År 2013 införde Arbetsmiljöverket ett nytt webbaserat enkätverktyg som skall kunna ge ett mått av säkerhetskulturen hos företag och organisationer. Denna enkät baserades på tidigare forskning som tog fram en enkät, NOSACQ-50, för just detta ändamål. Värt att notera är att Arbetsmiljöverkets version är förkortad där vissa påståenden togs bort och vissa skrevs om. Det är detta som analysen behandlar. Hur påverkas resultaten av dessa förändringar som genomfördes av Arbetsmiljöverket? Analysen undersöker den möjliga felmarginalen på två olika sätt.

Påbyggnader är ett sätt att öka möjligheterna för att skapa fler bostäder eller lokaler när markytorna inte räcker till. Efter att det tidigare förbudet på att konstruktioner med trästomme inte fick byggas högre än två våningar försvann, är det nu möjligt att göra en påbyggnad i trä. Trä är ett lätt material som passar bra för en påbyggnad, på grund av att den tidigare konstruktionen inte behöver förstärkas i lika stor grad ifall man skulle använt sig av en stål- eller betongstomme. En hög byggnad behöver stabiliseras mot horisontalkrafter. Ett sätt att göra detta är att utforma de bärande väggarna som skjuvväggar.

Huvudsyftet med examensarbetet är att beräkna lönsamheten för fartygsimport av olika fasta trädbaserade biobränslen. Arbetet vänder sig i första hand till en läsare som har begränsade kunskaper om ämnet.Genom att använda teorier om sjöfartens grunder tillsammans med svensk erfarenhet av logistik, söker författaren finna samtliga steg och faktorer som ingår i importprocessen. Efter att delmomenten kartlagts, kan kostnader härledas och därefter är det möjligt att konstruera kalkyler för erhållande av en företagsekonomisk synvinkel på uppsatsen. Med hjälp av kalkyler och statistik kan analys av lönsamhet beroende på olika importval genomföras.Bränslena som berörs i studien är träbaserade pellets, träbaserade briketter, stamvedsflis samt rundved.Författaren vill även testa en hypotes som förts på tal under jägmästarutbildningen; att det skulle vara mer lönsamt att öka graden av vidareförädling så sent i försörjningskedjan som möjligt. Det innebär att det borde vara mer lönsamt att importera till exempel eukalyptusstammar från Sydamerika som sen sönderdelas vid den svenska industrin, än att transportera flis direkt från samma plats.Resultatet från kartläggning, datainsamling och kalkylering kan sammanfattas kort.

Engelsk titel: Greater opportunities than interests : Civic culture and deliberative discourse on Swedish NGO websitesThis is a critical and normative study, which examines a selection of Swedish NGO websites as potential forums for civic culture and deliberative discourse in the public sphere. Sociocultural, political and sociological and media and communication theories are combined.The work is made within a Habermasian tradition, but the importance of a hermeneutic methodology is stressed, along with the sociocultural perspective to reach an understanding of why citizens engage in politics. In contrast to much of the earlier research concerning deliberative discourses on the Internet, a more informal understanding of how people discuss politics is stressed.The questions are: What kind of civic role do the websites discursive dimensions address? What kind of civic identity do the users address in the websites resource dimensions?The empirical results are both discouraging and encouraging for advocates who put their trust in the Internet as a potential civic tool, in these times when neoliberal models of citiziens are prioritizing citizens as consumers, thus neglecting citizens as political actors. The study reveals that the websites show good results in general, regarding the civic roles and identities of the websites as both discourse and resource for the users.

The topic of this master thesis in legal science is state law and constitutional law, or more specific judicalization, with the division of power and thus increased individual legal rights in various forms. Sweden has traditionally had a weak constitutional protection for the individual?s legal rights. The public power has been concentrated to the government and the courts have only played a marginal role. Since the implementation of the European convention of legal rights and with the ever-increasing importance of the legal system of the European Union, the Swedish legal system gone through changes of historical dimensions.This master thesis is based on the legal dogmatic method where laws, preparatory work, case law and doctrines have been systemized.

Uppdragsgivaren Outotec Kil AB marknadsför, konstruerar och levererar strippmaskiner för koppar och nickel. En del av denna strippmaskin för koppar är en korrugeringspress som pressar tre stycken veck över plåten. Var tredje plåt pressas och sedan staplas ett antal plåtar ihop till en bunt som senare smälts ner. Anledning till att var tredje plåt korrugeras är för att ge ett mellanrum mellan plåtarna som ger en snabbare och effektivare nedsmältning.Nuvarande korrugeringspress pressar tre stycken veck över hela plåtytan med ett djup på 30mm, vilket kräver en stor presskraft. Den stora presskraften kräver en kraftig konstruktion och det har gett vissa problem: Dyr att tillverka på grund av dyra och tunga komponenter.  Stora hydraulcylindrar som kräver ett högt flöde.

The intention of this thesis is, from a basic statistical viewpoint, to capture the relationship between the price of electricity and a sample of factors influencing the price. The thesis also aims at investigating whether knowledge about the relationship is useful when investing on Nord Pool. Tested factors are temperature, import, price of emission rights as well as a number of hydrological factors. The investigated period stretches from year 2000 until week 32 year 2007. The relevance of each factor was also evaluated yearly as well as for shorter periods in order to get a more comprehensive view of the relationship.

Bemanningsbranschen har på två år, från 2004 till 2006, nästan fördubblat sin omsättning i Sverige och prognosen ser mycket lovande ut även för framtiden. Då bemanningsbranschen omfattar fler och fler arbetstagare för varje år som går, betyder det att det blir allt vanligare att personer arbetar på, eller har arbetat på, ett bemanningsföretag under en period. Det vi har undersökt är: Vilka omständigheter karaktäriserar konsultrollen samt hur förhåller sig konsulten till dessa omständigheter? Med hjälp av tidigare forskning har vi alltså här försökt lyfta fram konsulters erfarenheter av de specifika arbetsförhållanden som är en del av deras vardag. Vi har genomfört sju intervjuer varav fem har varit med konsulter och två med personer som på annat sätt är knutna till bemanningsbranschen.Utifrån dessa intervjuer har vi funnit ett antal omständigheter som är specifika för konsultrollen och använder oss av tre olika begrepp för att analysera dessa.

The objective of this M. Eng. Diploma work was to validate the new version, CASMO-5M, and compare the results with CASMO-4E, by using the same input in both programs. The tasks that were included in this work was to compare TIP-measures, k-effective curves (warm), k-effective curves (cold), the effect of void on k-effective, the isothermal temperature coefficient (ITC), the moderator temperature coefficient (MTC), damping ratio calculations, internal effect in a fuel bundle of a BA-rod, the speed of BA-out burn, impact of xenon, falling control rod, margins and isotopes.The TIP-measures showed that the differences were small for all reactors, at most, 6% nodal improvement by C5M (Casmo-5M) for Oskarshamn 3. The warm measurements of k-effective showed that C5M had a higher value for all cycles of Oskarshamn 1, 2 and 3 in comparison to C4E (Casmo-4E).

The voltages and currents have continuously been sampled in the incoming 10 kV substation HSP01 from April-August 2008. Power quality measurements were also performed in Gryaabs other 10 kV substation HSP04 fed from HSP01 and at the terminals of the induction motor IN_PU4040 of 1.3 MW which controls one of the four large inflow pumps to the plant. The reason for the latter measurement was due to registered negative transients each time the motor was connected to the grid. The cause of the transients could be explained by the coupling in the substation, the ageing of the motor which could result in damage of the bearings or resonance in the motor circuit which amplifies high frequency harmonics.

Byggnadsnormerna har sedan mitten av 1900-talet gått från att vara ett nationellt framtaget dokument där samtliga normer som regleras ryms i en mindre upplaga om ett hundratal sidor, till de idag internationellt framtagna och nationsanpassade Eurokoderna som omfattar tusentals sidor. I skiftet från BKR till Eurokod reducerades samtliga karakteristiska hållfasthetsvärden för tryck vinkelrätt mot fiberriktningen hos trä. Anledningen till denna reducering är att en ny provningsmetod ligger till grund för hållfasthetsvärdena. CEN EN408 är den provningsmetod som används i Eurokod och utgår ifrån en helt belastad provkroppsom gör att inga närliggande fibrer hjälper till att öka tryckkapaciteten. De karakteristiskavärdena enligt EN408, tillämpas i en annan beräkningsgång än tidigare som i vissa fall är mer komplicerad men som är bättre anpassad till olika lastfall än tidigare normer.
