Background and problem - Integrated reporting is a hot topic today and is predicted to be the future of companies? external reporting. In December 2013 a new framework on integrated reporting was released and one part of the framework concerns governance and how it supports the organization?s value creation. A recent study on integrated reporting in Sweden showed the area of governance to be poorly reported.

Introduction: A general guideline was introduced on October first 2010 regarding a mortgage cap, limiting the degree of leverage of housing as collateral. Through the new guidelines the marked conditions concerning consumers? choice of mortgage has changed. Bakgrund: Var tionde patient i svensk sjukvård drabbas av vårdrelaterade infektioner vilket gör det till den vanligaste vårdskadan. Infektionerna leder till ökad dödlighet, längre vårdtideroch ökade kostnader för sjukvården. Trots tydliga riktlinjer och evidens för att basalahygienrutiner minskar förekomsten av vårdrelaterade infektioner är vårdpersonalensföljsamhet inte optimal. Samtidigt har förekomsten av bakterier som är resistenta mot antibiotika ökat i svensk sjukvård vilket ställer ökade krav på en rationell antibiotikaanvändning och att vårdpersonalen följer de basala hygienrutinerna. Syfte: Att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar vårdpersonalens följsamhet till basala hygienrutiner.

Problem discussion: That empowerment and autonomy can lead to desirable effects on employees is clear. Previous research has found correlations between empowerment and e.g. motivation, job satisfaction, productivity, loyalty and commitment. However, a control problem arises when employees have more freedom in decision-making which could potentially lead to undesirable outcomes. It thus becomes a type of dilemma for management and managers where you have to try to balance a restrictive use of the control system (to maintain control) and an enabling use (to promote empowerment).Purpose: The purpose of this study is therefore to identify how a company can use its control system in order to achieve empowerment while maintaining acceptable levels of control.

For them it is essential that their crutches do not fail. ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) conducts ongoing work to guarantee the durability and function of e.g. crutches.

Bakgrund: Hårskyddet är ett viktigt element för att kunna upprätthålla en aseptisk miljö vid en operation. Men dess betydelse verkar inte uppmärksammas tillräcklig noga och inga undersökningar gällande hårskyddet som barriärskydd, har författaren inte kunna få fram. Syftet: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka operationspersonalens motiv till val av hårskydd vid olika typer av operationer. Metod: En empirisk studie med kvantitativ ansats, strukturerade frågeformulär och deduktiva analysmetoder användes vid denna studie. Resultat: Studien visar att det som mest har påverkat deltagarna vid val av hårskydd, är komforten och närheten till operationssåret.

In several cases, systems that have been developed have been very time consuming and cost a lot of money, but they still do not fulfil the users requirements and requests. To make new systems better, you have to find a way to communicate that allows the developers to understand the needs of the user. The aim for our thesis is to highlight the importance of communication in system development. To investigate this we have choosen to do a study of the real-estate system. The work methods that have been used include mock-ups and informal conversations with the user, who is employed by the Church of Sweden in Ronneby.

Exotic small animals that are commonly kept as pets include aquarium fish, cage and aviary birds, rodents, rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus), reptiles and amphibians. These different kinds of animals, even species within the same class, may differ markedly from each other regarding physiology and requirements. Although these species are common in both Swedish households and in pet trade, many animal keepers have a lack of knowledge about the origin and requirements of their pets. This is a cause of several health problems seen in animals which are held in captivity. In Sweden, the county administrative boards perform all animal welfare controls.

Patientgruppen som vårdas på akutmottagningen till följd av drogpåverkan har ett komplext vårdbehov vilket förutsätter ett kunskapsbaserat och professionellt omhändertagande. Kompetensen vad gäller vården till dessa individer är dock bristfällig och patientgruppen möts ofta av stigmatiserande attityder från vårdpersonal. Behovet av evidensbaserade riktlinjer för att säkerställa vårdkvaliteten till denna patientgrupp är därför påtaglig. Syftet med studien är att kartlägga förekomsten av kliniska omvårdnadsriktlinjer specifika för patienter som söker vård till följd av drogpåverkan, samt bedöma dess evidensgrad.

With the rise of the internet especially and information- and communication technology in general, the opportunities for fast and effective communication and sharing of information have proliferated. In relation to the new technologies, the citizens? demands on organizations? communicative efforts have increased. Today?s citizens have high standards regarding transparency, the opportunity to dialogue and have hopes to influence the public sector.

Aim: The purpose of this work is to investigate what differences there are between a credit union that is connected to Sweden?s Credit Association and an independent association, and how these differences have affected the union?s success. Method: A qualitative study has been made by means of email and telephone interviews. Respondents were chosen from Sweden?s Credit Association, Credit Guarantee Association in Gävleborg and Övre Norrland Guarantee Association. The interviews were then analyzed in the light of our theoretical studies. Result and conclusions: We have found that there are three major differences between the unions.

Hypertension is one of the most common reasons for visiting primary care. It is one of the most important modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease, suffering and death. Lifestyle change, such as increased physical activity is the foundation of treatment of hypertension. Lifestyle change starts as a process in which patients can be helped by a nurse through conscious communication, educate and support increased physical exercise.AimThe aim of this study was to investigate the district nurse´s experiences of interacting with patients with hypertension about physical activity.MethodIndividual qualitative study. Ten nurses from health center were interviewed.

Huvudskydd används för att hindra hår och partiklar att falla ner på sterilt område. Ögonskydd skyddar personalens ögonslemhinna mot stänk av kroppsvätskor och användandet av dubbla handskar minskar risk för blodsmitta vid stick- och skärskador.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka preoperativa val av och motivering till val av huvudskydd, ögonskydd och handskar hos operatörer och operationssjuksköterskor. Metod: I en empirisk, deskriptiv studie med tvärsnittsdesign undersöktes val av och motivering till val av huvudskydd, ögonskydd och handskar. Operationssjuksköterskor och operatörer observerades och tillfrågades med stöd av ett strukturerat frågeformulär.Resultat: På två operationsavdelningar i Stockholms län utfördes 240 observationer.
