In the spring of 2014 Sweco Systems AB were commissioned to design a ventilation system for a newly built preschool in Linköping. Terms from the client was that it cost efficiency would cope with the energy demands that are placed on the building. The unit chosen was a cross-flow heat exchanger, and this work is to compare it with two other heat exchangers to see if a more energy and cost efficient could have been chosen. The heat exchangers that was chosen for the comparison was a rotating- and a counterflow heat exchanger. Simulations have been made to the different heat exchangers by the manufacturers.

Anledningen till att Nationella Insatsstyrkan skapades var en utredning som tillsattes efter mordet på Olof Palme. Utredningen kom fram till att Sverige behövde en styrka som skulle kunna användas vid terrorangrepp. Innan styrkan skapades figurerade det flera förslag på hur styrkan skulle se ut, var den skulle vara placerad, och hur stor den skulle vara. Den 21 juni 1990 beslutade regeringen att en styrka på ca 50 man skulle bildas och att den skulle inrättas vid dåvarande polismyndighet i Stockholm. Sedan dess har ansvaret för styrkan flyttats och är i dagsläget inrättad under Rikskriminalpolisen.

This report is focused on a research to find out if the Customer Relation Management (CRM) of Quicknet AB works and if their customers are satisfied with it. During this investigation I tried to see if the customers had a need for taking the CRM and use a tool called Social CRM. The report will conclude if the clients of Quicknet think that there is something that can be done in the relation between both parts and how it can be improved. At the same time I am going to build an application which relates to the problems of this report.To solve the problem I am going to do a survey which will include the CRM and also try to find out if the customers of Quicknet share the same thoughts about having a Social Customer Relation Management. Also if this survey shows what the customers think about the CRM, it could improve the relation between Quicknet and themselves. The result from the survey showed two things.

I dagens samhälle sker det frekvent förändringar i de flesta branscher. Organisationerna måste kontinuerligt utvecklas och genomföra mindre förändring för att undvika behovet av större förändringar som är riskfyllda och kostsamma. I samband med förändringar har cheferna ett stort ansvar för utfallet. I en organisation finns det flera skikt av chefer med olika uppgifter när förändringar ska genomföras. Medan toppledningen fokuserar på övergripande beslut är det upp till cheferna på lägre position att operationalisera toppledningens beslut.Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur chefer på lägre position i en organisation agerar när mindre interna förändringar genomförs samt ifall vi kunde urskilja olika faktorer som leder till effektivt utfall.

AIDS is a huge problem in the world and it is spreading rapidly, especially in Africa. Botswana is one of the worlds worst-hit countries, with over one-third of the inhabitants infected by HIV/AIDS. The measures that have been taken to stop the spread of AIDS are to inform and enlighten people on how the disease is spread and how to protect oneself. The aim of this thesis is to investigate what different ways of informing people about AIDS different organisations make use of in Botswana. The thesis also addresses how some receivers of the AIDS information experience it.

The construction industry is always looking for ways to make the work more efficient aswell as minimize the waste of money in general. At the same time the industry is showing alow awareness of logistics which has to increase in order to improve the industry in thesekind of questions. Titel: Investeringsbeslut under osäkerhet ? en fallstudie på Perstorp Declam AB Författare: Christer Grövnes Handledare: Anders Hederstierna, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola Problem: Traditionellt har affärsskolorna lärt företagsledare att investeringbeslut kan återkallas om förhållandena ändras, vilket betyder att de på något sätt kan göras ogjorda och att utgifterna kan återvinnas. Om det är så att investeringarna inte kan återkallas, är de en fråga om nu eller aldrig tillfällen, vilket innebär att möjligheten går förlorad om man inte tar tillfället i akt att göra investeringen. Istället för att se på investeringar som återkalleliga betonar den senaste forskningen på området det faktum att företagen har möjligheten att investera och att de måste utnyttja dessa möjligheterna mer effektivt. Forskningen bygger på att man ser investeringar som optioner dvs som rättigheten men inte skyldigheten att handla på ett visst sätt i framtiden, vilket är analogt med en finansiell köpoption (call option).

This study examined gray areas within professional ethics of a public library organization and investigated the relationship between the library as an organization and the librarian as an employee when it comes to support and opportunities to make exceptions to rules and regulations. This relationship is then related to workplace issues.Data were gathered via interviews with six librarians who were placed into two focus groups. Library organization documents that contain rules and regulations (guidelines) were examined. The presumption was that conformity between librarians? experiences and actions and the organization?s guidelines will tell us something about workplace conditions.

In this study we have aimed to explore how participation and self-determination is implemented in the daily life of disabled people who receive support through LSS. The questions addressed concern possibilities/obstacles for the participation and selfdetermination of disabled people who live in group housings, and how the terms participation and self-determination are realized. Nine interviews have taken place with staff members and directors of different group housings. We have found that the interviewees believe that the nature of a person?s disability can be a barrier to the individual?s self-determination and participation in his or her everyday life.

The Open Access (OA) movement came to be as a reaction against the enclosure of information resources, facilitated by new distribution technologies. The purpose of the OA movement is to make research results freely available. The aim of this master´s thesis is to increase the understanding of how libraries outside of the academic sphere and within research institutes relates to OA. As a theoretical framework I created two different ideologies, the OA ideology and the nonsharing ideology. I also conducted six interviews with librarians.

Syfte - Syftet med studien är att få en djupare insikt i sambandet mellan ledarskap och de faktorer som bidrar till ökat engagemang hos medarbetarna i arbetet med ständiga förbättringar. Studien riktar sig mot ett mellanstort industriföretag som implementerat lean production.Design/ metod - I vår undersökning valde vi att göra en kvalitativ fallstudie. Data samlades in i ett svenskt industriföretag. Totalt har 7 intervjuer genomförts.Undersökningsresultat - Resultatet vi kom fram till är att medarbetarna är i låg utsträckning delaktiga i förbättringsarbetet. Tidigare forskning visar att medarbetare som är delaktiga i beslut är också mer engagerade i arbetet.Metodkritik ? Resultatet speglar enbart subjektiva bedömningar och de studerade variablerna bygger på respondenternas uppfattningar.

For a company to survive it has to make a profit. To make a profit transactions are necessary and to achieve this a company can choose to focus on creating loyal customers. Loyal customers can contribute to secured revenues, increased market shares and reduced marketing costs. Research within customer loyalty has mainly focused on different types of loyalty and the impact it has on customers behavior. However, there is a lack of research concerning which factors that create loyal customers.
