Stump harvest could be found in the late 1970?s and the early 1980?s. And now when the prices on energy are high it has become an interesting topic again. This work has been conducted within Holmen Skog?s stump harvest testing in Norrköping.

Denna studie omfattar en teoretisk studie med syftet att förstå och förklara hur det historiska beslutet att ?avskaffa? värnplikten blev möjligt. Studien har visat att Försvarsmakten har varit den aktör som har haft störst makt att påverka agendan. Studien visar att beslutet är fattat på oklara ingångsvärden och där det varit viktigare att fatta beslut än att avvakta förtydligande av ingångsvärdena..

Begreppet avknoppning används genomgående för att beskriva en form av privatisering som inte sällan innebär att en verksamhet övertas av tidigare anställd personal, som fortsätter bedriva den i egen regi. I samband med avknoppningar aktualiseras följaktligen såväl civilrätt som offentligrätt. I kommunallagen föreskrivs bland annat att understöd till enskilda företag är förbjudet såvida inte synnerliga skäl föreligger. Huruvida ett beslut om avknoppning innebär ett sådant stöd, prövas genom laglighetsprövning, vilket kan påkallas av varje kommunmedlem. Prövningen innebär att domstolen kan upphäva beslutet ifall det strider mot förbudet. En kommun kan emellertid verkställa beslutet innan prövningen har gjorts.

According to a press release from the Swedish forest agency in May 2014, western Värmland has the worst regenerations of forest result in the whole of Sweden. The scarification frequency is low in the area. AB Hilmer Andersson want´s to know if the private forest owners want to scarify more than is done today. Good regeneration is important for private forest owners so they can have a long term forest management and economics of their forests. This academic study is done as an opinion poll. The purpose of the study is to see how big the interest of scarification among the private forest owner is.

Organisationskulturen är en stabiliserande struktur i ett företag. Denna är till viss del omedveten och fungerar integrerande och mönsterbildande för medlemmarna i gruppen så att osäkerhet och friktion minskas i organisationen. Ett motiv för att studera beslutsprocessen i en organisation är att det då framträder kulturella mönster, som kan ge förståelse för hur kulturen påverkar beslut. Hur gruppen hanterar svårigheter, t ex sammanslagningar och nedläggningar, påverkar direkt gruppens normer och den framväxande kulturen. Syftet med projektet är att utröna hur organisationskulturen påverkar ledningen vid strategiska beslut samt hur förutsättningarna för vidareutvecklingen av beslutsfattandet kan se ut.

This work was conducted during spring and summer 2012 together with the company Uppsala Academy of Management as the principal. The two main objectives for the work are that: ? Make a comparison between the measured volume in the standing forest and the measured volume at the industry on Uppsala Academy of Managements actual stumpage sale volume to see how well it conforms. ? Examine if the buyers see any particular advantages or disadvantages of actual stumpage sale volume and what they think of Uppsala Academy of Managements actual stumpage sale volume and structure in general. I chose to use actual stumpage sale volume from the tree years 2009, 2010 and 2011 in my work. I divided the actual stumpage sale volume following four categories which was pine, spruce, pine/spruce and seed trees. After that I picked out sixteen actual stumpage sale volumes from each category to be a part of the work.

When building large buildings, such as compartment buildings, there is a number of deliveries arriving on the construction site daily. In order to receive these deliveries without disturbing the rest of the work going on JM often books a fixed unloading time. When doing that they can be prepared when the delivery arrives. Making sure there is a suitable unloading area, someone to meet the delivery and when needed proper machines, such as a tractor or a crane, to help unload bigger deliveries. The person receiving the delivery is supposed to make an acceptance control where they check the delivered goods making sure nothing has been damaged in transport and that they have received what they were supposed to receive.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the method called zero recognition that is used in accounting for construction contracts when the outcome is uncertain. When this is the case it is hard to make the necessary estimates needed for the percentage of completion method to be used. Both the meaning of the method from an accounting perspective and the practical importance and purpose of the method is investigated. The method used for this study is the qualitative one and the deductive model is used to relate the theory with the empirical research. The theoretical background consists of accounting theory and theories about individuals, companies and markets.

According to the national curriculum guidelines for elementary school, preschool and after-school 2011, (i.e. Lgr11), the Swedish school is based on a democratic foundation. Schools should prepare students to develop an understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity not only in the society as a whole but also how this should be reflected in the morals and ethics between us. The purpose of this study was to describe how teachers in multicultural schools perceptions and experiences on teaching pupils with diverse immigrant origin, and how they apply these cultural expression in practice.In particular, I focus on four teachers in multicultural schools and how they reason about applying cultural expressions that are transmitted at these schools and by them. Explicitly, I review how from policy documents and their own personal pedagogic are reflected in the actual teaching.

In secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities there has been a focus on care-taking rather than on comprehension in general, and on reading comprehension in particular.The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Reciprocal Teaching would increase reading comprehension and motivation among upper secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities. The study presents how three 17-year-old pupils and their teacher, discussed expository fact texts during twelve lessons using the reciprocal method combined with power point-presentations to get the students to read more actively with interferences and reflections. The ambition was to make the structured text talks as interesting as possible with texts easy to read, technical aids, structure to make the students feel security when reading and to get committed pupils with an increased interest in reading.The results show an increase in motivation in reading, and the students were more prone to take an active part in discussions..

Thesis purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to make a contribution, by connecting the transfer of meaning within the context of TV series. The meaning is transferred from the brand to the character in a TV series and then further to the viewer. To look at different role functions that are used in dramaturgy and narrative techniques, we will be able to see how the brand will have a specific role and thereby make the transfer of meaning more successful and effective. This role will have an important impact on product placement according to the meaning that will be transferred from the brand to the viewer, through the character. Methodology: By looking at the transfer of meaning process that is created from the brand, an unstructured observation is applied where we observed the placement and usage of different within a specific TV series.

Min forskning tog sin utgångspunkt i övertygelsen om att det finns en maktdistans i samtliga samhällen och att det har funnits genom alla tider. Från de mest uråldriga stammarna till dagens moderna samhälle. Problemformulering På vilket sätt kan maktdistansen förklara delaktigheten inom ICA, distributionsenheten Stockholm? byggde på att ämnet var intressant när det diskuteras offensivt kvalitetsutveckling inom organisationen. Några av hörnstenarna i den offensiva kvalitetsutvecklingen är ett engagerat ledarskap och att skapa förutsättningar för delaktighet.

This project was a collaboration with Kajsa Bergström. The projected was to develop the French/English deck of cards. We replaced the knight, queen and king with the numbers 11, 12 and 13. We worked with separate aesthetics and solutions after making that common change. I worked on an idea on how to make the cards look slim, by adapting a handcrafted look, full of details.

Bakgrund: Fördelarna med amning är välkända men trots det avbryter många svenska mödrar sin amning tidigare. Att avbryta amningen kan för en del mödrar vara problematisk och leda till skuldkänslor. Tidigare studier visar att brister i stödet ökar känslor av frustration, förvirring och tvivel hos mödrarna. Syfte: Att beskriva vilken erfarenhet distriktssköterskan inom barnhälsovården har av att stödja mödrar som valt att avbryta amningen. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats där semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med tio distriktssköterskor.
