barnboken Fia och djuren (Kruusval 2007) för att synliggöra matematik för barn i åldern 5-6 år på förskolan. Vi observerade lärarna i en högläsningssituation, därefter intervjuade vi dem för att få en djupare bild av hur de tänkte kring högläsning och matematik. Resultatet på undersökningen visar att lärarnas kunskaper och erfarenheter kring ämnet matematik har en avgörande betydelse för vilken form av matematik som synliggörs i högläsningen. Resultatet visar också att det är av stor vikt att lärarna utmanar, uppmuntrar, stödjer och samtalar med barnen om den matematik som är både synlig och dold i boken. .

Denna uppsats undersöker vad som påverkar lärares upplevda problem med arbetsförhållanden samt deras upplevda arbetstillfredsställelse. Tidigare forskning visar att faktorer som kön, ålder samt upplevt stöd från rektorn ofta är prediktorer för dessa begrepp. Datan är hämtad från Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) från 2011. Besides of that a study about the history of magazine typography for the lastfifty years has been done.Typography and other design factors are important for the magazine to be readable and gives at thesame time the magazine an identity of its own, which has become more and more important throughoutthe last decades.The result of this degree project is a new design for Ingenjören, a design that agrees more with howthe journal want to be considered.
