Detta examensarbete behandlar möjligheterna att genom projektarbete verklighetsförankra ämnet Multimedia B på gymnasiet. Undersökningen har utgått från aktionsforskningens principer, vilket innebär att jag undersökt och reflekterat kring min egen undervisning i Multimedia B. Litteraturstudier, utvärderingar och intervjuer har kompletterat de egna observationerna. Arbetets syfte är i första hand att undersöka om en viss metod, i det här fallet projektarbete, kan skapa större verklighetsförankring i ett ämne. Samtidigt är också syftet att ta reda på elevernas syn på verklighetsförankring, hur de ser på lärarens roll i ett projektarbete och vilka för- och nackdelarna är med att arbeta i projekt.

The purpose of this study is to establish whether or not there is a connection between a highincidence of computer gaming and English proficiency in Swedish 9th-graders. The study also takescomputer game genres into account, attempting to see if there is a link between frequent playing ofcertain genres and high English grades.According to this study, there is a clear correlation between the gaming habits of Swedish 9thgradersand the grades they receive in English, with a higher frequency of gaming corresponding toa higher grade. The study also suggests that the Strategy, MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) andCRPG (Computer Role-Playing Game) genres have a higher representation amongst students withgood grades in English..

This is a study about the Swedish liming operation and the Swedish liming officer?s opinions of some aspects regarding ecology, economy and organization. The study objectives was motivated due to the recent changes in manuals for the assessment of limed waters and the suggested changes in decision making and decreased budget for liming. Moreover the anthropogenic acidification effects on the ecology are in many ways complex. Furthermore it was made in order to gain knowledge about the liming officer?s opinions in order to improve the ability to meet their needs regarding the assessment tools and also to investigate if other things can be improved concerning the liming operation.

Health and fitness are two controversial and not easily defined topics that affect people in our modern society every day. We believe that we can find a link between individualism, globalization and the stress concerning weight and appearance ideals. Our bodies have turned into a popular subject for the media, and there is no indication that the interest will decline. Den teoretiska referensramen bygger på en litteraturstudie och empirin grundar sig på semistrukturerade intervjuer med två utvalda respondenter.Slutsats: Handelsbanken har sedan Wallanders tid varit den mest lönsamma banken i Sverige och varje år haft en högre räntabilitet än genomsnittet för konkurrenterna. Denna framgång har sin grund i en kombination av en decentraliserad organisationsstruktur och den flexibilitet, frihet och anpassningsförmåga som den budgetlösa styrningen innebär. This thesis advances an explicit, consequent, and wholesome ethnomethodological perspective on brand community. It recognizes brand community as a social problem ? something to be continuously solved and achieved. The two main perceivably stable features of the Nikonian community are (1) practical usefulness and (2) the social link. The authors suggest that both features are constantly accomplished through three types of aggregate behaviour (1) lurking, (2) ordinary membership, and (3) community citizenship behaviour (CCB).

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to gain insight into themeaning of the mobile library for its users by investigatingwho the users are, how they use the mobile library, why theyuse the mobile library and what the users want from the bookbus service. Östersjöregionen är en av Europas snabbast växande regioner och Blekinge har ett strategiskt läge mitt i denna expansiva region. Studien behandlar Sydöstra Östersjöregionens utveckling och belyser de tre INTERREG-projekten Seagull, SEB Trans-Link och Baltic Gateway ur ett robusthetsperspektiv. En robusthetsanalys med hänsyn till tekniska, ekologiska och sociala aspekter görs med utgångspunkt från identifierade regionala riskfaktorer samt de effekter INTERREG-projekten förväntas få på Blekinge. Resultaten från analysen jämförs sedan med Blekingestrategin och slutligen presenteras föreslagna prioriteringar för att uppnå ett robustare Blekinge..

Purpose: The aim of this thesis is to create a greater understanding of organizational identification and the factors influencing this process. The understanding will be obtained by identifying what individuals identify them selves with and why this identification occurs.Method: The thesis is a case study with an abductive research approach with a focus on organizational identification. Data has been collected with a qualitative focus in interviews and images.Conclusion: The employees at Plain Capital primarily identify themselves with their profession, the company and their co-workers. The reasons why they identify are mostly because of the feeling of pride and participation. We have discovered a link between a strong group identity and a high organizational identification.

Det övergripande syftet med studien var att beskriva och förklara hur rektorers arbete har förändrats över tid, med tyngdvikt på kommunaliseringen av grundskolan. För datainsamling användes livshistorieintervjuer med fyra rektorer som vara verksamma i början av 1990-talet. Den generella bild som målas upp är att fler arbetsuppgifter har tillkommit till rektorns arbete, vilket har gjort samarbetet med medarbetare i ledningsgrupper viktigare. De administrativa uppgifterna ökade i och med kommunaliseringen, då bland annat det totala ansvaret för skolans budget lades på rektorn. Samtliga rektorer uttryckte det pedagogiska ledarskapets betydelse och att en avgörande faktor för att lyckas med verksamheten var att kunna leda i förändring.

BAKGRUND De senaste åren har regelverken för banksektorn blivit allt mer omfattande. Regelverket Basel III ställer ökade krav på bankerna gällande såväl kapital som likviditet, och det är i stort sett samma regelverk som gäller för storbanker som för små sparbanker. Sparbanker är en intressant associationsform med en lång historia och de har ofta mycket stor betydelse för de orter där de är verksamma.SYFTESyftet med denna rapport är att undersöka hur sparbanker i Kalmar län upplever det ökade regelverk som har införts för banker under de senaste åren. I syftet ingår även att undersöka vilka konkreta förändringar som införandet av Basel III har lett till i sparbankernas verksamhet samt om sparbankerna kan leva upp till de ökade kraven.METODDetta är en kvalitativ studie som bygger på personliga intervjuer med representanter från fyra sparbanker i Kalmar län samt en intervju med en representant från Sparbankernas riksförbund. Studien har ett hermeneutiskt synsätt och studiens resultat är därför präglat av hur jag som uppsatsförfattare har tolkat intervjupersonerna. REFERENSRAMDetta kapitel innehåller ett resonemang kring finansiella regelverk och kriser samt en beskrivning av Knutsen och Sjögrens kriscykelmodell.
