Slutfasstyrning av robot : en jämförelse mellan LQ och MPC

Arbetet har utförts på Saab Bofors Dynamics i Karlskoga och dess syfte var att undersöka om det är möjligt att använda modellbaserad prediktionsreglering, MPC, vid slutfasstyrning av en viss typ av robot. Som referensram används linjärkvadratisk reglering, LQ, eftersom denna reglermetod har undersökts tidigare och visat sig fungera bra vid slutfasstyrning, dock för en annan typ av robot. Anledningen till att man vill undersöka om det är möjligt att använda MPC är att styrlagen enkelt tar hand om begränsningar på systemet på ett direkt och intuitivt sätt.Styrlagarnas uppgift är att styra en robot i dess slutfas då det finns krav och önskemål på roboten som bör vara uppfyllda. Till exempel finns det begränsningar på styrsignalen samt önskemål om att träff ska ske i en viss träffpunkt och även med en viss träffvinkel. För att utvärdera resultaten undersöks och jämförs de två styrlagarnas prestanda och robusthet.För att kunna utvärdera styrlagarnas egenskaper och jämföra dem implementeras de båda i en befintlig detaljerad simuleringsmiljö, som har utvecklats på Saab Bofors Dynamics i Karlskoga.De prestanda och robusthetstester som har utförts uppvisar små skillnader på de två styrlagarna och slutsatsen blir därmed att det är möjligt att använda modellbaserad prediktionsreglering vid slutfasstyrning av en viss typ av robot eftersom det sedan tidigare är känt att linjärkvadratisk reglering är en bra styrlag att använda.

En gren inom statistikteorin är den så kallade Regressionsanalysen där man studerar hur data från exempelvis ett stickprov kan anpassas till en graf. Skrivandet av denna uppsats har haft som syfte att studera några av de metoder som finns att tillgå vid bestämning av de ingående parametrarna i de enklare fallen av regression. This master thesis is made of two parts. The first part concerns the method and results ofdesigning a motion control system for a piece of research-equipment called BIRGIT. Theequipment is made to be used for research on eyemovements. In the second part, a computermodel of a part of the balance organ in the inner-ear is developed. Utveckling av modellbaserad reglering i kommersiella styrsystem

In industrial control systems PID-control remains the prevalent strategy, also for processes that would benefit from model based control. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate whether model based control can be readily implemented in an industrial control system. To this end a simulated surge tank with a simulated industrial control system is studied. For evaluation two scenarios with specified objectives are selected.Following a review of LQR and versions of MPC, Predictive Functional Control (PFC) is considered the most suitable for implementation. PFC is a form of MPC developed with industrial applications in mind and therefore has several advantages for implementation in an industrial control system.

Effekten av syskonplacering på Health Locus of Control : En studie om syskonplacering och kön kan relateras med locus of control ur ett hälsoperspektiv

Studier har visat att det finns ett samband mellan syskonplacering och locus of control, medan andra studier inte funnit något samband. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka relationen mellan syskonplacering, kön och locus of control ur ett hälsoperspektiv hos gymnasieelever i årskurs 3. I undersökningen deltog 147 gymnasielever ifrån fem skolor i Kronobergs län. Resultatet visade att kön och syskonplacering samvarierade med intern health locus of control (F= 3,01;p< 0,03; ES= 6,2) och att syskonplacering och kön tillsammans inte visade någon signifikant inverkan på extern health locus of control (F= 2,20;p=<0,09; ES= 4,6). Flygbesiktning av Luftledningar : Modellering av samband mellan besiktningsanmärkningar och systemtillförlitlighet

This paper thoroughly investigates needs and requirements for overhead distribution feeder inspection and develops models to investigate possible relations between short term inspections remarks and outages. The study was conducted in collaboration with Fortum Distribution AB that supplied extensive information about their overhead power feeders concerning both inspection and power outages. The investigated models where lognormal linear model, Poisson generalized linear model and negative binomial generalized linear model. All models were implemented utilizing offset terms to compensate for differences in feeder length and amount of overhead versus underground feeders. The Poisson generalized linear model was rejected at an early stage due to overdispersion and neither of the remaining models fit the data perfectly.

During 2006 an estimated number of 150 persons are supposed to have been killed in road accidents caused by speed limit violations. Through Automatic traffic security control (ATK) the Swedish road administration (Vägverket) is working towards lowering the number of speed related accidents. By placing the speed cameras on roads they've managed to lower the average speed at those places. The enlargement of the number of speed cameras is based upon knowledge about for example how high the risk is for speed related accidents on the roads. The speed cameras always measure the speed in which every vehicle passes, but aren't constantly activated to register speed violations.
