Ungdomsarbetslös : En studie om ungdomars attityder gentemot handlÀggaren som representant för Arbetsförmedlingen som organisation
Den hÀr studien har genomförts för att undersöka hur attityder kan pÄverkas av den sociala interaktionen som uppstÄr i mötet, mellan den arbetssökande ungdomen och handlÀggaren pÄ Arbetsförmedlingen. Studien har genomförts kvantitativt med hjÀlp av elektroniska enkÀter som vi har publicerat pÄ Facebook, och lÀnkat i ett mail till samtliga studenter pÄ högskolan i Skövde. MÄlgruppen pÄ vÄra respondenter var mellan 19-23 Är och med kravet om att de skall eller har varit inskrivna pÄ Arbetsförmedlingen. Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka bland annat hur handlÀggarens engagemang pÄverkade den arbetssökande individen till att aktivt söka arbete efter det första besöket pÄ Arbetsförmedlingen. Exempel pÄ andra variabler vi har valt att studera Àr om handlÀggarens Älder och tillgÀnglighet pÄverkar den arbetssökandes instÀllning till denne, respektive engagemang till att aktivt fortsÀtta söka arbete.
Att ha pappa i fÀngelse : socialtjÀnstens arbete med barn till frihetsberövade fÀder
The aim with the study was, that through a qualitative research approach, to examine in which way social services employees perceive information about children with incarcerated fathers and how they furthermore relates to the child's right to both parents in these situations. Seven interviews were implemented with social workers in the Stockholm County to obtain informa-tion on the following questions; how the children's needs are noticed at the social services, how employees discuss the child's right to their incarcerated father and which possibilities and obstacles social workers experience to promote contact between the child and the father. The ecology of human development theory was used in the analysis. The conclusions are that chil-dren with incarcerated fathers seldom is noticed at the social services as a result of inadequate cooperation between authorities but also due to whether the social services should be respon-sible for the children. Furthermore, children always have the right to maintain contact with their incarcerated father, with exceptions for situations where physical or sexual abuse have occurred.

Syftet med den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att undersöka om den ökade interaktionen via Facebook har förÀndrat vÄr syn pÄ vÀnskapsbegreppet och pÄ vilket sÀtt identitetsskapandet pÄ Facebook skiljer sig frÄn den fysiska vÀrlden. Den andra frÄgan Àr vilka möjligheter Facebook erbjuder för mÀnniskor för identitetsskapandet och pÄ vilket sÀtt mÀnniskor vÀljer att utnyttja dem .

The purpose of this study is to find out how some Swedish preschool teacher discussing how children's Swedish colloquial interaction can be enhanced in the free play. In this case where children are aged three to five.My research questions in the study are:-         What type of free play do preschool teachers talk about in relation to children's Swedish colloquial development?-         What do preschool teachers say about child's colloquial interaction?-          How do preschool teachers reason regarding in what environment children?s colloquial interaction occurs?In my study I have used an interview with elements of a visual method called The Diamond. The approach is that the participants in the interview will be enhanced to discussing about a wise certain number of images. These images are then to be ranked accordingly with a specific theme and terms.If a child has difficult to speak, you can take help of  the interest the child has, the child can tell you and the other children what he or she know about the interest.

Stadsmissionen i Stockholm initierade denna studie dĂ„ personalen uppmĂ€rksammat en vĂ€xande grupp unga bostadslösa förĂ€ldrar. Sex unga bostadslösa mammors upplevelse av sitt förĂ€ldraskap, relation till sitt barn samt egen psykisk hĂ€lsa och stress undersöktes genom halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer samt med enkĂ€tinstrumenten CES-D och SPSQ. Intervjumaterialet bearbetades med hjĂ€lp av tematisk analys. Ă
tta teman framkom: Social situation, Egen individuation, De egna förÀldrarna, NÀtverk, Syn pÄ barnet, Konfliktfyllda eller emotionellt pÄfrestande situationer mellan mamma och barn, Interaktion med barnet och Coping. Mammorna upplevde att bostadssituationen pÄverkade förÀldraskapet negativt.

The aim of this study was to explore how social workers interpret the part of the Swedish social services act that regulates each municipality?s responsibility of the people staying in it. The study?s general methodological approach connects to sociology of law. The research questions were: (1) What factors are considered important by the social workers in assessments of responsible municipality? (2) Are there variations in the assessments of responsible municipality and in that case; how can the variations be explained? (3) What discretion do the social workers consider that they have in assessments of responsible municipality? Previous studies have found considerable differences in professional social work assessments in Sweden.
?Barnen har rÀtt att ha nÀrvarande pedagoger? - En studie om pedagogers syn pÄ hur förskolemiljön pÄverkas av stora barngrupper
FörskollÀrarnas arbete i stora barngrupper Àr ett för tiden relevant och viktigt Àmne att lyfta. MÄnga aktuella debatter handlar om storleken pÄ barngruppen och dess inverkan pÄ det enskilda barnet, inte lika mÄnga lyfter hur stora barngrupper pÄverkar förskollÀrarna och deras arbete. Syftet med denna studie var dÀrför att undersöka hur förskollÀrare menar att deras psykosociala arbetsmiljö pÄverkas i en stor barngrupp. Vidare var syftet Àven att ÄskÄdliggöra hur förskollÀrarna menar att en stor barngrupp pÄverkar deras möjligheter att tillgodose barns behov av omsorg och interaktion.
I studien har jag anvÀnt mig av kvalitativ metod, och empirin bestÄr av sex intervjuer med tre olika förskollÀrare pÄ samma avdelning samt observationer av pedagogernas interaktion och bemötande av barnens olika omsorgsbehov.
Studiens resultat visar att det Àr konsekvenserna av en stor barngrupp som pÄverkar pedagogerna, till exempel att administrativa och praktiska arbetsuppgifter ökar ju fler barn det finns i barngruppen. Pedagogerna menar att de pÄ grund av ökade arbetsuppgifter blir stressade, kÀnner sig otillrÀckliga och att de inte nÄr upp till de krav som de har pÄ sig sjÀlva men Àven de krav som bland annat LÀroplanen (Lpfö 98/10) stÀller.
Social mediestrategi - En studie om medarbetarens roll vid agerande i sociala medier
Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. When employees communicate with consumers their conduct is relevant to the company's credibility.Methodology: An inductive approach has been used for the empirical data collection since the authors have been studying the reality without existing theories. A qualitative research method has been used for collecting the empirical material. Primary data was collected from telephone interviews with seven companies, active in social media.Conclusions: The study shows that the power of employees? can be used when designing strategies for social media.
Bolivia kvinnorörelser och multietnisk stat
This thesis examines the possibility of Bolivian indigenous women?s social movements? getting their demands of a gender equal society fulfilled in the new state which was initiated in 2005 when Evo Morales became the first president representing the indigenous people of the country. By using a qualitative method I have showed that although the Bolivian indigenous women?s social movements? historically has been significant political actors for social change in the country, with representation at both regional and national level, Bolivian women are still subordinated in the social and political sphere. By applying a feminist intersectional perspective which takes its point of departure in a understanding of power as multidimensional, where gender, ethnicity and class are constitutive principals, multiculturalism theories and a social movements theory framework, I have found that even if institutional changes, that opened the system increased the indigenous women?s social movements political participation in Bolivia, power structures based on gender limited their possibilities to influence both socially and politically.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att utforska hur relationer skapas, hur kommunikationen sker och hur individer framstÀller sin identitet pÄ Internet. Studien har bedrivits genom en kvalitativ intervjustudie med fokusgrupper och mÄlgruppen har varit unga vuxna i Äldern 19-25 Är. Som bakgrundsmaterial har vi undersökt tidigare forskning kring virtuella communitys, identitetsskapande, chattande och cyberkultur. Resultatet av studien kom att visa respondenternas anvÀndning av virtuella communitys och att dem ser det som en viktig del av det sociala livet.
Aggressiva barn : hur socionomer inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin arbetar med barn som uppvisar ett aggressivt beteende
Our purpose was to examine how social workers, within the child- and youth psychiatry, works with aggressive children and which theoretical perspectives they use. The questions we wanted to examine were how they worked with these children, how they motivated their work and which theoretical perspectives they used. The method that was used was a qualitative interview, where six social workers were interviewed. The result showed that their work foremost was based on conversation methods and all social workers emphasized the importance of a near cooperation with the parents since they considered that parents had the strongest influence on the children. Some social workers focused foremost on altering children's aggressive behavior while others focused on understanding the meaning of the behavior.
Privata HyresvÀrdar : En studie om CSR pÄ VÀxjös bostadsmarknad
When you talk with the municipal housing companies today there is a general view that theyare doing all the work when it comes to social responsibilities in the municipalities, theprivate landlords only have a focus on profit. The private landlords doesn't agree but says thatthey take a social responsibility, at the same time there is a difference in what socialresponsibility is. By looking at how the picture of CSR and its use is seen today we analyzewhy the opinions and definitions about social responsibility differ. We also look at CSR in itslocal adaptation in Sweden's special conditions at the same time as we compare it to CSR inEurope and the world. We thereby create an analysis of how CSR is perceived, prioritized anddeveloped in Sweden to see the root of the disagreements.In our study we show how different views and roles in the community influence the picture ofCSR in Sweden.
Det sociala samspelet : Vad hÀnder i det sociala samspelet i barns leksituationer pÄ förskolan
In my degree project I have chosen to write about the social interactions in children?s play. Iwanted to study their free play and the time when their teachers tell them what to play to seewhat their social interactions look like. The purpose with my research is to study whathappens in the social interactions in their different playing situations.I performed three observations of the free play and three observations of the guided play at apreschool to study what social interactions that takes place in the different playing situations.What happens and what patterns can I find in their play.In my research I had some questions that this project rests upon:What happens in the social interactions in the different playing situations?How do the children?s different social interactions look?The children that I have observed showed me that when they are interacting they especiallyuse their cognitive abilities, because an interaction needs a certain mental development.
KÀnslomÀssiga utmaningar i socialt arbete ? vad betyder strategier och yrkeserfarenhet?
The aim of this study was to gain a greater understanding of what social workers perceive to be mentally demanding and emotionally challenging work, and which strategies they use to handle it. I chose to interview six social workers, three of them had long experience of social work, and three of them had worked for less than a year. The justification for this choice wasthat I wanted to interview people with different experience of social work over time, to be able to see possible differences in what was perceived as mentally demanding and emotionally challenging work, and how it was handled. The social workers were interviewed with a semi structured interview manual.The results showed that the organization of the social service is not fitted to the work that social workers execute. This means that what is perceived as mentally demanding and emotionally challenging work largely depends on this.
