Problem StatementAfter the hurricane Gudrun in January 2005 EON Elnät Sverige AB started the project KRAFTTAG, were 17,000 km of the airborne power grid shall be replaced with cables underground. The transformers in the airborne power grid shall be dismounted, renovated if necessary and then conveyed to stations, of type kiosk.Additional new transformers, more than planned, have been bought. This is due to the dysfunctional transformer flow from the demolished power supply to projects, were the new power supply is built, the general picture is complicated, since the reconstruction involves other companies and many employees at E.ON.PurposeThe purpose of this master thesis is to map and understand the existing transformer flow. The objective is to make a recommendation on how to increase the level of E.ON? s transformer recycling.Methodthe authors have worked with a system approach, including both qualitative and quantitative data.

One way to handle the manure in the cow shed alleys is to have automatic scrapers. In this system the scraper has to get rid of the manure somewhere. The most common way of doing that today is to let the scraper deliver the manure under some kind of gate or covering over the manure culvert. When the scraper goes under the gate or the covering there is a risk of squeezing animals and farmer.

The purpose of this project is to analyze earthing systems for houses. By practical measurements and theoretical analyzes consequences of possible faults, that can occur within the facility and in the low-voltage distribution network, is illustrated.  The reason for this project is that nowadays one has to arrange with a main equipotential bonding system for buildings. Apart from that, if necessary, bathrooms must be provided with a supplementary equipotential bonding system.The practical measurements verify that potential differences in facilities may be due to voltage drops in the PEN conductor between the origin of the electrical installation and the power transformer.Based on the theoretical analyzes of possible faults, it is considered that the requirement for  supplementary equipotential bonding systems for bathrooms in most cases can be questioned, when basic insulation, fault protection, residual current devise and main equipotential bonding system already provides an adequate level of protection.A PEN conductor loss may result in a situation where metallic parts attached to the equipotential bonding system starts working as earth electrodes. Equipotential bonding system may also increase the incidence of stray currents. If TN-C-S systems is provided with a local connection to earth a redundant system against PEN conductor loss is obtained.

It is not difficult to replace the energy you use in the house and there is no need for futuristic technology. An average house in Sweden uses 15 000 kWh for heating, 5000 kWh for tap water and 5000 kWh for electricity.

Utredning av frekvensregleringens påverkan på mekanisk utrustning i en kaplanturbin

As a consequence of increasing wind power installations in the Nordic grid the last years, the need for regulating power has become larger. In the Nordic grid, regulating power is mainly provided by hydro power. One part of the regulating power is called frequency control, which ensures that the grid frequency is stable and close to 50 Hz.However, setting the turbine into frequency controlled operation may cause stress and wear of the components in the mechanical control system. Frequency controlling implies large and frequent servo forces and longer travelling distance of the sliding bearings in the Kaplan turbine.Based on one selected Kaplan turbine, Selsfors G1, measurements and MATLAB calculations have been performed in order to determine forces and movements of the linkage system. With these forces and movements as input, stresses and fatigue have been determined as well as sliding distances, bearing pressures and wear of bearings during a typical lifetime of 40 years.The results indicate that no severe wear exists on the bearings during 40 years of service.

Än idag har forskningen inte kommit fram till en idealisk ledarskapsstil, varför vi fann det intressant att undersöka vad människor som dagligen kommer i kontakt med ledarskap anser utgör en bra ledare. Utifrån detta vill vi se om åsikterna passar in på de valda teorierna. Vi avgränsade oss till de anställda på Clas Ohlson då de ansågs relevanta för undersökningen.Syftet med detta arbete är att se vad personalen på Clas Ohlson i Stockholmsområdet anser utgör en bra ledare.

Begreppet ekonomistyrning innefattar många aktiviteter som i grunden handlar om att uppnå ekonomiska mål. Internprissättning är ett av dessa. När ett företag växer i storlek uppkommer ofta en diskussion om hur organisationen ska decentraliseras och vem som ska fatta beslut. Vanligt idag är att företagen decentraliseras och fler och fler beslut fattas lokalt.1967 gjordes en enkätundersökning som innefattade totalt 235 svenska företag varav bland annat alla börsnoterade. Man ville undersöka vad man i svenska företag vill åstadkomma med sin internavräkning.

Ledarskap och frisknärvaro : en kvalitativ intervjustudie

Frågan om chefers ledarskaps påverkan på de anställdas hälsa har aktualiserats under senare tid. Dock finns inte mycket forskning på området, vilket gör att denna uppsats kan komma att fylla en funktion i detta sammanhang. Uppsatsen har som syfte att ta reda på hur förskolechefer i en svensk kommun utövar sitt ledarskap och om det går att se någon koppling till medarbetarnas frisknärvaro. Med hjälp av kvalitativ metod där fem semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes besvaras följande frågor i kandidatuppsatsen: Vilket slags ledarskap utövar förskolecheferna?Vilka likheter finns i ledarskapsstilarna mellan de förskolechefer som har hög frisknärvaro bland medarbetarna?Skiljer sig ledarskapet åt, i så fall hur, mellan de chefer som har hög frisknärvaro och de med mellanhög och låg dito? Min slutsats är att det finns likheter i hur cheferna utövar sitt ledarskap.
