This thesis aims to develop a control system for measuring electromagnetic compability (EMC). This has meant that a controller designed around an ATmega8 microcontroller has been manufactured and programmed. It has also meant the development of a comprehensive control software in the program MATLAB. The control system has been tested with satisfactory results and can now, monitor and control measurements of the EMC-type..

Good regeneration is important for private forest owners so they can have a long term forest management and economics of their forests. This academic study is done as an opinion poll. The purpose of the study is to see how big the interest of scarification among the private forest owner is.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the public libraries work towards SFI (Swedish For Immigrants) based on the views of the overseeing librarians. To study this we have asked the following research questions:What distinguishes the public libraries? work towards SFI according to the responsible librarians? What distinguishes the communication between SFI teachers and the librarians according to the responsible librarians? What opinions are held by the librarians in regards to their work with SFI?We have used a semi structured interview method with seven librarians in charge of the activities with SFI at small and medium sized public libraries in a rural area of Sweden. The theoretical framework is composed of Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local public library profile and the authors? definition of collaboration.

ABSTRACT The potato has had an important role in the Swedish dietary customs for quite some time. However, during the last forty years, consumption has decreased from 87 kg/year and person to 46 kg/year and person. Other products such as pasta, rice and bulgur are competing with the potato. Many of the competitors have been developed and refined while the potato has not changed much. The potato is still a bulk product while competing products have been differentiated. Stakeholders within the potato market has realized that something has to be done and today there are a number of organizations and networks that all actively work to preserve the Swedish agriculture and specifically the potato as a product. The purpose with this essay is to examine how store managers in the Swedish grocery stores view the handling of the potato in the store, the quality and packaging, marketing and future consumption.

System Andersson AB is a company located in Jönköping that works with developing computer systems for the mechanical engineering industry. As of today, when this report is written, the company is working on the development of a new Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) system. This new system aims to create not only a user friendly interface but also a modern, stylish interface. To achieve this, the company has decided to work with a, for them, new application framework; Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).System Andersson is well known for developing systems for different kinds of touch screens, this project is no exception. This essay analyzes the production process in connection with the original play Utopia 2012, which premiered at Backa Theatre, Gothenburg, Sweden on 27 October 2012.The aim of the essay is to seek a deeper understanding of this particular production process. No universal process plan was employed when creating Utopia 2012. Therefore, taking into account artistic, technical and administrative aspects of the work, a chronological process map has also been constructed in connection with this essay, in order to clarify each step of the theatrical working process.The theoretical approach is hermeneutic, and the material is based on interviews with key individuals with different professions and functions within the working process in order to gain multifaceted perspectives and results. The interviews took place at Backa Theatre with the exception of those held by telephone with the project?s two producers, both of whom by that time no longer worked at Backa Theatre.The findings of the essay mostly indicate that, with the significant exception of director Mattias Andersson?s artistic vision, no fixed process map nor explicitly articulated common goals were employed in this particular theatre production.

Studiens syfte är att få insikt i hur några yrkesverksamma förskollärare uppfattar sitt arbete kring utvecklingssamtal, för att på så sätt få ökad förståelse för hur förskollärare kan förebygga och hantera de problem som kan uppstå i samband med utvecklingssamtal. Samverkan (interaktionen) mellan individer har en central roll i vår studie då det, som vi ser det, sker en interaktion mellan föräldrar och förskolepersonal i utvecklingssamtal. Vid analys och tolkning av insamlat intervjumaterial använder vi oss av ett interaktionistiskt grundantagande ? att individer påverkas av och utvecklas i interaktion med andra individer och miljön. Vi använder några utvalda interaktionsbegrepp: Helhetssyn, Helhetsdynamik och Helhetsutveckling.

Hur framgångsrikt är det möjligt att översätta dessa uttryck till svenska med de begränsningar som målspråket må ha utan att förvanska det säregna i hur författaren har valt att uttrycka sig? Vilken strategi har översättaren Per-Olof Andersson använt sig av vid översättandet av dessa för Bunin specifika uttryck? Hur skiljer sig översättningen från originalet syntaktiskt, grammatiskt och semantiskt? Finns det några tydliga tendenser om man tittar på hur dessa utryck har översatts till svenska? Är det möjligt att tala om en viss oöversättlighet i fråga om Bunin? The aim of this study was to describe how girls and boys have been represented in the Swedish children?s? magazine Kamratposten from 1950 until 2010. Kamratposten was chosen because it has both boys and girls as target audience. Three articles about children from the years 1950, 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010 were chosen as material of the study.The study is a discourse analysis that deconstruct the gender discourse of Kamratposten. The analysis is done with a gender perspective.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka elevernas attityder till skönlitteratur samt vad som avgör om de lånar en bok eller inte. Detta belyses även ur ett genusperspektiv. Primärmaterialet består av 77 enkäter som är besvarade av elever i årskurs sju. Enkätsvaren är bearbetade och sammanställda i diagram för att synliggöra resultaten.Forskningsbakgrunden utgår från Joseph Appleyards stadieteorier, forskning av Gunilla Molloy, Louise Rosenblatt samt Kathleen McCormick. Undersökningen visar att cirka hälften av eleverna har positiv inställning till läsning, boktips från läraren är inte det viktigaste, böcker med ett hjältetema är populärt hos pojkarna medan realistiska böcker toppar flickornas lista över favoritböcker.
