This study concerns how organizations Manage various problematic areaswhen implementeing Business Intelligence and experiences from BusinessIntelligence project failures on Management level. In order to highlightthese questions, we have carried out interviews with four organizationswhich have great experience in working with Business Intelligence on adaily basis.The result of the study shows that all organizations deal with difficultiesregarding cost-benefit issues and justification concerning BusinessIntelligence investments. The result also showed that the organizationsfaced difficulties with integration concerning time and cost. Documentingand securing support systems presented different attitudes between theorganizations, primary in the question about sub complements to BusinessIntelligence and in the way that they were documented. In the discourse oflegal issues and privacy the majority of the organizations chose not to storepersonal information relative to legal security demands.

Aim: The aim was to describe adult patients quality of life after cardiac arrest and resuscitation with CPR. Method: A literature overview based on eight scientific articles and one master thesis. Results: The result is presented in three categories, physical, psychological and social quality of life. Sleeping disorders, fatigue and low energy level affected the physical quality of life in a negative way. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is a genre of computerized systems which allows system development corporations to efficiently and more easily Manage, maintain and handle the applications lifecycle. These ALM systems have a wide variety of tools which can be integrated to enable and support collaborative work, while they act at the core of the organisation. Todays ALM systems support flexible system development methods throughout the entire development process. This paper focuses on a case-study of a Swedish business- and technology corporation and their use of two ALM systems with an aim to unravel the differences between these systems and their functionality to serve as a basis for decision making regarding their utilization of best practice with their ALM-Systems. Meanwhile we studied their approach to ALM systems to see if they were using them according to the initial idea of ALM systems.

Bakgrund: På många arbetsplatser världen över erfar sjuksköterskor stress ochupplever sin yrkesroll som psykiskt påfrestande samt att den genererar litenegenkontroll. Av den orsaken behöver sjuksköterskor vara uppdaterade samt hakunskap om olika coping-strategier som kan användas för att hantera denarbetsrelaterade stressen då hen riskerar att drabbas av såväl fysisk- som psykisk ohälsa.Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva vilka coping-strategiersjuksköterskor använder för att hantera arbetsrelaterad stress. Metod: Litteraturstudienbaserades på totalt 16 vetenskapliga artiklar varav fyra var av kvalitativ art och 12 avkvantitativ art. Artiklarna granskades och analyserades utifrån en summativinnehållsanalys. Resultat: Resultatet sammanställdes till fyra huvudkategorier;Problemfokuserad-, Emotionsfokuserad-, Omdefinierande-, samt Undvikande coping.Huvudkategorierna innehåller subkategorier med tillhörande coping-strategiersjuksköterskor använt sig av vid hantering av arbetsrelaterad stress.
