The purpose of this thesis is to increase the understanding of why convertible bonds are a relatively uncommon financing method in Sweden. The aim is to find the explanatory factors for this situation. The analysis is based on interviews conducted from three perspectives; the investor?s, the adviser?s and the issuer?s. The main finding is that the Swedish financial market has characteristics that inhibit the development of a convertible bond market in Sweden, leading to the fact that most convertible bonds are issued under special circumstances.

In city areas stormwater can consists of major amounts pollutants and when reaching a lake or watercourse it can cause damages on vegetation and animals. Therefore it is important to treat polluted stormwater before it reaches the recipient. The municipality of Örebro have since the 90ies an extensive work with treatment of stormwater in sedimentation ponds. A new stormwater treatment project is planned in an industrial estate in Skebäck, Örebro.

The purpose of this paper is to study whether or not stock returns increase abnormally over month ends on the Swedish stock exchange. This work aims to obtain information on diurnal variations of aerosol concentrations in thecity of Lund (Sweden) and trying to locate the origin of the aerosols Long distance transports.The study shows that the aerosol concentrations varied quit strongly over the entiremeasurement period, reflecting air masses of different degrees of pollution, mainly as a resultof the diurnal rhythm of the traffics.
