Miljökommunikation : Att effektivt kommunicera och motivera hållbar utveckling
Under de senaste åren har samhällets oro för världens miljötillstånd växt och gett upphov till en så kallad grön marknadsföring. Miljö är ett svårt ämne att kommunicera på grund av dess breda omfattning och svårigheterna som finns med att förenkla informationen utan att tappa helhetsförståelsen. Stora samhällsaktörer såsom företag och statliga organisationer har ett ansvar för förändringsarbetet i och med att de kan visa vägen för en grönare social norm och kollektivt agerande. En kvantitativ studie av miljökommunikationsteori som den beskrivs i litteraturen har utförts, dess praktiska tillämpning har sedan undersökts kvalitativt genom fallstudier av två organisationers miljökommunikation. Studien söker svar på vilka skillnader som finns mellan företags och kommuners miljökommunikationsprocess samt hur den kan förbättras för att åstadkomma positiva beteendeförändringar i samhället och därmed ta steg mot en hållbar utveckling.
Socialpsykologisk studie om samarbete : En studie om vilka sociala förhållningsätt som är betydande för samarbete i arbetslivet
Our post-modern society is being continually more characterized by the working life, where corporate relations and the understanding of human momentum, limitations and knowledge is the basis of the quality of the corporation. In other words, it is of the greatest importance to keep in mind the attitudes, behaviour, stress levels and motivations that constitute a good working environment. We find it interesting to study what social psychological approaches and social processes could be of importance to good cooperation. The research has its starting point in a qualitative method focused on semi- structured interviews, where we have interviewed eight respondents working within the psychiatry. The research has strengthened our pre-understanding but also made clear the existence of other social processes and approaches that affect cooperation.

This thesis work has been performed at Volvo Aero Corporation in Trollhättan, at the department of ?hot structures? involving aircraft engine GP7000. The purpose with the study was to investigate the possibility to reduce size of the forging of flanges on the rear turbine frame when purchasing. Thereto examine the parameters that affect the flanges motion during the manufacturing process. The goal was to provide Volvo Aero with foundation to later bring in slimmed forgings.
Problem med verksamhetsstyrning i en starkt uppdelad verksamhet.
Miljön på en intensivvårdsavdelning är utformad för att vårda kritiskt sjuka patienter med livshotande skador. Rummet är fyllt med högteknologisk apparatur, höga ljud, ofta flera patienter på samma sal och personal som ständigt närvarar i rummet. Närstående har en stor betydelse för patienten och de har behov av att få vara nära, få information och känna delaktighet när deras anhörige är svårt kritiskt sjuk. Intensivvårdsmiljöns påverkan på den närståendes besök är viktigt att lyfta fram för att kunna möta närståendes önskan att vara nära samt skapa en vårdande miljö där både patientens och närståendes behov beaktas. Syftet med studien var att undersöka närståendes upplevelser av att besöka en anhörig i intensivvårdsmiljön.

Detta examensarbete beskriver hur förarbetet till att datorisera ett underhållssystem genomförs. Uppdragsgivare är Lear Corporation i Torslanda. Examensarbetet består av två delar: utvärdera en på förhand vald programvara och att dokumentera allt förebyggande underhåll (FU). Syftet är att få bättre kontroll och planering av förebyggande underhåll (FU) i framtiden. Programvaran som skall utvärderas om den är lämplig för ändamålet heter Tekla? Maintenance.Målet var att dokumentera allt förebyggande underhåll (FU) för två av tre liner i Lear Corporations fabrik i Torslanda.Det visade sig att Tekla? Maintenance uppfyllde de krav som fanns.

This means that there is a big chance that the evaluation can be distortedSince we just recently have had strong cyclical variation and are on our way from an excess boom into a weak economic climate, this will be the first study performed about fair value in a weak economic climate since the adoption of IAS40.The purpose of the essay is to find out how well the booked value of investment properties owned by corporations listed on the Swedish stock market accord with the fairvalue that the market and the Swedish property index indicates on. To be able to test this connection we gathered information from the corporation?s annual reports which we compiled to see how the market comprehends.

A company needs a corporate culture that supports and encourages the employees to be creative and innovative in their work. This is necessary for the company if they are striving towards continuous learning and development within their organization.The main purpose of this paper is to investigate how the culture differences between Sweden and China affect Sandvik AB. We will also study how the company manages continuous improvements and what consequences culture differences have on their work.Our paper is a single case study at Sandvik AB in Sweden and China. We have visited Sandvik in Sandviken to conduct a series of interviews with employees of different position within the company and with dissimilar work tasks.

During the last year in the Innovation Engineering Program, at Halmstad University, a degree project was performed that was carried out during Fall semester in 2006 and Spring semester 2007. The project was performed by two students in corporation with LIC Audio AB, a company in Stockholm. The degree project was meant to result in a communication aid for people with a cognitive handicap. The project focused on people suffering from dementia because of the expressed need within this group. This aid should first and foremost help in a conversation between a person with dementia and another person, like a relative or nursing home staff.

An investigation of relevant collective agreements will be done to highlight the difficulties the principal of equal treatment is exposed to. Further on is there a will to gain understanding for the wage concept and what possible can be included in the wage concept in relation to the principal of equal treatment in The temporary agency work directive. By using the dogmatic method, an approach to descriptive identifying relevant sources of law and clarify the legal situation in the area.In the conclusions it will be determined that the principle of equal treatment in The Swedish temporary agency work act have different effects depending on if the temporary agency or if the client corporation is tied to an collective agreement alternative if a collective agreement is completely missing.

Businesses role in society is changing. Corporations are expected to take responsibility, not only for their traditional business conduct, but also for social and political issues. A rise in globalization and international trade has led to an increased interest in the concept of CSR. Accordingly, stakeholders are expecting multinational companies to be accountable for existing issues in developing countries. New business models are needed to meet increased expectations of responsibility and shared value creation.
Based on an understanding of the need for new business models a multinational corporation is studied in a local context, where a radically new way of doing business is developed.
3D-visualisering i markprojekteringsprocessen
The thesis has been made for NCC Teknik in Gothenburg. The NCC Corporation is one of the largest leading companies in Scandinavia within the construction industry. NCC is active throughout the whole construction process, where one part is to carry out soil investigations prior the construction of various buildings, for example residential buildings. NCC Technology wants to visualize the samples taken at the construction sites in 3D for clients, authorities and also internally to show in a simple and understandable way how contamination is spread out in the soil.The thesis includes the area of Limhamns läge in Malmö, previously an industrial area. The area has previously included a concrete factory and the contamination from that factory has lingered in the soil.

Syftet är att undersöka hur anställda på Volvo Car Corporation resonerar om en utbildningssatsning med blandade utbildningsformer. Fokus läggs på aspekter som anses främja respektive hindra lärande i de olika momenten, i synnerhet det datorbaserade utbildningsmomentet. Teori & tidigare forskning Undersökningen utgår från ett handlingsteoretiskt perspektiv på lärande och begreppen lärandevillkor, handlingsutrymme, anpassnings- och utvecklingsinriktat lärande, inre och yttre motivation samt förändring används för att lyfta fram viktiga aspekter i utbildningssatsningen. Tidigare forskning berör undersökningar om fördelar och nackdelar med användandet av e-learning och blended learning. Metod Ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt tillämpades i form av semistrukturerade fokusgruppsintervjuer med elva anställda inom organisationen.
