Operationell risk inom banksektorn är ett område under utveckling. Utredningen har behandlat ett ramverk för hantering av operationell risk kallat A Systemic Approach Framework for Operational Risk (SAFOR). Syftet har varit att konkretisera detta ramverk och inom detta utvärdera en metod kallad Damage Evaluation and Effective Prevention (DEEP-metoden) i kombination med ett datoriserat beslutsverktyg benämnt DecideIT. SAFOR hanterar operationell risk som är nära kopplat till företagets processer, personer och system. Dess utformning grundar sig i general system theory, en holistisk verksamhetssyn som minskar risken för överlappning mellan olika riskhanteringsområden.

Smålands museum, the museum of Småland, is a museum for the county of Kronoberg, a mission given to the museum by the state and county council. The main fields of the museum are the cultural heritage and the history of culture of the region. The museum of Småland is also the Swedish museum of glass. This Master s thesis focuses on the information requirements of the employees at the museum of Småland. Because of the financial status of the museum, the librarian that worked at the museum had to quit about four years ago.

The purpose of the study is to analyze what conditions the specific company provides employees to enable organizational learning. To clarify the framing of the study a few quastions has been specified to narrow the issu. The questions that has been used are: what opportunities does the company creat to enable organizational learning and how does the emplyees contribute to organizational learning.In the search of knowledge to the previously questions this study becames a qualitative study with an ethnographic approach based on observations and interviews. This method gives the knowledge that makes us understand the actions that takes place in the oraganization and the shared image the oraganization provides. An understanding for the employees and the organization has been achived after compiling the empirical material from observation notes and transcripts from the interviewsIn the work whit the analysis the empirical material based on transcripts and observation notes has been the main material.

HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) introducerades som ett enkelt och plattformsoberoende språk med syftet att göra information tillgänglig över hela världen och är idag det mest kända och använda språket på webben. När HTML skapades var det huvudsakliga användningsområdet publicering. Efter hand ökade mognaden hos användarna och behovet av mer avancerade tillämpningar ökade. Fler och fler började då inse begränsningarna med HTML och dess enkla struktur. Metaspråket XML (eXtensible Markup Language) är ett universellt format för att strukturera dokument och data på Internet.

Det här examensarbetet behandlar överföringsfelet mellan cylindriska kugghjul och har gjorts på Volvo Construction Equipment AB Component Division i Eskilstuna. Överföringsfelet är det drivna kugghjulets läge i förhållande till det läge som det skulle ha om överföringen vore perfekt, antingen som vinkelavvikelse eller tangentiell avvikelse på delningsdiametern. Överföringsfelet anses vara en viktig excitationsmekanism för ljud från kugghjul. Examensarbetet behandlar fyra delar:- Litteraturstudie avseende mätning av överföringsfel.- Utveckling av provmetod för mätning av överföringsfel i befintlig kuggprovrigg.- Mätning av ljud, vibrationer och överföringsfel med utvecklad provmetod.- Undersökning av mätrepeterbarheten.Volvo CE konstruerar anläggnings maskiner. De som arbetar med sådana maskiner använder ofta maskinen under hela sin arbetsdag vilket gör att det ställs höga krav på förarmiljön.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Postoperative wound infection is the third most common nosocomial infection in Sweden. The ever-growing problem of antibiotic resistance provides surgical departments a big challenge when it comes to preventing the spread of infection. Operating theatre nurses have a vital role in the prevention of infection. In addition, correct ventilation in the operating theatre is of great importance. The caregiver is responsible for quality assurance of ventilation in the operating theatre, but the work can be delegated to other staff within the department.

This study aimed to find out whether or not gender related theories regarding the division between men and women can be applied to three novels written by Katrina von Bredow, Syskonkärlek (1991), Som jag vill vara (2007) and Flyga högt (2011). The theories used in this research were Yvonne Hirdman?s theory and R.W Connell?s theory. Hirdman claims that there are differences between men and women at different levels in the society while Connell believes that this is a myth because, according to the writer, men and women are psychologically similar. The intent with this research was to provide a gender analysis of Bredows novels, because these novels have not been studied previously.
