Vi vill med denna uppsats se hur det påverkar elever att inte passa in i skolans mall, att få gå på en resursskola och vilken funktion denna skola får för eleverna. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med elever som gått på en resursskola har vi besvarat detta. Genom dessa intervjuer fick vi ta del av våra nio informanters livsberättelser. I dessa har vi funnit genomgående teman som vi sedan analyserat utifrån utvalda sociologiska teorier, vilka är Tönnies Gemeinschaft och Gesellschaft, Beckers stämplingsteori, Meads interaktionsteori, Berger och Luckmanns teori om primär och sekundär socialisering. Det är viktigt att understryka att varje informant har sin egen livsberättelse och därmed sin egna unika upplevelse av sin skolgång och resursskolans betydelse.

I denna studie har insamling av referensdata över språkförståelse hos treåringar med typisk språkutveckling genomförts. Till detta har bedömningsmaterialet Sofialådan (Westerlund & Öfverholm-Engström, 1995) använts. Sofialådan bygger som flera andra språkförståelsematerial på den s.k. act-outmetoden där man låter barnet agera med föremål efter en given instruktion. Med hjälp av föremålen i Sofialådan bedöms barnets förmåga att identifiera grundfärger och storleksbegrepp, kategorisera, flytta föremålenligt olika prepositionsanvisningar samt att följa flerledade instruktioner.

Människor med psykisk sjukdom har ofta på grund av sina funktionsnedsättningar stora svårigheter att ta kontakt med myndigheter vilket medför att de inte får sina behov tillgodosedda. I syfte att förbättra livsvillkoren och samordna insatser för dessa människor startades verksamheter med personligt ombud. Syftet med studien är att belysa olika samhällsaktörers erfarenheter av personligt ombud. De forskningsfrågor vi utgår från för att besvara syftet är hur aktörerna upplever och beskriver innebörden av det uppdrag de personliga ombuden utför samt hur de upplever att personliga ombud påverkat människor med psykiska funktionsnedsättningars möjigheter till integrering och delaktighet i samhället. Genom att intervjua flera enskilda aktörer från nätverket kring människan med psykisk funktionsnedsättning belyser studien vilken betydelse personligt ombud har för individen.

This study highlights the structures and networks thatexist among financial analysts on the Swedish financial market. The study isbased on nine semi-structured interviews with buy- and sell-side analysts, anindependent analyst and an Investor Relations Manager.The theoretical framework of the study is based on acombination of the research fields Behavioral Finance and Social Studies ofFinance. These two research fields have proven to be a good basis for thequalitative approach used in the analysis. The study is divided into four thematic areas: Fundamentals / Psychology, Independence and consensus, Ranking and Social network.The results show that there are a large number offactors, structures and interpersonal relationships that affect how analystsmake their decisions and conduct their analysis. Among other things, theinterdependence between analysts and their counterparts prohibits the movetowards a more clear system for compensation.

Den här studien handlar om individuella utvecklingsplaner (IUP). Sedan januari 2006 har IUP varit ett obligatoriskt verktyg i skolans värld. I studien kommer jag att intervjua lärare för att ta reda på deras erfarenheter gällande IUP och jag vill även ta reda på vilka för- och nackdelar de ser i sitt arbete med de individuella utvecklingsplanerna. Jag hoppas även att lärarna kan jämföra deras tidigare arbetssätt med det nya. De som arbetat fram förslaget om IUP ansåg att reflektion till det egna lärandet var en viktig punkt i en individuell utvecklingsplan, därför kommer jag även att granska tidigare forskning kring barns lärande/inlärning.

A large part of the time losses in production in modern manufacturing industry are a cause of unplanned interruptions in production. In this essay we have studied the effects of an unplanned interruption in production. The study was performed during one month on a press production line at Volvo Cars Body Components (VCBC) in Olofström. The effects of the interruptions have been studied on the basis of two perspectives of the environment of the production. The study started at the level of automation and was mainly done as a survey of the unplanned interruptions in production.

Middle managers in social care find themselves in a middle position. The middle management position involves demands from several interested parties. The demands affect and generate feelings both within themselves and within others and the middle managers have to deal with them all.The aim of this study was to investigate the social care middle manager?s personal experiences of emotions in work.We have completed interviews with four middle managers who are assigned to carry out social care. When doing the interviews we used an interview guide divided into different interview areas.

The purpose of this masters thesis is to examine how managers in public libraries are managing financial cuts. Questions posed are: What strategies are used by the library manager to handle the cuts and how are the strategies being worked out? What are the consequences of the cuts? How do the managers use their library plans in the work with the cuts and how do the plans change as a consequence of the cuts? Library managers in eleven communities are interviewed about their financial cuts in 2003 and/or 2004. The result shows that cuts are made in different ways. The study analysed the managers statements with a model about strategies created by Oulton.

This thesis aims to investigate what requirements companies have in order to achieve a successful legislative compliance control. The implementation of an environmental management system can help the company to structure their business and succeed with their environmental legislative compliance.Both small and medium sized businesses perceive that it is difficult and time consuming because the legislation can be difficult to interpret if you do not have the required knowledge. There are many companies that hire help in the form of consultants who audit their compliance, but this leads to a risk that the company will be exposed when the knowledge does not remain in the company if the consultant would cancel the cooperation. There are not so many tools today for businesses to obtain good legal compliance. The methods used are usually checklists included in the control program, and it costs a lot of resources to do everything needed.This study strives to deliver the expressed needs of the businesses.

Aims: The aim of this study is to describe how youth?s political exclusion is constructed as asocial problem. This is done through a study of a project which aim is to engage young peoplein politics.Method and theory: By interviewing the project?s manager and developer as well as eightparticipating young people different constructions of the problem of youth political exclusionhas been analyzed using the social constructionist perspective on social problems.Findings: The dominant perspective found in the empirical material includes framing youngpeople?s lack of political knowledge and self-confidence as the reason for their politicalexclusion. Even though the Youth Board (ungdomsstyrelsen) in Sweden officially views allyoung people as a resource, when youth politics are implemented through projects, this is notthe view that young people meet.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur kvinnors livskvalitet påverkas vid urininkontinens, om åldern påverkar livskvaliteten samt om kvinnorna sökt hjälp för sina symtom. Metoden var en systematisk litteraturstudie, där vetenskapliga artiklar söktes i flera databaser. Sökordet ?urinary incontinence? ingick i alla sökningar i olika kombinationer med andra sökord. Endast kvantitativa artiklar hittades vid sökningen.

Purpose: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain how advancement factors affect men and woman to advance in their careers in the accounting profession.                                Methodology: A positivist approaches and a deductive approach, with a quantitative method was used to obtain the results of the analysis. Theoretical perspective: The theory describes the career stages, audit assistant, approved auditor, registered auditor, manager and partner. Their responsibilities and what it takes to get there is explained. Theory section also describes the different advancement factors from a gender perspective. Empirical: The empirical material is based on a survey conducted in respondents who represent the five career stages. The collected data is then analyzed using statistical tests. Conclusion: The analysis shows that the identified career advancement factors that limit and stimulates the male and female auditors? career ladder.

När ett IT-företag ska utveckla ett system behöver de en systemutvecklingsmetod. Denna metod används för att de personer som arbetar i ett projekt ska ha en mall för hur de ska utföra sitt arbete. Vad som enligt litteratur verkar vara ett problem idag är att företagen har en metod men använder den inte på ett bra sätt eller inte alls. Detta leder till ostrukturerade projekt utan sammanhang. Om någon slutar i projektet är det svårt för någon ny att sätta sig in i det arbete som gjorts.

This paper is about sensemaking. By using sensemaking we have derived bankruptcy factors from business leaders? own statements about their bankruptcies. The focus in this paper is to ensure how business leaders create meaning about the bankruptcies, which is also our research question.To make the study feasible, we used a method that corresponds well to the purpose of our work. The collection of data started with collecting a number of newspaper articles with direct quotes from business leaders.

Problemområde Vi har båda arbetat en längre tid i skolans år F-6 och kommit i kontakt med många elever i behov av särskilt stöd. Vår erfarenhet är att arbetet med att utreda elevers behov av särskilt stöd ser väldigt olika ut på skolorna och att även specialpedagogens roll i detta arbete ser olika ut. Syfte och preciserade frågeställningar Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att undersöka hur specialpedagoger beskriver att de arbetar med pedagogisk utredning samt hur dokumentationen i detta arbete ser ut i skolår F-6. Vi vill ta reda på vilken roll specialpedagogen har, samt se vilka likheter och olikheter det finns inom detta område. De preciserade frågeställningarna är: ? Hur beskriver specialpedagoger att de arbetar med pedagogiska utredningar i skolår F-6? ? Hur ser dokumentationen i detta arbete ut? Teoretisk ram I undersökningen utgår vi från två teoretiska ansatser.
