Swedish municipalities' websites contain vast amounts of information that caters to a broad audience. For users to be able to access this information, it is important that the website is accessible, to everyone. 74 percent of people with disabilities states in a survey conducted by the Swedish Agency for Participation (2015a) that they use the internet to make contact with local municipalities, but simultaneously more than 1 out of 10 experiences difficulties associated with the use of computers and the Internet, according to Statistics Sweden (2014). The purpose of this study was to identify how Swedish municipalities are working to make their website available for people with disabilities. The study also examined what municipalities should do to make available their website and what difficulties are in the process of making a municipal website available. In working with this survey people who have insights into the subject and seven community representatives were interviewed.

This bachelor thesis describes why investors should invest in environmentally certified buildings instead of non certified buildings. The report provides an overview of possible factors influencing an investor in the investment process of an environmentally certified building. The report explains why building companies find incentive to build green buildings and how a cash flow method can be adapted so it can be used in the valuation process of an environmentally certified building. Environmentally certified buildings are used as a strategy to reduce emissions that threaten the environment as well as a strategy to obtain market shares for the building companies. This report focuses on the economic advantages of an environmentally certified building.The construction- and real estate industry stands for approximately 40 percent of the energy consumption in the world.

And also interviews with machine operators and the production management.

The acid deposition of sulphur- and nitrogenoxides from combustion of coal and oil cause acidification that lowers pH and gives increased contents of metals and altered aquatic biodiversity in the stream. The liming of lakes and streams, which was introduced to resist the acidification, demand large economic resourses despite of the decreased deposition of the acidifyng substances. Some of the streams are influenced by the acid deposition, while others are naturally acidic. It is therefore importaint to separate the anthropogenically acidified waters from the naturally acidic, in order to optimize the use of governmental fundings for liming. This thesis aims to estimate the acidity status and impact of acidification on 24 catchments upstream liming dispensers, which is part of the liming activities at the County of Dalarna.The acidity status of the streams was classified according to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency old classification system (Naturvårdsverket 1999) as very acid to acid, with small ability to withstand a pH-change (alkalinity) due to acid deposition.

Syftet med denna studie var att synliggöra förskollärares tankar om vardagsmatematiken. Studien skulle även innefatta hur förskollärare tar tillvara på den vardagliga matematiken. Vår metod i studien gick ut på att intervjua förskollärare genom en self report, som tillhör den kvalitativa forskningen. Vår self report innebar att de tillfrågade förskollärarna skriftligt fick redogöra sina tankar och erfarenheter utifrån frågeformuläret. Med hjälp av vår self reports öppna frågor synliggjordes förskollärares djupgående tankar om ett visst fenomen, vilket leder in vår studie till en fenomenografisk forskningsansats.

In Sweden the residential and commercial sector is a major user of energy, why the Swedish government has set a specific goal to half the energy usage in buildings by 2050, compared to 1995. The Swedish Energy Agency has therefore started the campaign ?Halvera Mera? to encourage demonstration projects that will show how to renovate in an energy efficient way, and in doing so prove that it is possible to reduce a building?s energy usage by half and still make a profit. These projects are intended to serve as good examples and give inspiration to residential owners to perform energy efficient renovations. To make sure that these projects serve their purpose, it is important to know what will inspire and what will impede a residential owner to invest in energy efficiency improvements.

Profitability of Momentum Strategies on the Nordic stock market

Purpose: The main purpose of the thesis is to examine the profitability of Momentum Strategies on the Nordic stock markets. This will provide insight and contribute to the debate on efficient markets. Finding profitable Momentum Strategies will provide strong evidence of inefficiency in the market. A secondary purpose is to examine factors which might cause or impact the profitability of the Momentum Strategy. We will look closely at the relationship between the profitability and factors such as risk (CAPM-beta), market capitalization, trading volume and seasonality.

Amning och bröstmjölksersättning : Uppfattning och bruk bland somaliska invandrare i Sverige.

Döende patienter som vårdas på sjukhus har ibland minderåriga barn. Dessa barn är i stort behov av stöd vilket sjuksköterskan har som uppgift att tillgodose. I nuläget brister detta då många sjuksköterskor saknar kunskaper inom området. För att stödja barn till en döende förälder på ett optimalt sätt krävs kunskap om barns förståelse av döden, reaktioner på förlust av en förälder samt hur sjuksköterskan kan kommunicera med barn och föräldrar. En litteraturstudie har genomförts i syfte att belysa sjuksköterskans stöd till barn som anhöriga när en förälder är döende.

Amning och bröstmjölksersättning : Uppfattningar och bruk bland iranska invandrarkvinnor i Sverige

Inledning: Bröstmjölk är den bästa näringskällan för spädbarn. Alla friska mödrar rekommenderas att exklusivt amma sina barn upp till sex månaders ålder samt därefter fortsätta amma och ge annat födotillägg upp till två års ålder eller längre. Flertalet faktorer kan dock påverka beslutet om att välja att amma eller inte.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersökta iranska invandrarkvinnors uppfattningar och bruk angående amning och bröstmjölksersättning.Metod: En kvalitativ studie med strategiskt urval genomfördes där tio iranska invandrarkvinnor intervjuades. Intervjuerna bestod av tolv frågor och spelades in och sedan transkriberades. Innehållsanalys användes.Resultat: Resultaten delades in i fem kategorier: ?Hälso- sjukvårdskontakt i Sverige och i Iran?, ?Typ av föda som givits barnet?, ?Information och råd angående amning och bröstmjölksersättning?, ?Faktorer som påverkar valet att amma? samt ?Slutgiltig uppfattning angående valet att amma?.

Interaktionsdesign på webben - - Att påverka attityder till crowdfunding och mikroinvesterande genom grafiska komponenter och design

In this paper we have investigated which visual components that are of importance when designing a website with the purpose of influencing peoples attitudes in a positive direction regarding the specific phenomenas crowdfunding and microinvestments. To investigate how people respond to these concepts we made a survey. The survey showed us that the respondents were indecivise regarding risktaking and that personal interest was of great importance weather the respondents were to invest or not. Therefor we included visual components in the design with the purpose of expressing professional and trustworthy impressions and at the same time reach the user at an emotional level. In the following interviews that we made we tested if our visual components had the intended effects.

With an increasing aging population combined with a decreasing share of working population the financing of the pension system is becoming a bigger problem than previously predicted. An unpredictable global environment has resulted in high unemployment in Sweden in 2025. To ensure continued positive development of the country's GDP, it is therefore important to promote organizational diversity, as this can in turn contribute to increased innovation. However, unconscious bias among managers and recruiters can lead to distorted recruitment decisions that risk undermining diversity efforts. This study aims to increase understanding of how managers and recruiters handle unconscious bias during recruitment, as well as to identify specific methods organizations can use to improve their diversity. The study includes twelve qualitative interviews with respondents in formal managerial or recruitment roles from eight different organizations, analyzed through theories and previous research.

?Optimizing the workflow of hydraulic reservoir tanks? is a degree project made by Jonas Olsson, student within the faculty of technology and science, during spring semester 2012. The project comprise 22,5 ECTS.Volvo Construction Equipment, located in Arvika, was the client in this project.
