Syftet med föreläggande undersökningen är att skapa en fördjupad förståelse för gymnasieelevers syn på bristande motivation till skolarbete. Mer specifikt, att fånga elevernas egna bilder av hur mötet med läraren påverkar deras motivation i klassrummet. Underlaget för den empiriska undersökningen är intervjuer med elever som varit slumpmässigt utvalda. I undersökningen, där en kvalitativ metod använts ingår nio elevers berättelser. De elever som deltagit i undersökningen har informerats om att deltagandet är frivillig, att de när de önskar under intervjun kan välja att avbryta den samt att de har rätt till anonymitet.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att den faktor som har störst betydelse för elevernas motivation är det pedagogiska mötet, det vill säga mötet mellan lärare och elev i såväl undervisningssituationer som utanför undervisningstid.  Vilket har betonats av alla de elever som ingår i denna undersökning.

The main purpose of this master thesis is to investigate in what ways library and public preschool cooperate with families with immigrants background in developing and protecting children's languages and cultures in two districts, Hässleholmen and Norrby, in the community of Borås. I want to investigate the parent's meaning of view according to which roles the libraries and public preschools involvement play. The study is based on qualitative interviews. Nine interviews were undertaken with parents who live in these two districts and five interviews with the librarians and preschool teachers who work in the libraries or the public preschools. The study of relevant literature, which describes topics such as psychological aspects of immigration, facts about children with immigrant's background and their language development and multicultural librarianship, provides a basis for the discussion.

In this study we have aimed to explore how participation and self-determination is implemented in the daily life of disabled people who receive support through LSS. The questions addressed concern possibilities/obstacles for the participation and selfdetermination of disabled people who live in group housings, and how the terms participation and self-determination are realized. Nine interviews have taken place with staff members and directors of different group housings. We have found that the interviewees believe that the nature of a person?s disability can be a barrier to the individual?s self-determination and participation in his or her everyday life.

I denna studie undersökte vi barns fria lek i utomhus och inomhusmiljö. Studien genomfördes på två förskolor i östra Sverige, med barn i åldern 3-6 år. Vi valde att undersöka detta då en viktig del av förskolans uppdrag handlar om att erbjuda barn en innehållsrik miljö som främjar barns lek, kreativitet och lustfyllda lärande. Utifrån pågående diskussion om miljöns betydelse för barns lärande och utveckling, är det meningsfullt att som blivande förskollärare utveckla kunskaper inom detta område. Frågeställningarna var: Hur formas barns fria lek av utomhus- respektive inomhusmiljön på de aktuella förskolorna? Hur använder barnen de olika lekmiljöer och artefakter som respektive miljö erbjuder? Hur kan olika lekformer relateras till specifika lekmiljöer och tillgängliga artefakter i dessa miljöer? Metoden som användes var observationer med observationsschema som instrument.

The aim of this study was to describe how adolescents experiences their quality of life, and tocompare if there are any differences in how they experiences their QOL depending on wherethey live, big town or smaller town. The aim was also to examine how adolescentsexperienced their schooling. The study is empirically, quantitative with a descriptive andcomparative design. To measure quality of life a tried and tested instrument ? LifeSatisfaction Questionnaire (LSQ) was used.

Idén till detta arbete kommer utifrån min sons önskan om att bli riddare. Syftet är att belysa och reflektera över hur studie- & yrkesvägledare hanterar elevers idéer om ovanliga yrkesval, i en tid när samhällsförändringar kan ändra förutsättningarna och utbudet för olika yrken. Första delen är en genomgång av tidigare forskning samt av användbara teoretiska utgångspunkter och begrepp. Den teoretiska delen behandlar främst utvalda delar av Anthony Giddens omfattande arbete. Sedan tas det intressanta begreppet gatekeeper upp från den statliga utredningen SOU 2003:77.

The aim of this study was to describe the importance of diet and physical activity related to Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes). Method used was a descriptive literature study based on empirical studies. The study shows that diet, physical activity and lifestyle-changes are very important factors when it comes to preventing and treating of diabetes. By the right diet and physical activity the treatment with medications in some cases can be superfluous and people with the disease could live longer and be healthier during their lifetime. Nurses have the responsibility to educate, inform and make sure that the diabetic patient gets the best care as possible specially suited for this individual patient.

Background: When a child is diagnosed with food allergy with risk of anaphylaxis, it affects the whole family. The child must learn to live with a chronicle disease and learn the importance of avoiding the specific allergens that may cause a life-threatening condition. The parents must adapt to a way of life with limitations in the everyday life as well as a constant concern for the child. They must learn to handle an auto-injector and to recognize symptoms of a coming anaphylaxis. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe parent?s experiences of living with children who has foodallergy with special focus on anaphylaxis.

The purpose of this study is tounderstand the approach that the staff who works in the aftercare for juvenileoffenders have to the organizational structure in the organization they workin. SiS is the authority which is taking care of the juvenile offenders if theybeen sentence to closed youth institutional care, when they are done it is thesocial service were the adolescent live which is responsible for the aftercare.This is decided by the law since 1999, if a young person between 15 and 17commit a serious crime, they can be sentenced to closed youth institutionalcare. The interest for this study was the aftercare and what possibleparticipant was involved in the aftercare for this young people. By looking upearlier research in the area and doing six different interviews with bothsocial workers, staff on the SiS-institution and an organization for ex convictthe purpose was examines. To analyze the interviews the theory called newinstitutionalism was used.

AbstractThere is a general perception that women are victims and men are the perpetrators of sexual offense. Female perpetrators of sexual crimes have been neglected in the research literature, because female sex offenders do not live up to preconceptions of female as motherly and caring. Females tend to be responsible for a very small portion of all crimes and are estimated to account for 1-2% of all sexual offenses. Theories use to discuss female sex offending include neutralization of behavior, mental health and feminist theory. The aim of the present study was to describe female sex offenders and examine the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim by analyzing court judgments.

Bakgrund:Den ekologiska marknaden i Sverige växer i en rasande takt, mellan 2012 och 2013 ökade den totala försäljningen av ekologiska varor med 13 procent. Dock har den ekologiska livsmedelsmarknaden i Sverige endast en andel på cirka fyra procent av den totala livsmedelsmarknaden i landet. Forskningsresultat har visat att marknadskommunikation spelar en viktig roll när det gäller att motivera konsumenten att konsumera ekologiska livsmedel. Det anses vidare vara av stor vikt att denna kommunikation fokuserar på rätt värderingar när det gäller ekologiska livsmedel för att uppnå bästa möjliga respons från konsumenten.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva vilka värderingar hos konsumenten som budskapet i marknadskommunikation om ekologiska livsmedel ska fokusera påForskningsfrågor:Vilka värderingar angående ekologiska livsmedel är viktiga för konsumenten?Vilka värderingar ska ett budskap om ekologiska livsmedel fokusera på för att väcka konsumentens intresse?Metod: En tvärsnittsdesign med enkätundersökning som metod för datainsamlingSlutsats: Budskap om ekologiska livsmedel uppmärksammas idag inte i någon större utsträckning.

The purpose of this thesis is to identify power structures and instruments of power within the Jehovah?s witnesses and investigate how they affect the baptized youths baptized within the organization. The material consists of qualitative in-depth interviews and is analyzed with Foucault's theories of power. The results show that the participants have a very strict relationship to the rules of the congregation and also that they take great care in observing these rules carefully. It becomes evident that young members are exposed to disciplinary measures from the organization.

Projektet är dels ett examensarbete dels ett uppdrag för det svenska snöskoterföretagetSnowolverine AB. Uppdragsgivaren har konstruerat ett rörramschassimed reducerad vikt jämfört med konkurrerande produkter, samttagit fram en digital modell som visats för investerare i och i press. En nysvensk snöskoter välkomnas av marknaden men den digitala modellens formgivninghar fått negativ respons. För att den första produkt som företagetlanserar skall bli konkurrenskraftig måste de konsultera designkompetens.Uppdraget har varit att ta fram ett koncept för en sportsnöskoter, som svararmot marknadens önskemål och profilerar det nystartade företaget. De undersökningarsom genomförts innefattar: Marknadsanalys med fokus påkonkurrenter, en webbaserad kvantitativ brukarundersökning, testkörningaroch utvärdering av konkurrerande fabrikat.

 In this study were six respondents included, the study is a qualitative study, where unstructured interviews on the basis of a Case has been implemented. The study handles what previous research has handled about how to handle conflicts. Wahlström (2005) writes that conflicts is a part of life, required that we live in a social community. Conflicts are an essential part of social contexts, conflicts are also a movable process between people and there are always conflicts between people when all individuals have different wills, goals and ideas. The result shows that the strategies that are most common in this study is individual deliberations, class discussions or group deliberations.

The aim of this study was to analyze society's efforts for girls who are victims of honorrelatedviolence and oppression. More specifically its aim was to examine what efforts thesociety can offer girls who are exposed to honor-related violence and oppression, and howsocial services and shelters cooperate on issues of honor. We have chosen to focus on girlswho are victims of honor-related violence, but we are aware that even boys and men face thisproblem. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews. Tocomplete the study we have conducted eight interviews throughout Sweden.
