Gender and politics, how well do they match? An interesting way of studying gender and politics is therefore to look at the legislation proposals from the government. In Sweden when the government make a legislation proposal it have to have a chapter that consider the aspect of equality between men and women. This paper aim to study the language in the gender aspect of the legislation proposal. This is done from a gender perspective.

The aim of this project was to develop a numerical model simulating the global transport of air pollution. The model currently used by SMHI, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, was intended to perform such simulations at regional scales. However, the usage of a grid based on longitudes and latitudes makes this model work poorly in global simulations. The problem with this grid is that the nodes are concentrated near the North and South Poles. Due to this characteristic, the Courant, Friedrich and Lewy-condition for numerical stability puts a sharp bound on the timestep length.

InledningDet är inte alltid lätt att som förälder till elitaktiva idrottsungdomar, hitta balansen mellan att vara engagerad i sitt barns idrottande och samtidigt inte utsätta sitt barn för negativ press. Trots denna svårighet finns det många bra idrottsföräldrar som är engagerade och inte utsätter sitt barn för press. Utan föräldrarnas insats skulle barn- och ungdomsidrotten knappt finnas, för det föräldrarna gör, inte bara för sina barn utan även för klubben, är väldigt viktigt. Föräldrarna skjutsar till träningar och matcher, de betalar utrustningen och medlemsavgifter, samt ställer upp och jobbar med olika saker för att samla ihop pengar till laget.Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna uppsats är att kartlägga elitsatsande ungdomars inställning till föräldraengagemang.Frågeställningar:1. Vad innebär föräldraengagemang för elitaktiva ungdomar?2.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att försöka få en inblick i hur viktigt det anses vara att en nyanställd ?matchar? en organisation i form av personlighet och värderingar, snarare än att denne besitter rätt yrkeskunskaper. Syftet är även att utreda om det finns en existerande organisationskultur på ett industriföretag, samt hur genomgående denna kultur verkar vara. Avslutningsvis har författarna försökt utreda hur nya medarbetare socialiseras in i den undersökta organisationens kultur. Resultaten är baserade på tre gruppintervjuer med operativ personal, intervjuer med två personer från organisationens ledningsgrupp, samt intervjuer med två olika rekryteringsföretag.

The Swedish consumer electronic industry has recently experienced an increasingly intensive price war. The price war has forced some operators in the business to declare bankruptcy, as the only way to compete has been by driving down prices. A challenge that retail chains in the consumer electronics industry is facing is to increase their margins. If store personnel can success with upselling, the companies will increase their profits. The purpose of this paper is to examine if the sales people in the consumer electronic industry can influence the customer to buy a more expensive product and what the effects the upselling has on the customers' attitudes.

The point of departure for this essay is the observation that themunicipality of Lund is giving priority to handicap associations overother forms of associations. This act can be regarded as trespassinginto the realm of civil society. In respect of this, two aspects appearto be particularly interesting to explore. The first is to determinewhich perspective of freedom the municipality of Lund holds. Ireconstruct how the liberal and the communitarian state relate to thenegative and the positive freedom.

The shopping mall is a reflection of the city and its habitants, a concentrate of the modern city. I have studied the dialogues of malls and the communication within, how malls are put together and what they communicate. The city is constantly changing. As soon as we try to grasp the city, it slips away. My opinion is that city planners and landscape architects need to widen their views. City planning needs to develop to better fit to the changes of our modern cities.

Min uppsats handlar om Woody Allens skildring av staden. Det är inte New York denna uppsats handlar om, utan om de europeiska storstäderna London, Barcelona, Paris och Rom. I dessa städer har Woody Allen spelat in fem filmer. Dessa filmer är Match Point (2006), Scoop (2007), Vicky Cristina Barcelona (2008), Midnight in Paris (2011) och To Rome With Love (2012). Det ryktas även att hans nästa filmprojekt kommer att utspela sig i en europeisk storstad.  Varje film visar utvalda sidor av respektive stad.

The purpose of my study is to describe how educators think about the play environment, the nature and its importance for the children's development and learning in preschool. The study is based on qualitative interviews with four active educators. The results of the study show that the teachers regarded the children's interests to a great extent when the different play environments were structured. They are also based on different themes that they have seen that the children were interested in, such as the fire station, hair salon or shop and café. Educators designing not only these play areas for different types of play for the children, but the different environments also have a learning purpose. The outdoor environment however attracts greater interest from children, to where they have more space to move freely in and outdoors, there are no limits to the children.

My thesis was based on studying what really happens when Swedes move their beloved kitchen outdoors.?What kind of problems andpossibilities appears in this enviroment? First, I unbiassed examined the traditional kitchen in general to get a better view of how an outdoorkitchen could function in a country that have diffrent seasons. I intervjued an interior designer specialized in kitchenplanning to get abetter view. One thing that came up was that the experince of beeing outdoor sometimes puts functionality aside. I located different needs inthe outdoor kitchen enviroment and decided to work futher with one of them, outdoor lightning.The result became a 3d digital model of an outdoor lamp that creates both functionallight and moodlight.

This paper examines job coaching on the Swedish labour market. The study uses trygghetsråden, which are organizations established by an agreement from the labour and employer side, as a starting point for the study. In addition, the study examines the phenomenon from the perspective of the job coaches themselves and the coaches clients. The study concludes that job coaching is defined by the coach and the client's common goal of finding a suitable match for the client on the labour market. The job coach helps the client reach the goal of an appropriate job by making him or her aware of his or her competences and preferences.

Lansen Technology develops and sells alarm systems. The communication between the system devices are wireless. The radio protocol used by the system is developed by Lansen with the purpose to be energy efficient. The alarm systems target groups are individuals, businesses and government agencies. The current system is installed, configured and controlled from a control panel for all audiences.

With a strong company culture an organisation has relationships with their clients on an organizational level rather than on an individual. This simplifies the ability to change team members in order to enforce creativity and keep clients on a long-term basis. In turn the final product/service improves, which creates long-term relationships. Additionally, relationships on a personal level due to social activities helps Solberg detect early warnings-signs of eventual dissatisfaction from the client?s point of view.

Stift elsen Färgfabriken har under de senaste åren arbetet med ett projekt kallat Stockholm on the Move. De har samlat stadsbyggnadsaktörer och Stockholms invånare för att diskutera de kommande utmaningarna som stadens infrastrukturutveckling står inför. Ambitionen har varit att informera och väcka debatt för några av de frågeställningar som regionen möter. Projektets fysiska form representeras av den utställning som under fyra månader fanns på plats i Färgfabrikens lokaler. Detta arbete syftar främst till att undersöka på vilket/vilka sätt utställningen engagerat deltagarna i projektet, och vilka förutsättningar för dialog, debatt, medborgardeltagande och medborgarinflytande som skapats. Studien består av tre delar, där den första består av intervjuer med initiativtagarna till projektet; Färgfabriken och KTH.

Jämtkraft AB has recently modernized its hydropower station at Hissmofors by replacing four older worn out units with two new units. The generators uses a concept with sliding stator feet to deal with the thermal movements that occur in the stator during operation when the unit is operating intermittently. At other sites, this method revealed shortcomings in the reliability. This has made Jämtkraft AB feel uncertainty about its function and therefore want to investigate it during an early stage. The generators have a built-in monitoring system for the sliding stator feet and by using data from there the function of the sliding stator feet has been investigated. The study focused on how the different stator feet move relative to each other and how the eccentricity and deviation from roundness changed during operation. The results show that there are several indications that the function of the sliding stator feet is not satisfactory.
