Enligt Allied Command Operations (ACO) Comprehensive Operations Planning Directive (COPD) utgör direktivet en gemensam stomme för planering av North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) bidrag till operationer inom ramen för ett Comprehensive approach. Direktivet är avsiktligen detaljrikt för att kunna nyttjas för utbildning. Samtidigt ska det utgöra ett verktyg för erfarna planerare att kunna värdera alla faktorer i komplexa operationer och därigenom ge högkvalitativa operationsplaner på både strategisk och operativ nivå. Framtagandet av ett koncept för ledning är en central del i framtagande av operationens plan. Men för att kunna ta fram ett koncept måste operationens ledningsbehov tas fram.

Bakgrund: Studier visar att patienten, framför allt kvinnor, upplevde sig utlämnade, nervös, ångestfyllda och oroliga inför och under det korta mötet med anestesisjuksköterskan innan operation.Syftet: är att undersöka patientens upplevelse av obehag och delaktighet i mötet med anestesisjuksköterskan inför en nedsövning och om patientens kön har någon betydelse för detta.Metod: En kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie med ett deskriptivt förhållningssätt där enkät valts som datainsamlingsmetod med totalt 44 respondenter.Resultat: Majoriteten av respondenterna upplevde ingen obehagskänsla inför en anestesi, av de få som upplevde påtaglig med obehag var samtliga kvinnor. Medan en majoritet av respondenter kände sig delaktiga i vårdarbetet inför en nedsövning, var en fjärdedel inte tillfredsställda. En fjärdedel av respondenterna önskade större delaktighet, medan övriga inte ville eller inte visste ifall de ville vara delaktiga. Männen kände sig mindre delaktiga i vårdarbetet än kvinnorna samtidigt som de inte hade en större önskan om att vara delaktiga. Kvinnor däremot kände sig mer delaktiga, än män, och hade dessutom en önskan om att vara delaktiga.

AbstractThe market?s demand to purchase more cost effective products is continuously increasing. The producers are forced to become more efficient and flexible with resources to produce high quality products at a low cost in order to maintain or increase market shares. With this in mind Isaberg Rapid AB is requesting a project to increase efficiency in the assembly cell of hammertackers. The company has found in Kaizen-events that there is a potential of efficiency improvements in the assembly group that has not been achieved.The objective with this paper is to identify the major factors that influence the efficiency in the assembly cell for hammertackers.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka hur annonsörer som produktplacerar i svenska heminredningsprogram uppfattar utfallet av marknadsföringsinsatsen i förhållande till priset. För att besvara syftet är uppsatsen skriven utifrån annonsörernas perspektiv. För att möjliggöra en analys har även medieföretag beskrivet hur produktplacering och dess pris bildas i praktiken. Den empiriska undersökningen baseras på intervjuer med sex stycken annonsörer och tre stycken medieföretag. Undersökningen analyseras med hjälp av en självkonstruerad analysmodell som sammanfattar uppsatsens teoridel där värdeskapandeperspektiv tillsammans med prisbildning är centrala för att beskriva annonsörernas uppfattade utfall av marknadsföringsinsatsen.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the traditional airlines' strategies are affected by the low-cost carriers emergence and their business model and in wich ways they can achieve profitability. Furthermore we also want to examine the factors that affect the airlines' efficiency and competitiveness.The results of this study shows that the growth of the low-cost carriers have affected the network airlines' strategies as they, among other things, had to also lower their fares. This has forced them to revise their cost and efficiency in their entire operation. The result has also shown that the network companies can not come down to the same level of low costs as the low-cost carriers, and must therefore examine their ability to increase revenues instead. .

Nowadays, cooperation is necessary and this study tries to illuminate the possibilities and problems about cooperation in fiction between 7 small/midsize farms in Skåne. Conventional Farming is done with grain and sugarbeets as specialization. Calculation of machine costs have been done and compared in the study, both for the farms in thorough and the fictitious operation companies. Business ratios as depreciation/ha, interest/ha and maintenance/ha have been calculated. In this essay we present a proposal about how a practical implementation can be done. In the proposal there is an example how the distribution of work can be done.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate possible reasons Sweden might have had to motivate the start and end of its nuclear program during the Cold war. This investigation will be conducted using a qualitative research method and making a comparison between the theories realism and liberalism?s ability to explain the decisions. The question this paper is based upon is as follows: Can Sweden?s creating and shutting down of a nuclear weapons program during the Cold war be explained by the international events and actions that were taking place during this time period? The result consists of liberalism pointing out several failures on the international level that might explain the cynical decision from Sweden to create the nuclear weapons. Realism considers the decision to make perfect sense at this point in time, to protect Sweden on the anarchy that was going on at that time according to this theory.The ending of the nuclear weapons program is being explained largely by the rise of the MAD-concept which renders the acute need of nuclear weapons in Sweden void.  Liberalism on the other hand considers this a logic step due to the better established UN that is playing a larger role now than in the 1940s. In conclusion, realism does a better job explaining the start of the nuclear weapons program, while liberalism explains the end of it more efficiently. The contribution this thesis has to the research of political science can be seen mainly in three areas.

Polisen är en yrkesgrupp som möts av våld och hot om våld och den nationella bastaktiken är ett av verktygen för att minska skador på såväl polisen som dem som polisen ingriper mot och tredje man. Detta arbetes främsta syfte är att fokusera på inställningsskillnader mellan poliselever och poliser i yttre tjänst till den nationella bastaktiken samt att undersöka om det finns förslag om hur man eventuellt skulle kunna förbättra detta mycket väl genomtänkta och gedigna koncept och då kunna göra polisarbetet än mer säkrare. Arbetet riktar sig främst till dem som redan har kunskaper om den nationella bastaktiken, då endast de fundamentala delarna i stort kommer att beskrivas..

Norrbottens flygflottilj F 21, men även hela flygvapnet, har i dagsläget problem med kontrollen över den basmateriel som brukas där. Med basmateriel avses all utrustning som används vid verksamheten på en militär flygplats och omfattar allt från kokvagnar och personbilar till momentnycklar och bogserstänger för flygplan. En stor del av denna materiel har antingen överskridit underhållsintervallet eller utsatt tid för modifiering. Ett sätt att återfå kontrollen är att göra en kvalitetsöversyn för att fastställa hur stor del av denna överskridna basmateriel som på något sätt påverkar luftvärdigheten. Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att åt F 21 ta fram ett klassificeringssystem som skiljer ut den basmateriel som är luftvärdighetspåverkande från den övriga.

Drinking water is produced from raw water and is either from groundwater or surface water. This thesis aims to find out if the cleaning process of raw water is sufficiently effective. This is important because consumers are otherwise at risk of waterborne infection caused by pathogens. There are three groups of pathogens; bacteria, virus and parasite. These have different characteristics which mean that they require different water treatment to be separated.

In our case study we investigate how media chose to illuminate the process of court proceedings concerning a one specific rape case in Sweden during the spring and autumn 2007. For our study we have chosen to investigate two Swedish daily newspapers, one known to be a serious morning newspaper, Dagens Nyheter, and the other an evening tabloid newspaper Expressen. We would like to see whether the reports of the trial diverge and if that is, how they differ.The rape took place in Stockholm?s posh area named Stureplan in March 2007. The two men 21 and 25 years old, accused for the crime were acquitted after the first instance.

This report details the development of an application for personal safety for the Android operating system. Android is a relatively new platform, primarily used on mobile phones.The purpose of the developed application is to give the user the possibility to easily and quickly alert a number of contacts by phone in case of emergencies, and to show the user?s location on a map. The means that the Swedish State has to legitimize and standardize different perspectives of women and their sexuality is significant. Persecution of gender and sexuality is today something that can grant refugee status according to the Swedish Aliens Act. By studying the documents that forestall the amendment of the laws is it possible to unveil the concept and ideas about women sexuality that the state manifests and reproduces through these laws and official documents.The aim of this essay is to look upon the sexual policy as it occurs in official the documents that deal with lesbian refugees. The study cover and maps present research on this group of women and gives an answer to how norms about women sexuality are expressed in these documents.Throughout the survey of the research field not much previous research was found, therefore even research that only partly covers the field is included and reviewed.As method a detailed reading of the official documents and a discourse analysis with it?s emphasize on theoretical themes like gender and sexuality, lesbianism and state feminism, was made.

Advertising plays a vital role in contemporary society where we, as consumers and citizens, are surrounded by it everywhere we look and everywhere we go. This puts pressure on advertisers to become more creative and to explore new ways of marketing their products and services in an already saturated environment. We believe that the added pressure and the already established role of marketing in society make advertisements an interesting and telling object for analysis. This is particularly the case with regards to the concept of selling and marketing products that have qualities that are known to be less than beneficial for our health.This paper analyzes four commercial advertisements marketing beer; a product that we argue has qualities that can be seen as potentially bad for the health of individuals and for societies.

Bröstcancer är den vanligaste cancerformen hos kvinnan, varje år drabbas ca 7000 kvinnor av bröstcancer. Den vanligaste behandlingsmetoden vid bröstcancer idag är kirurgi. Kvinnans kroppsuppfattning förändras efter behandlingen eftersom det finns både ett ärr kvar i själen och på kroppen som alltid påminner om diagnosen bröstcancer.De kvinnor som genomgår en mastektomi har en möjlighet till en plastikkirurgisk bröstrekonstruktion. Tidigare forskning visar att en bröstrekonstruktion kan hjälpa dessa kvinnor att få ett ökad självförtroende och välbefinnande. Sjuksköterskor har ett ansvar att uppmärksamma patientens behov efter en bröstrekonstruktion och har en viktig roll genom att stödja, informera och öka deras livskvalitet vid återhämtningsprocessen efter operation.
