Den stressade småbarnsföräldern : en utvärdering av marknadsföringskampanjen "Småbarnsföräldern" på ett folkbibliotek

This bachelor thesis is a study and an evaluation of the planning and implementation of the targeted Marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern" at a public library. The analysis is based on the following questions:? What goals does the library have with the Marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?? How has the library chosen to plan and implement the Marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern" and what role have the users had in this process?? What is the internal result of the library?s Marketing campaign ? how did the staff experience the Marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?? What is the external result ? how did the target group, the parents of young children, experience the Marketing campaign "Småbarnsföräldern"?The method is based on a case study of a single library with a series of interviews and document analysis. The study reveals that it´s difficult to plan a Marketing campaign against a target group. The target group, the parents of young children, didn?t observe the Marketing campaign, two informants had noticed the poster but didn?t pay much attention to it.

This essay is a case study carried out at Flow Systems Ltd that foremost aims to treat the internal Marketing at the company. The aim with the essay is to analyze and evaluate Flows internal Marketing in connection with a process of change and how this reflects the external Marketing in relation to customers.The method that has been used is qualitative in the form of depth interviews carried out with management, employees and customers. This type of data was chosen since it is a good way of gathering more specific information regarding the informants preferences about the company. Among other things the results of the interviews showed internal Marketing deficiencies, but that has not influenced the customers in a negative way. The conclusion was that the inferior internal Marketing does not affect the cooperation and the communication between the company and its customers, however it has a big effect on the employees..

Internmarknadsorientering : Förutsättningar för effektiv intern marknadsföring

Internal Marketing has been proposed as a means of gaining competetive edge in a market where service quality is an important precursor to performance. Still, the practical application of internal Marketing remains relatively limited, which is hypothesized to be partly attributable to a widespread lack of the required philosophy which facilitates the effective implementation of internal Marketing. The concept of internal market orientation (IMO) has been proposed as an accurate representation of this philosophy. The aim of this essay is to examine how the Internet functions as a communication channel to Event Marketing. We have investigated what makes the Internet unique as a communication channel for events and how Internet has been used for event Marketing. We have mapped fundamental theories within Marketing, media, communications and human-computer interaction, which together describe event Marketing. We have carried out case studies on two event-Marketing projects where the Internet has played a major role. The first project was XCT which is a project developed by the company Eventum AB.

Att attrahera potentiella studenter: en fallstudie om svenska universitets och högskolors marknadskommunikation

The purpose of this study is to create a deeper understanding of how Swedish universities work with their Marketing communication aimed at potential domestic students. The study focuses on how universities design and select channels for the Marketing communication. A case study was conducted where four respondents from two Swedish universities were interviewed in order to generate empirical data. The results show that key factors for Marketing communication are uniformity, honesty and trustworthiness. The results suggest that Marketing communication should focus on the student?s experiences of university life and being a student, rather than Marketing the university?s core service: education.

Grön marknadsföring : En guide till grön framgång

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze green Marketing and green brand building from a managerial perspective, with the intention to create an implementation guide for companies in the Swedish consumer market.  The essay is based on a qualitative approach with a mixture of inductive and deductive elements. We have interviewed five people with close links to green Marketing. We have during the study identified a number of touch points to be particularly important in the process of incorporating green Marketing. These findings are presented in full in chapter five. We have found that the framework of green Marketing is established during the company?s choice of green strategy.

Event Marketing är en marknadsföringsform som har växt ordentligt under senare delen av 90-talet och det börjar bli ett naturligt inslag i företagens marknadskommunikation. Presentation av en marknadsföringsmodell för folkbibliotek

The purpose of this thesis is to construct a Marketing model to be used both theoretically and practically when working with Marketing in Swedish public libraries. This objective is achieved by first making a literature review of the written works on the Marketing of libraries, and then studying the Marketing activities at the public library in Bollebygd, Sweden.
