The main purpose of this essay is to investigate the legal position for employers concerning protection against what employees can express about one?s employer in social media.It may regard dissatisfaction concerning employment, tort or so-called whistleblowing. The spread through social media may be comprehensive and thus cause more damage to the employer.Employees within the public sector as well as in the private are protected by the liberty of speech, which is constitutional, even the protection of sources or the right to criticize can offer some protection. This gives the employees the possibility to widely express themselves in private social media as long as it can?t be classified as a violation, which per se is very rare.However, certain differences between the both sectors will be pointed out.There are still no constitutional rights regarding social media, but a grey area has emerged concerning the legal position.

Abstrakt Denna studie undersöker RSI indikatorn, och dennas förmåga att skapa en bättre avkastning än en Buy and Hold strategi. Studien har baserats på 27 olika aktier noterade på OMX Stockholm 30, 2006-12-29, under en tidsperiod om 7 år, 2000-01-03 till 2006-12-29. Genom att beräkna medelvärdet per 14 dagar för kursuppgångar respektive kursnedgångar har 14 dagars RSI beräknats. Därefter har köp- respektive säljsignaler beräknats genom om-funktioner i Excel. RSI strategin innebär att position tas på första köpsignal och säljs på nästkommande säljsignal under tidsperioden.

One of today problem at IVT industries would be assembly of insulation on water cisterns. This is a hermeneutic study that analyzes and discusses whether it is possible to find Christian ethics in the TV-series Beverly Hills 90210 (1990) and the spin-off 90210 (2008) and how they differ in the preparation of these. I also aim to, based on my research, illustrate the discussion of Christian ethics in the curriculum and why we need a multicultural education.I have chosen three episode of both TV-series and I divided each episode into different themes, each theme is a phenomenon that I perceive to be a part of a Christian ethical position. Then I argue, using the theologian Stanley Hauerwas, these themes really can relate to what may be perceived as Christian ethics. In order to discuss how Christian ethics and secular ideals are connected I find the theory of secularization usefull. The results I came upwith is that I find a theme in each episode which I percieve to be a part of a Christian ethical position.

The Swedish education system reflects the multicultural society in Sweden, therefore there is a need of school textbooks that pupils can identify themselves with to create meaning and value in their learning. According to the Swedish Education Administrations (Skolverkets) report (2006) and Selander (2003, s. 198) the school textbooks are the main source of education in class. There has been an implicit message in the older textbooks that is associated with the belief that non-Europeans are "seen" as victims, and that Europeans are privileged with a "good life".Many school texbooks has been analyzed from different points of perspectives, however, analysis from a postcolonial perspective on home economics books has practically been nonexistent.Analysis in this study are focused on how non-western people are been portrayed in six different textbooks in the subject to conclude if the colonial discourse is still maintained and reproduced in the school. To answer the question of formulation an image analysis is made of the six, previiously mentioned, textbooks.

C-uppsats i dramapedagogik, Akademin för utbildning och ekonomi, Högskolan i Gävle.Syftet är att utifrån ett ledarperspektiv undersöka och beskriva den skapande processen i ett pedagogiskt föreställningsarbete.

Syftet med vår studie var att belysa det faktum att homosexuella är en utsatt grupp som diskrimineras och om denna problematik möjligen kan förändras med hjälp av företags öppenhet. Vi har i vårt arbete både vänt oss till stora och minde företag för att få deras tankar kring hur problemet ser ut och se om företagen anser att de genom sitt sociala inflytande påverka andra genom den position de tagit på marknaden. Vi har tittat på hur de olika företagen ser på reklam och hur det kommer sig att de valt att uppvisa sig på det sätt de gjort. Genomförandet av studien har skett genom intervjuer med olika företag där företagens tankar och attityder står i fokus. Resultatet visade tydligt att alla företag känner att det är viktigt med fler företag som visar sig gay-vänligt och att deras ställningstagande kan bidra till ökad tolerans.

This study illustrates how the power relation between the trustee and principals are experienced and maintained in proportion to the missions design. The main focus lies on understanding of how trustee perceives and applies the mission`s cornerstones and how power can be expressed in the relationship between trustees and principals. Nine semi-structured interviews were conducted with trustees whose principals were mentally disabled. The interviews were then analyzed with the support of Foucault's concept of discipline, knowledge, control, surveillance and reward/punishment and Tilly's theory of persistent inequality We have obtained an understanding of the complexity of the assignment regarding the mission`s cornerstones who goes into every other, and all respondents agreed that the cornerstones should be considered as a whole. We concluded that the trustee on the basis of the mission's design possesses a power that is necessary and important to have regarding the relation to his principal and its social network.

Large areas have been ditched in Sweden during the past 100 years to improve the forest production. Ditching and also maintenance of old ditches are operations having mainly negative effects on water quality, flora and fauna and changing characteristics of soil. The purpose of this study was to suggest a method for inventory of the need for ditching maintenance in old forest ditches that takes biodiversity, water protection and forest production into consideration. Inventory methods from five Swedish and Finnish forest companies, agencies and organisations were compared. Their employees were interviewed about their handling with ditches, forest production and nature conservation.

The values of the Swedish school system is said to be rooted in the ethics of Christianity and western humanism. Critics say that this expression can be seen as a sign of an obscured eurocentrism when world-wide accepted values is said to be cared for by Christianity and the west. The purpose of this paper is to examine how the politicians argue on this issue, why the values of the Swedish school system should be said to be cared for by the ethics of Christianity and the western humanism. I also want to examine if these arguments in fact corresponds with the worldview of eurocentrism. The examination consists of a discourse analysis review of, for example, journals of the Swedish parliament, which is later compared with the theories of eurocentrism.I believe the argumentation can be categorized in three main categories: first a conservative ideological perspective where they are driven by the notion that the Swedish culture could be defined by establishing and defending its foundations; a philosophical/religious perspective where they want to justify the indisputable values they believe should be maintained in the schools; a eurocentric/psychological perspective where they tend to express the Swedish identity by defining what is typically characteristic of ?us? and typically characteristic of ?the others?.

Examensarbetet syftar till att finna lämplig utrustning och lämpliga metoder för att automatisera detekteringen av olika typer av skalstreck. Med skalstreck avses exempelvis den gradering som återfinns på vanliga kontorslinjaler. Skalor tillverkas i en mängd olika storlekar. De objekt som är aktuella i examensarbetet har streck med en bredd mellan 2 mikrometer och 100 mikrometer. Streckens kanter är av skiftande kvalitet.

Yeast and Clostridia is a problem in silage for farmers as contaminated silage may result in poor animal health and milk quality. Clostridia can produce toxins that, when consumed, acts as neurotoxins, it may also cause blown cheeses if the Clostridia contaminates milk. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cause, effect and interaction of yeasts and Clostridia in silage. Clostridia are microorganisms which are strictly anaerobic and consume carbohydrates and protein in the silage. Yeast is a fungus that is facultative aerobic and feed on carbohydrates in the silage.

Mitt syfte med denna undersökning är att, genom en kvalitativ ansats, få en upplevelse samt ökad förståelse om chefskapet, i min undersökning representerade av enhetschefer, samt hur denna roll som chef upplevs. Min frågeställning berör dels hur de själva ser sin position ur ett rollperspektiv, men även vad de hade för förväntningar innan tillträdandet av chefspositionen. Den berör även liknelser och skillnader i förväntningarna och den faktiska verkligheten, samt hur förväntningarna motsvarade denna, när de väl hade börjat arbeta i sin position.Frågeställningen tar även upp hur cheferna upplever sin roll gentemot den underordnade personalgruppen samt de överordnade cheferna.Jag har valt en kvalitativ ansats i denna undersökning, eftersom mitt syfte hänger samman med att få en ökad förståelse samt att sträva efter att bilda sig en uppfattning av intervjuobjektens livsvärld angående frågeställningen. När jag tolkade materialet använde jag mig av det hermeneutiska synsättet, eftersom detta fokuserar på just tolkning och förståelse av innebörden i texter. Vidare har jag en deduktiv ansats, där jag utgår från en del tidigare forskning samt valda teorier som berör mitt område, exempelvis rollteorier, som jag sedan kopplar till mitt material i analysen.Ur mitt resultat kunde man främst utröna att de flesta av respondenterna upplevde sin roll som komplex.

The aim of this study was; from a group of boys and girls description and interpretation of interaction with other young people, personnel and the environment of the youth centre illuminate how the social gender are constructed and maintained at the youth centre. In this study we have tried to analyse the phenomena from an intersectionalistic perspective. Except gender, the analytic category social class have been tried to capture. Our theoretical standing point is social constructivism. Institutionalized structures in our society are constructed by humans, gender is not only a biological construction it is also a man created construction.

In this report listed buildings, according to the Swedish Heritage Conservation Act, have been studied with a focus on cases where economical compensation has been given to the owner of the building and cases where the listing of the building has been appealed by the owner. In order for a building to become listed it needs to be particularly valuable from a cultural and historical standpoint. The listed buildings are protected through a list of regulations that determines which parts of the building can or cannot be changed, what methods and materials should be used for changes and repairs, and how the building should be maintained. These regulations should as far as possible be formulated in agreement with the owner, but a building can become listed against the owners will. To decrease the damage this causes the owner he can in some cases have the right to economical compensation. There is also a possibility for the owner to appeal the listing of the building.
