Arbetskraftsförsörjning i offentlig sektor: En studie av strategisk kompetensförsörjning
The study was conducted at a business in the social service. The purpose was to examine how the business works with human resource planning. In order to answer the purpose two questions was formulated, which human resource planning strategy does the business use? And, how do businesses need to act according to the theory of strategic manpower to achieve human resource planning? Survey data collection was done through a qualitative research design, where interviews with five employees in the business took place.The study shows that the business is using a own made strategy in order to achieve human resource planning. The strategy consists of two steps, in step one they do an background analysis and step two a needs analysis where a goal- and responsibility description are designed and then a set of requirements.
Diversity Marketing - är etnicitet tillämpbart som marknadsföringsverktyg?
Diversity Marketing eller mångfaldsmarknadsföring är ett fenomen som har spridits från USA till andra delar av världen senaste decennierna. Etnicitet och kulturell tillhörighet uppfattas allmänt påverka bland annat konsumtionsmönster och individers preferenser. Det innebär att etnicitet har kommit att bli en segmenteringsvariabel och uppfattas vara ett tillämpbart marknadsföringsverktyg. Vår utgångspunkt för uppsatsen är att etnicitet och kulturell tillhörighet inte problematiseras i de sammanhang där Diversity Marketing förekommer. Dessutom finns det en direkt risk att en betoning av till exempel etnicitet bidrar till att individer kategoriseras och fastnar i oföränderliga identiteter.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur medborgardeltagandet kan se ut i
planeringsprocessen. Vi undrade hur den här metoden kan påverka utformningen
av ett planförslag. Kandidatarbetet belyser teorier om hur man tar tillvara på
brukarnas upplevelser. Samt hur man
kan omvandla resultatet av upplevelser till ett planförslag vid omgestaltningen
av ett område. Arbetet har resulterat i ett
planförslag över Rönninge torg i Salems kommun.
Dragare, täckningsgrader och önskelådor : systematisering och råd för grönplanearbete
We came in contact with the project "Grönplan Danderyd" that aims to create a
green structure plan for a municipality of Stockholm called Danderyds kommun. Our
thesis is a part of this project and makes it's contribution through the gathering and
systematization of the knowledge of the functions of an urban green structure. It also
makes a contribution through suggesting how this knowledge can be applied during
the construction of an urban green structure plan.
We found that "Stadens parker och natur", published by the Swedish National board
of Housing, Building and Planning, was a recurrent source of information in the
green structure plans that we studied. We saw a need of complementary additions
and updates to the rather old report and found literature that adds the developments
of the last decade.
First of all we have chosen to make themes based on the functions of a green
structure that were presented by 'Stadens parker och natur'. The themes we suggest
that a greenplanning document manage are: Recreation, Pedagogies and Heath,
Biological Diversity, Green structure in the History of Building Cities, Cultural
Identity, the Health of the City, Biological Technology in the Municipality and Use
and the Users.
We found good examples of how to handle these themes in documents that handle
greenstructure planning from the municipalities of Göteborg, Strängnäs, Eskilstuna,
Malmö, Lund, Västerås and Uppsala.

The purpose with this essay is to study how a micro enterprise builds a brand. This because the current situation makes it difficult to stand out from the vast amount of marketing messages available in the market without having an extensive marketing campaign. Small companies do not have the opportunity to put a lot of recourses as money into marketing as the large companies do. Neither do they afford to repair a brand failure.Brand building is a process that constantly is in progress in a company, large or small. To make this process concrete we have chosen to study the four factors; brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and brand loyalty.

The purpose of this master thesis has been to explore how Skanska Installation can be organized and managed from a Feedback of experience perspective, and define how an IT solution for knowledge management can be designed by identifying the company's current needs in communications, structural capital and information management.The study follows a deductive approach with a qualitative starting point. Using the literature studies the theoretical references were built, which is of great importance when using a deductive approach.Furthermore the report is based on a case study on two different projects: Herrgården and Nattsländan. With the collected empirical data from the case study the analysis was carried out with the theoretical framework as a basis. This finally led to the conclusions of the study.The purpose of a communications plan is to show how the communication between employees must be managed to best move the project forward. Emphasis is placed on the formal and informal communication of the company.

Aim: The aim of our study is to analyze and evaluate from a marketing perspective how estate agents can use facebook to strengthen their brand. Method: We have used an inductive study form where we?ve used a quality and a quantity data gathering method. The purpose of this study was to examine two relatively similar product industries, of which one is successful in its commercialization and the other one is not successful. The two industries observed in this paper are both Swedish industries, and both of them produce slow moving consumer goods for the luxury consumer. The successful industry is represented by the Swedish fashion industry, more precisely The Swedish Fashion Wonder (TSFW) - a term describing the success of a specific coalition of fashion designers from Sweden. The unsuccessful industry is represented by the luxury watch industry in Sweden (LWIS). The method used to examine the two industries' inequalities is based on a qualitative study, consisting of in-depth interviews with industry expertise from both of the industries.

The increased use of social media in recent years has attracted the attention of different kinds of nonprofit organisations. The purpose of this study is to identify a foundation for viral strategies for nonprofit organisations as well as to understand the current interactivity between the organisation and its followers in social media. Following that we have chosen the research question: In what ways can nonprofit organisations develop viral marketing in social media? The study has a qualitative research methodology with empirical findings as base. We have throughout the research process strived for an inductive nature in the study though there are deductive elements.
Förtätning i rekordårens kulturmiljö. - En fallstudie av Hageby i Norrköping
I denna studie studeras rekordårens betydelse som historiebärare och
kulturmiljö i förhållande till nutida stadsbyggnadsförändringar för att
tillmötesgå 2010-talets ideal om en tät och stadsmässig boendemiljö. Krav på
ökad bostadsproduktion i landets större städer och upprustning av rekordårens
bebyggelsebestånd är andra anledningar till fysiska förändringar och
nybyggnation. Det har vid tillbyggnad i befintliga bostadsområden visat sig
svårt att kommunicera den ursprungliga stadsplanen och de kvaliteter som den är
sammankopplad med, det är denna konflikt som utgör studiens kärnproblematik.
För att studera sambandet mellan platshistorisk hänsyn och nybyggnation genom
förtätning utförs en fallbaserad analys av rekordårsområdet Hageby i Norrköping
där tre alternativa förtätningsförslag presenteras utifrån generell teori och
forskningsöversikt om kulturmiljövård och rekordårens flerbostadshusområden där
de övertygelser som formade dem samt den roll de har att spela som kulturmiljö
redovisas..
