SammanfattningSyftet med studien var att undersöka hur relationen mellan läkare och patient tas i uttryck i hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisation med hälsofrämjande inriktning. Undersökningens fokus har varit på samtalet mellan läkare och patient. Huvudsyftet har varit att försöka få syn på det hälsopromotiva inslaget i samtalet mellan läkare och patient.Studiens metod bygger på fyra kvalitativa intervjuer som inspirerats av fenomenologisk ansats som sedan bearbetats och analyserats samt en deltagande observation. Studiens resultat bygger på kategorier som funnits utifrån forskningsfrågorna; Vad innebär det att arbeta hälsofrämjande i samtalet? I vilken mån tar läkare upp frågan om livsstil och levnadsvanor i samtalet med patient? Och Vilken kompetens har läkare inom samtalsmetodik? Resultatet tyder på att det finns en brist på kunskap om vad hälsopromotion är. Respondenterna blandar ihop begreppen kring de salutogena och patogena perspektivet.

This masters thesis concerns three different types of cataloguing within three different memory institutions museums, archives and libraries. The focus lies on the cataloguing elements which are compared in order to illuminate similarities and differences. The Regional Archive and The National Museum of World Cultures - both in Gothenburg - were chosen and compared to KRS, the Swedish counterpart to the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules, AACR2, 2: nd ed. The purpose of this comparison is partly to display the elements in order to make students disciplines, but also the staff within archives, libraries and museums to become conscious of each others cataloguing methods in regard to future cooperations within the memory institutions and to see if it is possible to create common cataloguing rules for archives, libraries and museums. ABSTRAKTSyftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur fritidslärare synliggör informellt lärande påfritidshem för elever, föräldrar och övriga pedagoger i skolan samt att bringa reda i omfritidslärare har informellt lärande med som grundtanke i den dagligafritidshemsverksamheten.I arbetet ges en beskrivning av bakgrunden till fritidshemmets framväxt ochlitteraturstudier om tidigare forskning om informellt lärande. Undersökningengenomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats genom intervjuer med sex yrkesverksammafritidslärare.I det resultat som uppdagades framgick svårigheten att synliggöra det omätbarainformella lärandet för elever då stora barngrupper och liten personalstyrka ger mindretid för framför allt det enskilda samtalet men även för samtal i mindre grupper. Detframgick även att fritidslärarna anser att en god föräldrakontakt genom dagliga samtalvid hämtning och lämning samt att närvara vid skolans föräldramöten är det mestbetydelsefulla i synliggörandet av det informella lärandet för föräldrarna. Det blev äventydligt att fritidslärarna anser att de har svårt att synliggöra sin verksamhet och lärandetsom sker där för andra lärarkolleger på skolan då de har liten gemensam tid.Sammantaget underströk samtliga fritidslärare vikten av deras närvaro i barngruppen ochi att vara ett stöd i barnens lärande men att det behövs tid till detta. Alla fritidslärarebetonade vikten av samtalets betydelse i detta arbete.

This Master?s thesis explores and describes the beliefs, values and norms in a selection of five Swedish municipal cultural policy documents approved 2005-2007. The comprehensive question is: Which ideological traits characterize cultural policy in the chosen municipalities as communicated in their respective cultural policy vision document? The method used is ideology analysis. Ideal types based on a model by Dorte Skot-Hansen are used as a conceptual framework, illustrating three different rationalities in relation to cultural policy: the humanistic, the sociological and the market oriented.

Today multi-touch technology is the basis for many new techniques designed to improve interactions with computers and mobile devices. It seems that multi-touch screen interface makes the user handling very natural in the sense that there is no need for a manual in how to interact with the object on the screen. The aim with this paper is to establish a fundamental set of design principles intended specifically for large multi-touch interfaces. To reach this goal we have implemented a couple of sub-goals beforehand: It was essential that we acquired a good understanding of the current state of the multi-touch interface and the different implementations that exist today. To make this possible we constructed a multi-touch display, "Rosie". Knowing how the hardware is produced today will help us understand the limitations and also the possibilities of the design implementations today and in the future. We also needed to devise a sound interaction design process that conveys the modern designers work.

Previous research about contextual effects on advertising has mainly focused on the editorial context, while advertisements' broader context has been overlooked. This paper aims to take a broader perspective on advertisement context. Its purpose is to get an understanding on how physical exercise influence the effectiveness of print advertisements, and furthermore to look at the effects of thematic incongruence between ad and the physical environment. We hypothesize that physical exercise increase ad effectiveness through affective priming and that thematic incongruence is beneficial for ads' effectiveness, especially after training when awareness about the environment is higher. A 2×2 experiment was conducted in a gym, where each respondent was exposed to either an incongruent or less incongruent ad, before or after physical exercise.

With examples from a single classroom situation, several educational moments show what goes on between the teacher and the student. The teacher?s responsibility in the learning process is, with a gesture frozen in the air of the moment, to lead and follow the student in her tentative efforts at seeking knowledge. Initially, it is an attempt to shed light upon the "not yet seen" with a certainty that the student herself possesses the capacity and the aptitude to reach greater insight and clarity in her understanding. The Validation/Feil Method presented in this instructional situation illustrates how best to communicate with elderly people suffering from Alzheimer?s dementia.

Jag har gjort min praktik inom förskolan och jag har upptäckt att utomhusmiljön, enligt mig, har liten plats i förskolans bild- och formskapande. Utomhusmiljön har en viktig plats i mitt liv och förhoppningsvis även i mitt kommande yrke som förskollärare. I denna studie undersöks vilken syn det finns hos förskollärare angående estetisk verksamhet utomhus, och då främst med fokus på bild- och formskapande. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer i fokusgrupper på tre olika förskolor i Norrbotten och Västerbotten har jag undersökt olika synsätt hos pedagoger. Jag använde mig av en semistrukturerad intervjumetod.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the classification,shelf arrangement and display of documents in antiquarianbookshops and see the reasons behind these. The results willbe compared with previous reviews of alternative shelfarrangement in Swedish public libraries, to see whatdifferences and similarities there are in the classification andshelf arrangement between antiquarian booksellers andlibraries. The questions to be answered were: (1)What formsof classification and shelf arrangement are used inantiquarian bookshops and how does it differ from theclassification and shelf arrangement made in libraries withan alternative shelf arrangement? (2)What exposure ofdocuments are there in the various antiquarian bookshops? Isthere anything regarding the exposure that differs betweenthe antiquarian bookshops and the libraries? An idea andideology analysis of various dimensions is used as atheoretical tool during the work. The dimensions were: (1)Shelf arrangement: It is important that customers/borrowerscan find themselves - it is important that staff know wherethe documents are.

The web sites of Swedish public libraries display a high level of heterogeneity when it comes to design and graphical user interface. The thesis is based on the opinion that the visuals of a public library web site have implications for the user as well as for the library. The design of the graphical user interface influences the attention of the user and his/her ability to absorb information. Furthermore, there is a connection between the visuals and the users opinion about the credibility of the content of the web site, as well as of the organisation itself. The research question is: Which factors may have an impact on the design of the graphical user interfaces of a public library web site? The purpose is to create an understanding for these factors and emphasize them.
