Kvalitativt inriktade intervjuer har använts som undersökningsmetod, då studiens huvudsakliga syfte har varit att på djupet undersöka och ge exempel på elevers förståelse. Elevsvaren har analyserats utifrån hur representationsformer, begreppsuttryck och innehåll används gällande omkrets, area och kursplanens mål. Eleverna visar svårigheter gällande omkrets- och areamätning och areakonservering, vilket utgör uppnåendemål inom målet att kunna undersöka matematiska problem och uttrycka sig muntligt med hjälp av grundläggande matematiska begrepp. Elevernas förståelse ökar när de får visa och förklara sin förståelse muntligt och med hjälp av bilder..

The underlying aim of this paper is to find out how the management and employees in a grocery store on a relatively small community in Sweden is experiencing Technology-Based Self-Service (TBSS), and self-scanning. And how store management and employees experience that the self-scanning ability is received by their respective consumers. Several open individual interviews were conducted with the administrative head of sales and various employees working at different departments at Coop Forum in Skara In offering self-scanning, we believe that the store provides consumers with an opportunity to perform their daily purchases by an easy and flexible approach, which we believe will have a positive impact on the entire store visit. A positive store visit, we believe play a major role in consumers choosing to do their shopping in the store.The issue to be elucidated in this paper is; How do management and employees in a grocery store perceive that self-scanning influence consumers' purchase and the service the shop offers? Why would a supermarket use self-scanning as part of the service they offer to their consumers? The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers conduct their teaching to be language developing, and how they in a practical way work with semi-speaking students who have language deficits in the Swedish language and / or their native language. To carry out this study, I used qualitative interviews as a method and I have interviewed six teachers working at a high school.The school that these teachers work at execute a language developing teaching throughout all the courses in the school. All teachers have a similar idea of what language developing work is, however, how they go about and what is emphasized most in the teaching differs. The reason for this is because these teachers have different experiences with the language developing teaching. These professionals agree that this approach is very important and that all teachers, regardless of subject, should work in a language developing way, in parallel with the rest of their subjects.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka vad lärare bedömer och vad de upplever vara väsentligt att elever lär sig i matematik. Vi har utgått från aktuell litteratur som vi bedömt som relevant för vårt arbete. Vi har gjort kvalitativa intervjuer med åtta lärare i den kommunala skolan som arbetar i olika samhällen. Intervjusvaren har vi kategoriserat för att resultatet ska bli mer lättöverskådligt. Vi har analyserat svaren och kommit fram till att lärarna är mycket läromedelsbundna.

Romanization as a method in the bibliographic environment makes retrieval difficult in many aspects. The object of this thesis is to illustrate the importance and the possibility to include non-Roman script in the records of the library catalogue. The questions at issue are about the consequences of romanization, the technical requirements for implementing non-Roman script, and bibliographical resources that have been developed during the last 20 years. The thesis is based on a literature study and correspondence with people who are familiar with the subject. The thesis points out that Romanization causes information to be distorted in various ways and is inconsistent with the requirements of exactitude in bibliographic control.

Defining the concept of information has long been the subject of debate within Information Science (IS) and new challenges are constantly presented by new scientific discoveries and new theoretical positions.
