E-handeln har haft en enorm tillväxt de senaste åren och börjar konkurrera ut detaljhandeln på marknaden. Internets utveckling har bidragit till att konsumenter idag kan handla enklare och billigare genom e-handel. Ett problem som företagen ständigt står inför är att identifiera vilka faktorer som tillfredställer konsumentens behov på bästa möjliga sätt.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur faktorerna; avstånd, tid, pris, bra service och information i relation till varandra påverkar konsumentens val mellan e-handel respektive detaljhandel vid köp av mobiltelefon och böcker. Dessutom avser vi att studera likheter och skillnader mellan män och kvinnor.Resultatet från denna undersökning bygger på en kvantitativ enkätundersökning utförd med hjälp av studenter i Ekonomikum vid Uppsala Universitet. Studenter anser att pris och information är de viktigaste faktorerna vid köp av mobiltelefon, medan pris och tid är mest viktiga vid köp av böcker.

Kommunen har som mål i samhällsbyggandet att förnya och förtäta det bebyggda stadsområdet. De vill fortsätta med stadsbyggandet bland annat längs med Bäveån till Inre Hamnområdet. Kommunen vill även ha en blandad bebyggelse med bostäder, verksamheter och service. Att förnya och förtäta i befintliga områden, i det här fallet Inre hamnområdet, leder därför till korta avstånd för de boende till arbete och service. I och med en utbyggnad av Inre Hamnområdet kommer centrum att utökas mot sydväst och därmed få större vattenkontakt. En förnyelse skall stärka samt komplettera stadens centrum och attraktivitet. Inre Hamnområdet utgör med andra ord ett högintressant område med ett centralt läge med möjligheter till bra kommunikationsmöjligheter, service och attraktivt boende.

In today?s ever-evolving society the use of cash is replaced by digital services in the banking sector. Some local banks restrict manual cash handling while others remove it completely. This essay examines how management accounting is affected by restricted cash handling. The theory clarifies that management accounting strategies create guidelines and provides specific framework for employees and managers in the organization.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyse the private researchers encounter with the Royal Library, national library of Sweden. The main focus is on answering the two questions: who is the private researcher and what is his/her impression of the Royal Library? These questions are answered from the vantage point of the following theoretical perspectives: library anxiety, Bourdieu, library architecture, gender studies and service management. The methods used are qualitative interviews, and textual analysis using the printout of these taped interviews along with notes and an earlier user study as material. The conclusions are that barriers with staff is the most frequent factor of library anxiety in the private researcher at the Royal Library, and mechanical barriers the least frequent.

The purpose of this study is to examine immigrants' experiences of social services' treatmentand their expectations of social services. In this study we have used the following questions:how immigrants have experienced the treatment of the social service, the way in whichimmigrants would like to be treated by social services as well as what kind of beliefs andexpectations immigrants have concerning the social services' duties and powers. We haveused a qualitative method in the study that consists of ten semi-structured interviews. Thetheoretical concepts we have used are culture, ethnicity, cultural competence, professionalismand social psychology. The survey reveals a majority of negative experiences, such as afeeling of being ?tossed around?, suspicion and discrimination by the caseworkers due to theethnicity of the respondents.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate which factors are important with foster home placing, to achieve a positive result for the child. The questions that we have focused on is the importance of the child's earlier experiences and relations, the foster homes attitude and approach, the social service organization and the cooperation between these concerned parties. We have also looked at the importance that the relation between the biological family, the child and the foster home can have. This study has been carried out using qualitative interviews with several foster homes, social welfare secretaries and a researcher in the area. We have also chosen to separate the foster homes on the basis of two foster homes only accepting teenagers while other accepting younger children.The theoretical concepts we have chosen to use are connected to attachment theory and the ecology of human development point of view.

They have been thinking of improving their way of work for several years but haven?t had the time to do so. Now they have realized they need to work more efficiently to able to grow further.

Artiklarna har begränsats från att namnet Hagamannen börjar användas till dess att han får sin dom och de jämförs för att se om det finns några skillnader i hur han konstrueras eller i hur offren beskrivs. Uppsatsen innehåller en kort sammanfattning av händelseförloppet samt teorier och tidigare forskning om media. Som metod används valda delar av den kritiska diskursanalysen och tidningarnas artiklar har analyserats separat och sedan jämförts. Analysen behandlar bland annat Hagamannen som namn och fenomen, hur tidningarna konstruerar Nicklas Lindgren efter identifieringen och offren ur olika perspektiv..

This bachelor thesis has the purpose to visualize and document the air movementsprovided by different ventilation principles in an operating theatre. The visualizationwill be made as simple as possible in a physical model. The model and thedocumentation should be able to use in educational purposes.The study is based on the two most common systems for airflow, currently used inoperating theatres. The first principle is displacement ventilation in which the air issupplied at low velocity along the floor. The second principle is vertical parallel laminarairflow in which the air is compressed like a piston from ceiling to the floor.A review of literature resulted in the choice of size, design, and scale factor for themodel, as well as choices of ventilation principles and airflows.

The aim of this study was to describe and understand parents? perspectives in aid assessment for children according to The Swedish Act (1993:387) concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (Lag 1993:387 om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS). The study took place in the county of Kronoberg, Sweden, and was based on a total of nine qualitative interviews. Four interviews were made with parents? of children who has interventions according to LSS (1993:387) and five interviews were made with LSS case workers. In our study we saw that parents? perspectives often is the largest amount of information that case workers take into account when assessing aid and as a case worker you listen to the parents perspectives to capture the child?s and the family?s needs. It also came clear that the parents? perspective is not only about the child?s needs, but also includes the parent?s own needs and their family?s needs. The parents in the study felt that they made the decision about the choice of aid and considered themselves as the one who decides the family?s requirements. It turned out that treatment and understanding from the case workers was important for gaining access to the best help and making parents feel listened to. Parental responsibility was of great importance for the assessment, and it often led to disagreement between parents and case workers. During the study, we saw that power existed in the relationship between case workers and parents, but that it could be moved and changed during the time of aid assessment..

The purpose of this paper is to investigate on what basis a child is committed into care according to the law and to see on which grounds the decision about committed child care in law practice are taken when a child is committed to care due to parents who are mentally retarded. To better understand the juridical grounds for these decisions I will also in a short background describe the meaning of the term mentally retarded, how mental retardation and parenthood has changed over time and how different opinions are expressed in the law. Both people with mental retardation and children have in recent years gained their rights and sometimes these rights end up in conflict with one another. In those cases, what is in the best interest of the child, should be decisive. The children who have mentally retarded parents are at risk to not have their physical, psychological, emotional, social and intellectual needs met and are therefore being unfavourable developed.

Uppsatsen undersöker hur abortfrågan diskuterades på lokal nivå i Gävle i två kvinnoorganisationer av motsatt politisk ståndpunkt och drar paralleller till hur frågan diskuterades på nationell nivå under 1930-talet. Genom att studera källmaterialet mot bakgrund av ett teoretiskt ramverk förs även en diskussion om den moraliska synen på kvinnlig sexualitet och ogifta mödrar under den studerade perioden.  .

This thesis examines the establishment of auditors as third party assurers of sustainability reports in Sweden. This is done through a qualitative case study that examines the subject from both a preparer?s and an assurer?s perspective. Empirical data was analyzed using a combination of agency- and legitimacy theory. The study reaches the conclusion that sustainability reporting companies in the study demand a verification service for reported sustainability data in order to increase creditability, meet increased stakeholder demand and increased accounting complexity.

Cloud Computing är det stora modeordet i IT-världen just nu. Det har blivit mer och mer populärt på senare år men frågor har uppstått om dess prestanda och säkerhet. Hur säkert är det egentligen och är det någon större skillnad i prestanda mellan en lokal server och en molnbaserad server? Detta examensarbete tar upp dessa frågor. En serie prestandatester kombinerat med en litteraturstudie genomfördes för att få fram ett resultatet för detta examensarbete. Denna rapport kan komma att vara till nytta för de som har ett intresse av Cloud Computing men som saknar någon större kunskap om ämnet.

Den viktigaste aspekten av human resource management kan i dagens samhälle anses vara rekryteringsprocessen. Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att fastställa om, och i så fall hur och till vilka tjänster, video bör användas som rekryteringsmetod. Detta för undersökandet av verktygets möjlighet att öka organisationers förutsättningar till konkurrenskraftigt övertag på arbetsmarknaden i enighet med Barneys teori om resource-based view. Analysen av resultatet utfördes utifrån tre teman ? fördelar och nackdelar med användandet, samt möjligheter till utveckling, av video som rekryteringsverktyg.
