Real estate managers work in a hard branch with big competition and skeptical customers. For most people, buying a property is the biggest private purchase of their lives. This puts a big pressure on the real estate agent to make the process run smooth. But how does the customer know which real estate manager to choose? We have researched what effect the real estate managers clothing has on the customers? first impression and how clothing affects customers? choice of real estate agents.To answer our questions we´ve done 13 projective interviews with ten customers and three real estate agents, where we showed four pictures with the same person dressed in different styles.

SummaryThe numbers of students in higher education with foreign background are still lower than expected. The universities around the country are increasingly committed to attract students among this group. Many of investments and researches have been done to explore new approaches. There is need to understand how students evaluate their choices. These studies will help marketing the educations which are more responsive to student's expectations.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhusets, SUs, medarbetare uppfattar organisationens varumärke, samt vad de vill att det ska stå för i framtiden. Vi ämnar även att utifrån undersökningens resultat ge förslag på hur organisationen skulle kunna gå vidare i det fortsatta varumärkesarbetet.Uppsatsens huvudfrågeställning lyder: Hur ser Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhusets medarbetare i dagsläget på organisationens varumärke? Utifrån denna fråga har ett antal delfrågeställningar utvecklats. Dessa berör bland annat vad medarbetarna uppfattar är SUs styrkor respektive svagheter, massmedia som en påverkansfaktor i sammanhanget samt vad medarbetarna anser att organisationen bör stå för i framtiden.För att besvara dessa frågeställningar har en kvantitativ metodansats använts. Dock förekommer kvalitativa metodinslag i analysen.

This is a qualitative study conducted by four informants.This essay is based on Lev Vygotiskijs perspective of the "sociocultural perspective", which is based on the theory that humans act upon their knowledge and experience, depending on the opportunities that the environment provides.The purpose of this study is to examine how three teachers, who teach younger ages, organize the environment in their classrooms. The goal of this study is to find out what the interviewed teachers perceive as good classroom environment. Also how the environment affects pupils? learning and what the teachers keep in mind when they furnish their classrooms.

This essay examines the poetry of the Swedish writer Ivar Conradson (1885-1968). Itanalyzes his work in the context of the European literary scene of the late 19th century, inparticular symbolism and impressionism. Conradson has been considered a symbolist and amysticist by critics and scholars, who claim that his poetry expresses a strong religious ethos,influenced by biblical rhetoric as regards style.While this study does not refute the common view of Conradson, it argues that his earlyworks differ from his later works, where indeed religious and mystical themes can be found.This difference can thus be seen both on stylistic and thematic levels. Background: First Line Managers are expected to create a health promoting work environment. Research has shown that the prerequisites for accomplishing a health promoting leadership are not always the best. Aim: The aim was to elucidate the prerequisites for a health promoting leadership as First Line Manager at a University hospital in Sweden based on competence, role, support structures and own durability. Results: First Line Managers at the chosen hospital seems to have rather good conditions for conducting a health promoting leadership. All respondents did have a university degree and most thought that their competence corresponded well with the role.

A study was conducted to investigate the new and frequently discussed concept curling parents. There were no previous studies of curling parenting, and therefore traditional classifications of parenting (Baumrind, 1967, 1980; Maccoby & Martin, 1983) have been used for comparison. Parents (N=140) born between 1959 and 1981 participated. They completed questionnaires to establish their level of curling behaviour. The high Cronbach's alfa confirmed coherence in the curlingcriteria, which implied that curling parents exists as a group.The results confirmed our hypothesis that participants exhibiting high levels of curling behaviour were permissive in their parenting style, had a bad conscience concerning their parenting and wished for more time with their children.

Over the past thirty years the political parties in Sweden have lost five out of six members. In order to retain existing members leadership in these organizations has become increasingly important. The aim of this paper is to identify what group leaders for party groups within the municipal council believe are the driving forces that underlie the councillors' voluntary commitment, identify the group leaders' leadership style and identify whether there exist a relationship between these driving forces and the leadership style. The approach applied is qualitative consisting of twelve interviews with twelve group leaders from six different municipalities in Stockholm county. The theoretical framework of this paper includes the Volunteer Functions Inventory and the Full Range Leadership Theory.

This is expressed through social satire cartoons. This work has also led to an exploration of the importance of a personal drawing style and how it manifests itself..

Syftet med detta examensarbete var i huvudsak att undersöka möjliga energieffektiviseringsåtgärder för de av Trafikverkets teknikhus som har till uppgift att säkerställa järnvägsdriften i Sverige. Störst fokus låg på framtida nybyggnationer av teknikhus men även nuvarande teknikhus undersöktes i viss mån. I arbetet analyserades även mätdata från fyra olika teknikhus runt om i landet i syfte att undersöka omgivningens påverkan på inomhusklimatet, hur bra den önskade inomhustemperaturen uppehålls i teknikhusen samt hur väl installerade värme- och kylsystem fungerar. Trafikverket är en svensk myndighet som bland annat har ansvar för byggande, drift och underhåll av statliga vägar och järnvägar. Trafikverket jobbar aktivt med att minska energianvändningen och miljöpåverkan i sin verksamhet.

AbstractThis paper is about the philosophies created by Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) and Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900). The purpose is to show the high degree of similarities between Thoreau?s and Nietzsche?s philosphy.At first glance, it seems far-fetched to suggest an affinity between them; the differences in style and choice of subjects, have most certainly contributed to the fact that very few comparisons so far have been made. There is no evidence that one experienced any influence over the other, neither writer seems to have been aware of the other. Also their different areas of use during the 20th century, may have influenced the almost total lack of search for affinity.
