Bakgrund:Många svenska ideella idrottsföreningar, oavsett nivå, har idag ekonomiska svårigheter. Volontärarbete samt bidrag från kommun och stat är av stor vikt för föreningarnas överlevnad. Samtidigt har idrottsföreningars verksamhet blivit mer komplex vilket innebär större krav på den ekonomiska kunskapen inom föreningarna.Syfte:Skapa förståelse för föreningars ekonomiska situation samt att belysa vikten av ett ekonomiskt kunnande inom föreningslivet, genom att lyfta de målsättningar, strategier och ekonomiska styrmedel som används i dagsläget.Metod:Rapporten utgår från en flerfallstudie av fyra ideella idrottsföreningar. En kvalitativ forskningsmetod med en abduktiv ansats har använts. Vid insamling av empiriskt material har semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts.Resultat:I studien har framdagats att både reella och symboliska målsättningar används, samt både ekonomiska och icke ekonomiska.

The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of the dynamics behind Chinese-Western buyer-supplier relationships. The study takes on a partially inductive approach by commencing with exploratory in-depth interviews. The main body of the study consists of a cross-sectional survey. Data has been collected through an on-line questionnaire. The theoretical review consists of industrial relationships with specific accounts on the role of adaptation, trust and commitment; a stream of literature in cross-cultural relationships deriving from Hofstede?s culturalist legacy with specific reference to Chinese-Western relationships, including studies on relationship bonding, and the role of guanxi.

Allocation of funds to public libraries is uneven and this study will try to explain the reasons and clarify why the allocations of funds are distributed like they are and what calculations influenced the financial apportionment. This master thesis accounts for allocation in seven public libraries in Uppsala. The study shows that one reason for uneven allocations is demographic. Another reason is that the library has come into a good or bad circle. There are no models for allocation of funds to public libraries in Uppsala, thats why their allocations are given after a percentage increase of earlier years allocations, and that leads to a good or bad circle.

Weblogs, or blogs, are frequently modified web pages with a series of archived entries, generally in reverse chronological sequence. This thesis focuses on the rapid-growing phenomenon of weblogs and the fact that individuals with a background in library and information science are frequent users of weblogs. Since this is an explorative inductive study the ultimate purpose can be described as to find out what ?blogging? as activity is about. The research questions posed are: Why do individuals with a background in library and information science use weblogs? How does their professional identity affect their blogging? And finally; how do they use the weblog to create networks with other bloggers? The empirical material consists of audiotaped interviews with five informants who are all employed in knowledge work, either as librarians or information specialists.

Ett alternativ till detta är att använda en kundvärd för att ytterligare påverka kundens känslor och tillfredsställelse. Söderlund och Rosengrens (2008) studie visade att en anställds leende kan påverka en kunds nivå av tillfredsställelse efter besöket men också känslorna av glädje och upprymdhet (Mehrabian & Russel, 1978). Studiens syfte är att beskriva hur en kundvärds emotionella (leende kundvärd) respektive professionella (icke-leende kundvärd) bemötande påverkar kunders nivå av kundtillfredsställelse på en bank. Swedbank i Karlstad har idag en kundvärd och dennes påverkan skall beskrivas med användning av en kvantitativ enkätstudie.Kundernas nivå av tillfredställelse visade sig påverkas positivt av ett emotionellt bemötande.

The aim of this two years master?s thesis in Archive, Library and Museum Studies is to analyse how Swedish cultural history museums work to include LGBTQ-heritage (LGBT is the acronym for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) in their collections. This work is articulated around three research questions. These interrogate museum practice about collecting and collection management, what it looks like in the already gathered collections as well as the implications such work implies on a broader level. The theoretical framework throughout the paper is gender and LGBT studies as well as queer theory.

The main purpose of this analytic study which has a theoretical focus, Is to find out if the two Swedish parties Socialdemokraterna (s) - The Social Democrats - and Folkpartiet (p) - The Liberal Party - has taken position ideologically or strategically to the new sex-degree grading scale. The theory section describes the concepts of ideology and strategy. Despite the talk of the death of the ideologies, this don't need to be the case, they only adjust över time. The second key-point of this essay is strategy, a model based on Frostbergs reasoning illustrates this. A number of problem areas are presented.

AimThe purpose of this study is to, from a perspective of a PE teacher, look at how teachers of physical education in elementary school designs and assesses the teaching of swimming. The issues underlying the study are as follows:Which elements are included in the swimming education and how do teachers work with these operations?What does the PE teachers classify as swimming ability and what do teachers experience as obstacles for the students development of swimming ability?How do the PE teachers interpret the knowledge requirement in Lgr 11?MethodThe study is based on six interviews of qualitative nature, with PE teachers from various municipalities in the region of Mälardalen.ResultsThe result yielded by the study is that the swimming classes can take different forms depending on whom the teacher is. Common to all the teachers in the study is that they teach emergency management and lifesaving. When it later comes to teaching how to swim and practice, the teachers who teach in the younger age groups work more concentrated and continuously with swimming, while the teachers who work with the older age groups just checks whether students can swim or not.

This thesis aims to explore the use of costumed interpreters at museums. Firstly the thesis examines how extensivethe use of historical costumes is in Sweden, along with some international comparisons. Later on the differentways that the clothes are used is examined, and the costume as a resource for learning is discussed. In the lastpart of the thesis the ?function? of the costume is examined.

I den Svenska skollagen står det ?lika skola för alla? stämmer det egentligen? Denna studie tar upp rektorers ledarroller för barn med ADHD. Har alla barn samma förutsättningar eller skiljer det sig åt? Vem är ansvarig för detta? Genom olika teorier samt tidigare forskning undersöker denna studie vad som skiljer  i ledarskapet för elever med ADHD.  För att göra det tar studien med er genom dels socialpsykologiska, dels ledarskapsforskning för att finna ett svar.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att genom begreppen styrprocess, styrverktyg och styrmått försöka skapa en förståelse för hur styrningen skiljer sig åt mellan Nordea och Handelsbanken för att identifiera eventuella skillnader mellan bankerna. Metod: Denna studie har ett hermeneutiskt inslag och genomförs med hjälp av en kvalitativ arbetsmetod samt en abduktiv ansats. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer från två banker, Nordea och Handelsbanken. Slutsats: Intervjupersonerna har haft olika åsikter av hur styrningen påverkar respektive bank, utifrån deras olika befattningar och erfarenheter inom området. Som helhet har det framkommit att Nordea och Handelsbanken skiljer sig på ett flertal punkter. Nordea är värdeorienterad i sin styrning och arbetar med helhetstänkande samt med budget medan Handelsbanken är kostnadsorienterad och arbetar med delmål samt med målstyrning främst. Överlag sammanfattas styrningen som en form av jonglering.

Equality is a central aspect within development work. All development work is expected to be influenced by a gender equalty thinking, and these directions are distributed by the Department of Foreign Affairs, through Sida to Forum Syd and down to the very grasroot level, through Forum Syds local cooperation organisations. The essays question of research is a reflection over empowerment, with other words how international organisations influence other societies understanding of the society dynamics. This aspect triggered my interest for the subject, aswell as the link between aid, equality and men, and how these factors are in need of eachother. My study is mainly build on theoretical starting points, and not on earlier studies.

During the past decades the competition for skilful employees has increased and companies and organizations compete to attract the right people. The Swedish municipalities and country councils need to recruit 420 000 new employees before 2020, but have a limited budget to promote themselves as attractive employers. To find a solution, many of the municipalities have started to work with fundamental values to become more attractive employers and to inspire employees to use word-of-mouth to recommend them. There are no empirical studies of how successful this strategy is, and the purpose of this thesis is to show if there are significant correlations between the fundamental values, the employer's attractiveness and word-of-mouth. The results of the study are based on a survey with 1996 answers from employees in three different municipalities in Stockholm, Sweden.

The present study is primarily of historiographical type, but also uses comparative method and qualitative text analysis. It mainly aims to explore how Germany and the issue of guilt have been portrayed in Swedish and German nonfiction literature (excluding teaching materials) during the years 1996-2010, in the context of the Holocaust, but also makes a comparison between these two countries' depictions. Furthermore, it also examines whether it is possible to link the various depictions to specific theories, in this case determinism together with the actor and structural perspectives, as well as to other potential factors such as the authors' personal connections to the Holocaust or the millennium. In addition, overall trends is an aspect which is examined. Despite the fact that the Holocaust has been the subject of extensive research, no study with the same selection as this one has been carried out before.

The development in photogrammetry has created possibilities for new methods in aerial images acquisition. Remotely-controlled imaging from an unmanned helium zeppelin is a new and relatively unexplored acquisition. The purpose with this degree project is to evaluate the accuracy of this kind of low-height photographing system, a task given from the consultant company WSP, in Sweden. Landbadet in Uddevalla municipality was chosen as a test field for the zeppelin. Seventeen images distributed over three strips were acquired from the flying height of 80 m.
